Good day Erika,

This is a very nice question and i do hope based on my experience, I would be able to assist you in strengthening your team.

As a team leader, we lead by example. Like I have a Standing Order which is t credits that I get 1500 versa points. I let them know that with a minimum of 1500 versa points Standing Order, that they will get 100 versa points as bonus. The badge is usually displayed on your leadership page. With that, they will believe you.

Your Badges will tell more about you that you’re leading by example in SFI without much fanfare.

Your Rank and the size and quality of your Team will also speak volumes without need to tell them.

Your commitment to your SFI business will be apparent by way of your visible presence in the Forum, contributing valuable posts for the benefit of all..

Leading by example in SFI literally means doing activities and acquiring some sort of recognitions or achievements worthy to be looked up on by your affiliates. This is also applicable to EAs and basic affiliates alike because even them can have a roster of their own PSAs.

You can simply do this by logging in to your account daily so all of your PSAs and CSAs will also be encouraged to log in daily upon seeing your daily VP Streak badge. The higher the number there is on that badge, the

We've grown up hearing the saying, "Monkey see, monkey do." But in SFI it's not that easy. When we want our PSAs and CSAs to duplicate what we do and teach it to their PSAs and CSAs, then we really have to focus their attention upon what we want them to take into their routines. And there are many, many things that fall within that category.

Looking at our badges gives us an idea of the different categories that must be covered when teaching duplication. It's not enough to just

Hi Erica
To lead by example requires the following:
1. Being a successful leader. Nobody follows a failure. This is the pivot of everything.Your success will speak in your earnings as well as your badges and what you've won in the business. That is what they will want to see first. This is the yardstick that'l demonstrate your leading example.
2. Being a good example to your team. Show them that SFI works by the way you run your SFI business.
3. Accomplishing first what you are

This requires a two way approach on your part, one that relates to your growth and second that relates to your Team members growth.

Leading by example would mean that you should be a team leader first and do all that an awesome Team Leader should do. This would help promote duplication.

In the first part, show progressiveness by:

1. Maintaining you rank month on month and look forward to higher rank.
2. Enhancing your Badges list on regular basis.
3. Remaining

You should do the things which you want your followers to do. Your followers are your PSAs and CSAs. So, You must present your achievements to them via your Leadership page.Your Leadership page should look impressive and full of various badges. There must be a good standing order and a good number of VersaPoints to your credit. Secondly, see that your communication is clear and informative. PSAs and CSAs should learn from you how to communicate, because naturally they are going to follow you. Further,

Take up any multinational, corporate, professional firm or a successful business and ask the Chief Executive Officer where they started off their careers or business! You will hear one answer and that is common to all. It is at the bottom. They all started off as trainees, had apprenticeship and worked in a business that they later left to start off on their own. This is leading by example.

You never ask your workers to do what you do not know how to. This is the meaning of "leading

This question centers on leadership. Ironically, there are two (2) scenarios to which one can lead by example: failure and success. And of course, when it comes to our SFI business, we are talking about how to lead by example toward success.

There are various pictures I would like to present to demonstrate success-leading by example:

1. Standing Order Badge- You should believe in money investment with your SFI business by having a standing order of at least 100 TCredits. If

Hello Erica

You can demonstrate this to your PSAs and CSAs through “Leading by Example”. Few examples are enumerated below:

1. Score maximum Versa Points and generate more sales at tripleclicks. In order to create maximum income, you need to have a team of active members and maximize your Versa Points Matching.

2. VersaPoints Matching means that every month you can get matching shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool on every affiliate under you within
