What we do today must be in connection with our long term goals in SFI.

Following a plan of actions to achieve long term goals start with what we do today.

Rule No. 1 of SFI Rules of Success advises us to treat our business like a business, and it requires effort and commitment on our part to make it so.

Following Rule No. 2 is what will shape our success habits and it's the doing of these things daily, without fail, that will matter tomorrow.

Today, these are the things I'm doing that will grow my business every day.

. Logging in daily to attend to the Daily To-Do tasks is paramount, not only for earning VPs but for continued learning and applying what I've learned.

. Reading with interest what's the Latest SFI News that will impact the way I go about managing my business.

. Reviewing what others are posting in the Forum, to be aware of the current thread and trend, and to share and contribute to the positive discussions that benefit everyone in SFI.

. Checking my Movers list and Genealogy to see who are progressing well and who needs some more guidance and mentoring to advance to the next level. Chatting up with my movers is very beneficial in forging a trusting and friendly relationship.

. Updating my Leadership page, and sharing tips and milestones with my team through the Stream Post.

. Catching up with a2a friends for sharing good business practices.

. Reviewing my goals for the day and resetting some if unrealistic.

. Ordering products at TC and ECAs for own use, to promote to team and to customers,

. Checking list of prospects and adding new ones each day and following them up.

. Check emails from prospects who want more information about SFI and from SFI for weekly newsletters that may contain Spin and Win.

. Following up on inactives with E-cards and short messages and invitations to contact me to discuss their goals.

. Play EZ games for relaxation, and bid at auction for more action and entering T-Time every hour for a chance to win 2 TCredits.

. Then before logging off, I enter T-Time again. Nothing more exciting than starting the next day with the SFI announcement that I won!

So, every little bits help in what we do today that will matter big in our business tomorrow.

To get the best possible outcome of response from my affiliates, I find the following strategies very helpful.

I make it a point to take a personal interest in my team’s activities by closely monitoring their progress daily as they appear on my Movers List and in my Genealogy.

If any of my top 20 PSAs and CSAs are missing from the list for a few days to a week, I send a personal note using the Hello E-Card, or a short message to their regular E-mail address to make sure they get my message that I am missing them and invite them to contact me if they are experiencing any particular problem so that we can work on it and find a solution. This gets a response very quickly thru SFIM chat, and so it helps relieve anxiety that nothing is wrong and work outside SFI just got in the way.

By checking their VP Ledgers to see where they need help most. I will then send a screen shot of their To-Do list on their VP Ledger, pointing out where they have problem and explaining how each item needs to be actioned so that they will not miss earning their VP for the day. This gets a response too, sometimes not in word but by action as shown by an improved and increased VP.

In my Weekly messages to my team, in addition to the usual imparting and sharing information of general interest,etc., I use this opportunity to express my appreciation for their fantastic efforts during the week, and inviting especially the new members to contact me if they need more help and guidance in moving forward. This will hardly get a response, but I noticed a few who have been absent for a long time will come back and log in, and that's a better response, as far as I am concerned.

Stream Post gets the most response from most active members as they add comment and give feedback on anything I share with them- a win or two by members at the DGD, a win at the PB auction, a win at anything, someone requalifying, someone's answer in Ask SC being voted in the Top 10, or just sharing a tip or two and quotes, for general encouragement to provide excitement. The response is positive and shared by all.

But the best strategy for me is my daily chat with my team. The conversation and exchange of opinion and idea is close, informal, friendly, and very informative in a way that getting to know one's team is made easier and practical because I can express how much I care for their success and welfare by giving unconditional support as long as they are actively and seriously building their own business.

At SFIM chat, you can ask direct question and get direct answer, honestly and from the heart. For me, this is relationship building at its best and truest sense. The connection is instant.

When sending any messages to your team, remember they may not respond in kind, but you may notice an improvement in their activities and an increase in VPs and a general sense of good teamwork working.

And remember, too, that action speaks louder than words!

The launching of the new Fast-Track 2.0 program has generated a lot of excitement.

It also generated a lot of confusion and misunderstanding among SFI Affiliates that it's a challenge to really promote it to our team without the risk of putting them off.

However, we can always try our best, and just present the facts as they are given to us by SFI; that it is an improvement of the old Fast-Track 1.0 program with more bonuses and benefits by the extra 10% income for generating a small amount of $20 a month in sales volume.

