This question centers on leadership. Ironically, there are two (2) scenarios to which one can lead by example: failure and success. And of course, when it comes to our SFI business, we are talking about how to lead by example toward success.

There are various pictures I would like to present to demonstrate success-leading by example:

1. Standing Order Badge- You should believe in money investment with your SFI business by having a standing order of at least 100 TCredits. If you have this badge, you are serving as a strong example for your team that investing money to insure your EA status each month in one important element of success here.

2. Daily VP Streak badge- this is the proof of your being patient, focused, persistent and consistent. It is not easy to establish a daily routine in a new work/business. But since you are the leader, you should inspire your team to plant the seed for a thousand day VP streak! This is based on the assumption that you are there to make it big in 1-3 years.

3. Status/Rank Badges- your present affiliate status tells if you are a working leader by example.As an Executive Affiliate or a Team Leader, your corresponding badge proves your track record. Your downlines will see and emulate what you do in terms of achieving such milestones in your SFI business. As you go up the ladder to the top as a Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond team leader, the appeal of your badge will persuade and motivate.

4. Eager Zebra Game badges- it is important to lead by example in playing the games. With your EZ games achievements, you are telling your team that SFI business is both play and work.

5. ASK SC/Forum presence- If you can, submit questions or answers to the ASK SC to have the chance to earn extra free VersaPoints if you get to be among the top 3 authors. And if you are recognized as one of the top authors, you are in essence leading by example in the knowledge building attitude that affiliates must possess to be well-versed in this business. As the saying goes, "readers are leaders".

6. And the last but not the least, believe that "only quitters fail". If you have this attitude and mind-set, you are the best leader to your team members.

All the above are just some of the ways you can adopt to lead by example and help propel your team to the top. While there may be different approaches to apply them, the effect will be generally related in terms of results.

Knowing which is better to do between Personally Referred Members (PRMs) and Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs) recruiting is good. But then again, “best” is more than “better”. So I want to stick to the “best” approach: doing both with equal intensity and drive.

Recruiting PRMs provides you with sales from TripleClicks. And you also earn the VersaPoints (VPs) from the orders of PRMs if they are not yet SFI affiliates. So, the 45% Commission Volume as your Direct Commission from your PRMs plus the corresponding VPs from their sales and purchases are awesome boosters to your business!

On the other hand, recruiting PSAs through personal advertising and warm contacts, buying PSAs to go, purchasing monthly S-Builder Coop unit/s and participating in the biddings to acquire 1 PSA per 100 bids from the Bid and Build program, are great components of the “best”. PSAs are open to become Team Leaders who will also duplicate what you do to succeed. Conclusively, they are your men and women who will be there with you in your daily quest for the top rank.

Meanwhile, you have to identify prospects by category if you want to use the “best” approach. This is particularly applicable to prospects whom you have personal contact. You can find out which that person wants: online shopping, playing games? Or networking and leading people to success? If you can do this, you are at an advantage in doing both PRM and PSA recruiting.

Finally, you know what you want in this business- ultimately to be Diamond Team Leader and remain so for life. If that is not your ultimate target, what is the use of knowing which is better (or best)? Anyway, once you reach the higher TL ranks, you will have enough resources to fund your monthly purchases and all.

Practically, you have those CSAs who have shown no activity so far and those who are already working with you. From this concept, you may put your inactive CSAs in the CSA Exchange program while of course retaining in your team those Worker-CSAs.

The reason why SFI has come up with this program is it has been observed that there have been increased activities from CSAs who are “at home” in terms of “better communications and compatibility in relation to language, culture, etc”. It is a potential change factor that will have a really favorable impact on both the PSAs and CSAs under your team. Why?

According to experts, “differences between people within any given nation or culture are much greater than differences between groups. Education, social standing, religion, personality, belief structure, past experience, affection shown in the home, and a myriad of other factors will affect human behavior and culture.” We can thus see that CSAs coming from the same countries belong to the same group as being “fellow countrymen”. From this idea, if a CSA is with his own countrymen who understand and live with the same culture and practices, there would be more interactions and problems should easily be talked about and resolved. Collaterally, language barriers are eliminated and the ability to exchange information about how to succeed in your SFI business becomes universal among the concerned affiliates. And if those CSAs get united with their countrymen, they will be potential supporters/customers of the E-Commerce Associates (ECAs) from their respective countries. The positive effect of the CSA Exchange program therefore is enhanced and you can imagine what this would bring to the Executive Pool as well.

