So, You must present your achievements to them via your Leadership page.Your Leadership page should look impressive and full of various badges. There must be a good standing order and a good number of VersaPoints to your credit. Secondly, see that your communication is clear and informative. PSAs and CSAs should learn from you how to communicate, because naturally they are going to follow you. Further, you may advise your PSAs and CSAs regarding use of TCredits. You must have updated knowledge of SFI working, because your answers to queries are very important. Finally, all your presentations visible to your PSAs and CSAs,should show how sincere SFI MEMBER you are!

Which TC Direct products (not ECA products) have you used and really like?
I have used TCredit -100 pack- Special SFI standing order only,$29(Reg.price $42) and S-Builder Co-op Unit so far. But I am really fascinated by usefulness of TCredit-100 pack. I earn 1200 VPs with that and Daily actions gave me around 300 VPs making me EA easily. Further, I just follow the advice of various writers here at Stream and Forum sections ,and use my TCredits mainly at Pricebenders Double MRP Auctions. This gives me 1000 MRPs. With these MRPs I purchase single TCredits @126 MRPs.,say 8 TCredis, which again gives me around 800 VPs. So I think for beginners this product is very economical and may assist any Affiliate to attain even BTL very easily. Hope everybody will appreciate this.