That this is the best time to get serious in our SFI business.
This new Fast-Track 2.0 and the introduction of the New Members Pack (NMP) will provide us with new added means to earn more and grow bigger, as it can be offered to PRMs, ECAs, song artists and Wave3 members for a nice one-off commission.

It also gives second chance to those who have missed out on the Fast-Track Badge and bonus when they joined, to qualify for the new Fast-Track Badge and 250 VP bonus.

Realistically, you should allow yourself at least 2 or more years to expect to produce significatn income from SFI.

Success is not going to happen overnight or without work.

LaunchPad, Day 11 - Overnight Success - NOT!

A lot of new affiliates ask why they're not earning yet and the person asking has just joined, or been in SFI for only a few weeks, and has not really begun to even understand how the whole SFI system works.

Even after six months or a year, it’s still much too early to be expecting to receive a significant income except for times when one makes a big sale from promoting TC products and services.

But if you’re willing to give a business at least a year, build a strong team who are seriously duplicating your efforts, then your success of producing income from SFI is assured.

It takes time to get to know how to run a business and to get to know the products as well. It takes time to develop a strategy and to figure out what marketing activities will work best for you.

It takes time to even get started properly if you have not followed the SFI Basics and learned the 4 things you need to do to succeed in SFI.

It will be a rich blessing for anyone who have family members wiling to be involved in SFI business as partners.

It will be much easier to organise everything when family members are happily contributing to the work of building an internet business like SFI which involves sponsoring PSAs, co-sponsoring CSAs, referring ECAs, and generally promoting TC products and services locally and all over the world.

A lot of grounds can be covered in a short time. For example, having your spouse or partner join you as your Partner in SFI, one of you can specialise on one aspect of the business which the other has little expertise in.

If your Partner is good at marketing and have a good technical knowledge, experience of everything on the internet and is a bit of a geek, he can be your Marketing Manager, while you do the other productive activities like doing the Daily To-Do list, Weekly and Monthly tasks, ordering products and reviewing, reading, checking your business growth, etc., and looking after your growing team, nurturing them, motivating and developing them to be the best they can ever be, then you can be your own Production Manager. Or vice versa.

Then your Marketing Manager can share in the fun by playing EZ games, bidding at auctions, music downloads, sharing tips and posting comments at the Forum later in the day while you, the Production Manager, takes a short break to attend to your household, if you're a wife and mother of several kids, so the other members of your family don't feel neglected.

But if you're single it may be a bit of a challenge to involve other members of your family if they don't share your enthusiasm and passion for SFI business.

Depending on the status of the reassigned PSAs, if they have been in SFI a few months or longer and have attained a degree of success earlier but have become inactive lately, you can tailor your welcome message around that.

I would just send an Welcome E-card, introduce myself as their new Sponsor with a brief message like this:

"Welcome! I am your new Sponsor and I am excited to you have you on board.
You have been reassigned to me by our upline in order to strengthen our team. We like to keep things simple and we help one another so that we can all achieve success as a team!

As your new Sponsor, it's my pleasure to show you how we can build something great together for it's only in unity in purpose that we can achieve our goals.

I hope you’ll enjoy working with me as I will with you."

If, on the other hand, your new PSAs have not yet started, or have scored just a few VP, then you can add the Start, SFI Basics, LaunchPad reminders and offer further help and assistance in performing their Daily To-Do lists, as well as their Weekly and Monthly tasks.

You may end your message with a willingness to answer any questions they may have and be ready to follow up within a few days to see how your new PSAs are getting along.

If you're referring to following up new PSAs and CSAs who have just joined your team, and to whom you have sent Welcome E-cards, following up after 10 days of their joining in SFI is crucial to your success.

While some may respond to your welcome message and log in and start to show activity, some may need following up if after a week or 10 days they have not visited their homepage.

Start reaching out to them. Send a "Hello" or "Here to Help" E-cards to check if they are having problems with getting started and understanding SFI procedures, especially if language is a major problem and you're there to help and make things easier.

Whatever the reason for the follow-up, remember to check your PSAs' or CSAs' profile and VP Ledgers to make sure you know what you're following up on.

Ensure you address the concern, or any issues common to new affiliates on your follow-up emails to get the result you want, like logging in daily, earning valuable VPs and learning more about SFI, participating in the Forum and communicating with you whenever necessary.

When the new PSAs and CSAs start to show interest and commitment as a result of your follow-up emails, then you have been successful in your follow-up, especially if they have moved up and achieved a milestone. That will be a cause for celebration! Well done!