Meanwhile, your worker-CSAs (Movers) should be retained in your team. Presumably, as these affiliates are actively working with you, it would be safe to conclude that they have no problem with your language, culture and leadership. And of course, you deserve to have them with you on your way to the top ranks because they too, are go-getters who want to reach the top as well!

Building your SFI business involves many tools. TCredits being one and for me the most powerful, I have to enumerate the different ways on how to use them:

1. EZ and PB tabs in your SFI Homepage – this is the first simple act you have to do on a daily basis. Never underestimate the importance of a couple of Action VersaPoints (AVPs). So, use 2 Tcredits to get those 2 AVPs from your EZ and PB tabs by playing at least 1 Eager Zebra game using 1 TCredit and bidding on any auction in Pricebenders using also at least 1 TCredit to get another AVP. This enables you to acquire at least 390 AVPs each month assuming that you do not cut your daily VP Streak!

2. Transfer TCredits to your workers- Someone said, “Saving a drowning man makes a loyal ally”. Apply this to a situation where your “PSA-worker” needs some AVPs to qualify for his current month’s rank (just 1 example of transferring TCredits as an incentive to your “Movers/Achievers”). Remember that one can just purchase any TripleClicks product to acquire Sales VersaPoints (SVPs) and his/her monthly requirement for the month is easily reached. But AVPs are not that easy in times when the going gets tough. If one has no other source of AVPs during a critical time (this usually happens at the last week of the month), and have already availed AVPs from bidding (500AVPs maximum monthly), Eager Zebra game entries (maximum 200AVPs monthly), TC Music download (maximum 50AVPs monthly), Member listing (maximum 50AVPs monthly), and all other TO DO LIST daily, weekly and monthly actions, TCredit transfer would save the day for the recipient who is in need.

3. Redeem products from TC- this is another form of making your TCredits as a form of “currency” to pay for any purchase you may want in TripleClicks.

4. Bid in Auctions- this activity has many benefits when using TCredits thereat. One bid gives you 5MRPs or 10MRPs in the case of Double MRP items in Pricebenders, 1AVP, and at least 10% PSA build-up in the Bid and Build. Summarily, you get MRPs, AVPs and PSAs while using your TCredits in biddings.

5. Play EZ games- aside from the EZ daily red tab, you have the option to use more TCredits in playing EZ games daily to acquire the maximum monthly allowable AVPs (200) from this activity.

6. Member listing at TC- you use 1 TCredit to list many items in the Member listing program at TripleClicks.

7. Download music - you are allowed to download music from the TripleClicks Music Center for a maximum of 50AVPs each month.

From the aforesaid ways on how and where to use your TCredits, I believe the most valuable thing to spend a TCredit is in biddings, particularly in items having Double MRP category. This activity maximizes the value of your single TCredit, having to gain the triple benefits of AVP, MRP and the 10% PSA build-up besides luckily winning a high value item in the end.

Overall though, the most valuable approach is to use your TCredits in all the manners provided above to maximize your SFI business build up.

It depends. There are 2 scenarios I would like to offer to support my stance on this question. Once you become a Team Leader by choice, you will receive your team members from SFI in the form of co-sponsored affiliates (CSAs) so the phrase "don't yet have a team" is out of context.

If you want to lead a team to success here, you must not think about doing your SFI business through the free concept.Generally, you have to accept the fact that you will have to immediately invest a few hundred dollars if you decide to do any of the 2 options below:

Option 1- "Readers are leaders". You have to do hard work in your first 9 days in SFI in relation to the 10-day period given to new sign-ups to go Fast Track. Read the Getting Started, SFI Basics,the LAUNCHPAD lessons, Ask SC , Forum, Rules of Success, and every important article in every tab in your SFI Homepage with thorough understanding. This is for you to be able to familiarize yourself with all the information needed to help your team members know how to do their SFI business. As Team Leader, you are responsible for all these.

If you can do all of the above, you can go for the Bronze Team Leader rank for a start by buying the New Member Pack (NMP) and the 100 TCredit Pack. Additionally, boost your team by buying any of the PSAs to go packs from TripleClicks. Use your TCredits to bid on auctions in Pricebenders to avail of the Bid and Build program thus gaining 1 PSA for every 100 bids. And lastly, invest in S-Builder coop to constantly increase your PSAs every month even without talking to anyone! Then be a Silver Team Leader to have the power to re-assign your PSAs to your workers for them to be team leaders as well.

