Leading by example in SFI literally means doing activities and acquiring some sort of recognitions or achievements worthy to be looked up on by your affiliates. This is also applicable to EAs and basic affiliates alike because even them can have a roster of their own PSAs.

You can simply do this by logging in to your account daily so all of your PSAs and CSAs will also be encouraged to log in daily upon seeing your daily VP Streak badge. The higher the number there is on that badge, the more they are likely to want to acquire the same or even be more challenged to beat it.

Badges are very good motivators. Try acquiring the best badges you can possibly have at the soonest time possible so you'd have a lot more to show to your downlines. They are such excellent leadership boosters. Your affiliates will be eager to know how you came up with those badges and will in turn be pushed to explore our system even further to be able to maximize every opportunity it takes to earn every single badge available. Of course, they are not just after the badges as badges but they would want to earn those badges too because they give some sense of achievement or recognition. They simply mean, the affiliate has already achieved something at an early stage of the business.

Send them mails every now and then about how you make sales or how you advertise. You might have some marketing strategies in mind that they do not know yet. Your sent messages will give them an idea on how they would communicate with their affiliates as well.

Maintain a constant presence in the forum so that everytime your affiliates see you and your posts, they would be motivated to participate in the threads too or even start a thread or create their own posts. This will make their knowledge base on SFI deeper or broader. Who knows, later on, they will transcend into forum gurus and make them the best representatives of our company.

Present them concepts on innovating SFI and TC products by directing them to pose questions or suggestions at our Ask Gery column. Do this by posting your big picture question to Gery himself. If they see your point and the impact it brings, they might as well be the greatest contributors on SFI development through the Ask Gery page.

Try your best to win even once on auctions. Seeing their leader win something from an auction means it is never impossible for them to win too. Sometimes, when you don't see someone within your group to actually win something, you won't really believe that you'll be able to win there too. They, and I'm sure everyone else just need a little proof of anything. The same applies on games too.

Submit questions to Ask SC. When they see you there, they might as well follow your lead.

Take them to your blogs or websites so they will see how you incorporate SFI and TC in every activity you do online. Give them a tour on the kind of products you usually promote just so they can have a grasp on the products they might be missing on.

Everytime SFI introduces something new, be one of the premier subscribers so that your affiliates will also be encouraged to jump on quickly at every new opportunity.

To sum up all these, just be everything that you would want your affiliates to be.

My affiliates struggle most with having enough funds to maintain their SFI business. As you know, you need to make a Standing Order to maintain an EA rank. We are not required to set up a Standing Order or to purchase a regular order but if we really want to achieve EA status, we really have to invest.

Achieving 1, 500 VersaPoints without spending takes time and is sometimes difficult to accomplish at the time you need it to. Perseverance, dedication, commitment, and 100% effort is what these affiliates need.

I address it by giving them constant motivation and tips on how to make sales or get sign ups. Just by advancing to BTL and upon generating EA2s, it is easier to achieve higher VersaPoints. It can even advance them to the next rank. However, they won't get these results quickly. They have to wait a little longer for this to happen. You are a very lucky person if you got plenty of active affiliates on your team. They are our gateway to success on SFI.

Since building a team takes some time to fulfill, I encourage my affiliates to focus more on their sales at the earlier stage of their business. Direct Commissions will give them enough resources to earn money for their pockets or to build a stronger presence in SFI through purchase of business-boosting products such as PSAs To Go, TCredits (very essential to win something on auctions and games). Winning an item with high value from auctions is already enough to jumpstart any affiliate's status. Items won can be exchanged for GCs which in turn, can also be used to purchase other TC products or they can be exchanged for TCredits. The higher the TCredits earned, the higher it is the possibility to achieve an EA rank or even higher than that. The affiliate then can sell the ordered product and get real cash. There are earnings to save and funds to finance the business.

I tell them to advertise TC products anywhere possible; online or not. We have a lot of marketing materials and methods to choose from. They can even design their own flyers if they don't have the capacity yet to purchase. I encourage them to start with their family members and relatives. After which, they can proceed marketing our products to their friends. Then, in any way possible, they must master the skill of selling our products to strangers. If they really want to achieve what they desire to achieve, there's no way they cannot do it. There are a lot of options available. A personal contact is not even always necessary. This is where e-mail and social media accounts work best.

I also advise them to join free Traffic Exchange sites. Great chances at no cost. Plus, they can earn there too. There is nothing to lose so there's no room for excuses.

I plan to promote Uber Picks the same way I promote all other Eager Zebra games.

The best way to promote this game is through banners.

There are several banners available on our Marketing Section and all of them are visually attractive.

Banners work more for games than links because our eyes are drawn more to look at colorful and artistically designed advertisements.

After months of stay at SFI, you'll figure out for yourself that you've gained much more confidence in terms of marketing. Yes. You should. Whenever you purchase something from TripleClicks, whether it is from TC Direct or from ECAs, you should give your PSAs and CSAs any beneficial information (something like the amount of VersaPoints or the commission they can get from it upon sale or even the personal gain from the product) so that they will have an idea on what good products they can purchase or sell to customers. This is necessary because we have a lot of ECAs listed on TripleClicks and we can't browse all of their products. Your affiliates might not even know those products you purchased existed.

If I am your affiliate, I would be happy to receive product recommendations from my sponsor. A recommendation from someone who have tried a product herself/himself will make me believe in the product myself.

Some of the affiliates might not know how to make wise decisions when it comes to purchasing items at our store. Give them insights on products that would give them value for their money and those that would give them much opportunity in terms of boosting their SFI business. Everybody will appreciate such gesture especially if what you promote to them is really something valuable for the course of their business.

You can do this by simply sending them Team Mails containing your recommendations or you can promote them through your Leadership page under Best Tip or under Recommended Products or Programs. You can convince people that SFI is a unique and rare opportunity that they shouldn't miss out on by telling them directly what SFI is about. You can do this by way of telling a story about your encounter with SFI and what you do in SFI. A personal story is much more relatable because they are referring to your personal experiences -- a live proof.

Perhaps you can put emphasis on auctions because people love getting bargains. Show them a branded product (something that is highly valued by most people) like a laptop and how it was won for a very low price. Once the person realizes how much savings he/she can get from bidding instead of purchasing it directly from any retailer, he/she will surely want to try it too. This is much more about TC but TC is a part of SFI so success in TC is also success in SFI.

Now, since your question is mainly focused on SFI, I think what you should do is to explain to them what residual and leveraged income is and how they can be obtained. After giving them an idea about what they are, start giving them simple mathematics of our compensation plan. Give them sample computations. You can copy the sample computation we have on our Affiliate Center. Make them fully comprehend how they can earn through their team. But, be honest and tell them that earnings won't be that high on their first month. Personal sales is, of course important to earn aside from earnings they can get from their active team.

Explain to them also what SFI can teach them about marketing, selling, and even life in general so that they will enjoy their journey even better.
