Its a wonderful question. This question is a sequel to a question asked few days ago that how important is the family support in your SFI Business. As the family support in SFI is a vital factor; now we can go further from here how to involve them for active participation.

1. One person may be known as the owner of the SFI business of your house who may jst click Ten Red Buttons & scroll down to hit the Blue button to earn 1 VP. His job finishes in 30-40 minutes a day.

2. The second person may complete safe list advertising on 10-15 good and reputed safelists. It will also need 1-2 hours of his/her time. People say Safelist advertising is dead, but I still get results from them.

3. Third person can advertise the SFI and TC gateways on 5-6 good traffic exchange websites. He/she needs to surf at least 100 times each site to collect the free credits & allot them to the SFI/TC gateways.

4. Some one who is good in chatting & Social Networking can do the job of attracting friends and acquaintances from the Social Media Network like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, MySpace, IBO Tool Box, APSense etc.

5. Some one who has the quality of a writer can make a good blog and keep writing & posting articles about TC and SFI, and thus giving more exposure to your SFI and TC Business.

6. Someone from your family who is very outspoken, frank and party-loving person can do outdoor face to face advertising during the social meetings or get-togethers.

Just after joining, every one needs to know the answer to your nice question. But as SFI is not a “Get-Rich-Quick”scheme. There has to be a period before which a considerable income starts pouring in. Now the considerable income also would very from person to person.

As per LAUNCH PAD Lesson 11 –
ROBERT BLACKMAN now earns as much as $85,000 per month. Yet it took Robert two years to see his first four-figure check ($1,000 or more), and it took him five years to see his first five-figure check ($10,000 or more).
CHARLES LESLIE’s monthly income exceeds $12,000 a month. It took Charles five months to see his first $1,000 check, and three and a half years to see his first $10,000 check.
TRACY DIETERICH earns $36,000+ monthly. But it took six months to hit that first $1,000, and a year to get to $10,000.
DALE CALVERT makes so much more than $100,000 a year that he won’t even divulge the amount. Yet Dale worked four months before seeing that first four-figure commission check...and two full years before hitting five figures.
DR. JOE RUBINO now cruises at over $62,000 each month. But that first $1,000 check took two months, the first $10,000 check, one year.

The period required to learn about the SFI business as per me is not less than one solid year of extensive study full time. Then your income will depend upon your investment for advertising, building your strong team of leaders like you. You need to train them to become a good SFI leaders like you.

Therefore, in my opinion an average person can expect a good income from SFI only after 3 years. Just because it is not the quantity of affiliates enrolled by you by investing heavily in advertising, but the quality of affiliates recruited by you. So you need to train a team of at least 5 good team leaders like you to get a handsome income from SFI.

It is most important thing to do on Internet - you need to invite as many friends as possible to join & play Eager Zebra Games. Post a brief word of encouragement, a short tip or insight, a favorite quote, a quick comment regarding a recent SFI news item, a thank you, recognition of team members who have reached a milestone, or just a description of what you're doing to build your SFI business today.

10. Use your SFI badges to lead by example. Note that, when your team members visit your Leadership Page (or view your Affiliate Snapshot), your badges are displayed to them. Your team members will do as you do. Hence, make sure everything you want them to do you've got the badge for on YOUR page...such as: Fast Track, Standing Order, a high Power Rank, a high VP leaderboard rank, W3 membership, E365 finalist, S-Builder, etc. If your page isn't sporting these badges, don't expect your downline members to work for them either. When you score VersaPoints for the month, you are paid for that month. These points cannot be carried forward and paid for the next month. Therefore we need to score once again more than 1500 VPs to be an EA.

You need you qualify as EA, BTL, STL, etc. every month to claim and earn benefits, bonuses, and commissions every month. Furthermore, if there was no requalification requirement, many people would simply do nothing. Surely you do not want to invest your time and effort building a team of people who do nothing.

1. Milestone Shares

Effective today, January 1st, 2016, for every 10 personal VP you earn, you also earn up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool that will be paid to you upon reaching the milestones of SFI’s five Team Leader ranks!…which are:

EA will get 10, BTL will get 12, STL will get 14 and PTL will get 18 milestone shares for every 10 personal VP earned.

SFI wants Milestone Shares to provide a significant and meaningful bonus–commensurate to the effort invested to earn them. However, it’s also vital that the TripleClicks Executive Pool not become rewarding only to some but not to others. Therefore, quarterly, the quantity of Milestone Shares award per 10 VP may be adjusted up or down (with the rate increase or decrease effective starting with the new quarter).

These Milestone Shares earned would expire after one year.

2. DESIGNATED DIAMONDS

5. MORE VERSA POINTS OPPORTUNITIES

Good question. Although you have asked how often and in what ways should we contact with our CSAs. But my answer will cover contacting both PSAs as well as CSAs as PSA ans CSAs are both important. Sometimes CSAs give you more commissions than even your PSAs.

HOW OFTEN TO CONTACT

1. It would be absurd to contact your PSAs/CSAs daily. Otherwise they will be overloaded with information provided by you. They should get enough time to assimilate the first message properly before they get the second message.

2. Ideally, it would be prudent not to bother them more than twice a week. Ask them about the last message whether they have understood it or have they any questions/doubts about any thing. Encourage them to write to you in stead of you showering them with messages.

3. In any case, you would be sending a Weekly Message on probably Sundays to score 30 VPs. You ought to send these weekly messages in order to earn your valuable VPs.

Now let’s consider the ways to contact them:

(a) On joining, send them a welcome message.

(b) Send them e-cards to welcome them to your team.

(c) Also use their email id so that even if they do not log in to their SFI account, still they can read your messages.

(d) If they log in to SFI regularly, you can use PMs (Personal Messages to interact with them.

(e) Connect with them on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ etc to chat.

In additions to the above you need to be an example for your PSAs and CSAs. In order to achieve this you need to:

c) Award him/her with 10 TCredits to start playing EZ Games, take part in bidding etc.

d) Award them few TC Certificates to boost their SFI business or to get them on fast track.

e) Show them the importance of having a Standing Order.

f) Treat your PSAs and CSAs alike. Because your future depends upon the future of your team of PSAs and CSAs.

g) Always keep the channels of communications open through PMs, emails, e-cards etc.