Option 2- If you have enough leadership experience in the past as a leader in organizations or groups utilizing team work methods and you are well-versed in marketing and human resource management, you can immediately embark as a Bronze Team Leader for your first exposure to SFI team leadership position. Do this by buying the New Member Pack and the 100 TCredit Pack to qualify for BTL immediately in your first month from sign up. Fortify your position by buying any PSAs-to-go packs and the S-Builder coop unit each month to enlarge you team . Eventually, get that Lifetime Custom Prestige Domain for SFI Affiliates to have s strong advertizing tool in social media and traffic exchange sites.

The next month, you can go for the Silver Team Leader rank to have the power to re-assign PSAs to your workers so they too, may become Team Leaders. And the chain will go on stronger as you and your team practice duplication in building your respective teams.

I would like to build my answer to this question from the phrase " to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates". This so because the text inside the parenthesis should not have been included. Why?

"Rely" means 2 ways according to the Oxford Dictionary:
1. "depend on with full trust or confidence"; and
2. "be dependent on".

Therefore, it is just practical that we rely on SFI's strategies on how to attract new affiliates. The years of experience, trial and errors and the final outcomes that have been integrated in the SFI business system are more than enough reasons for us to "depend on" the SFI business system "with full trust or confidence". And to top it all, upon signing up, one gets into the system with enough support and training facilities with which to rely on.

Now, recently, there is this TCredit Welcomes (TW) and the latest additional Welcome Cash (WC). These are, in my opinion, very powerful attractions. As explained in each of these features, new affiliates will have deeper involvement in their respective accounts due to the immediate availment of the TCredits or the cash offering. These are new examples of SFI Management planning and initiative.

Finally, the numerous marketing methods and aids, the very helpful Ask SC and Forum, LAUNCHPAD and SFI BASICS are all proofs of the reliably strong and credible SFI business system. I therefore conclude that a person who signs up and not see all these is a loser in the first place. For us who now work with passion and commitment in our respective SFI businesses, we have already won the battle against ignorance and doubts, and the ladder to the top is excitingly becoming shorter with each new improvement in the SFI business system.

What a tough question.

Whatever reason you might have, at least you got 1 hour to use to work on your SFI business and I presume this to be online. But I would like to deal with the offline activities outside of that 1 hour. Thus, I have two situations in which to suggest the following answer:

1. Offline activities- this would involve warm marketing and advertising. Talking to friends, relatives, neighbors, officemates, and strangers in various situational encounters, including prospective E-Commerce Associates (ECAs). In this situation, you are in the field, doing other things aside from your SFI business, reason why you onlu have 1 hour for your online work. So, if you get the chance to talk about SFI during these circumstances, your are using the initiative depending on the opportunities that present themselves. These are activities that use your time in various lengths but all in all, might be more productive than the 1 hour that you have online.

2. Online activities- so you only got 1 hour here. You have to accept the fact that this 1 hour will not give you the comfort or enjoyment of playing more games to have the chance to garner extra benefits in the form of VersaPoints, TCredits, Member Reward Points and badges. You will not have the time to post in the Forum numerous, informative or inspirational threads or reply to such threads from other affiliates. And you will not have time to submit/contribute questions or answers to the ASK SC for the chance to get VersaPoints as rewards should you qualify for the top 3 authors thereat. And most all, you will not have time to stay longer in the auctions/biddings to earn MRPs (double or not), Personally Reffered Affiliates (PSAs) from the Bid and Build program or ultimately win the auctioned item.

Conclusively, you need to do more powerful actions within your precious 1 hour. The first and most effective is to immediately be a Fast Track Member and have Standing Orders of 125 TCredit, S-Builder Coop Unit or any of the PSA TO GO Packs. If such items are securely included in your Standing Order, you can devote that 1 hour daily in taking the Red Tabs’ AVPs and have time to play at least 1 game, read the most important news and emails, enter the Daily Grand, send Team Mails as time requires, update your Leadership Page weekly, and even post short comments in any thread in the Forum.

In parting, let me remind you that if you truly want to succeed in your SFI business with only 1 hour a day available to you, you must not entertain doubts about this business. Success is still achievable even with only 1 hour of online work at your disposal through the power of the Standing Orders I pointed out here. What about if you got more hours to spend online (which most of you have , luckily) with your SFI business? There would be “no ceiling” in terms of your potential earnings!
