I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

Simple, tell them to look at your badges this will show them that you are serious about SFI , and the business you are running here!
Try to encourage to equal you, or do better, tell them they “can” do it, and egg them on to do so!
I never put any of them in a situation that will force them to get in dept.while doing this!
Explain the basics over, and over so they under stand what they need to accomplish in SFI.
You can’t do more than this for them.

The main ways that you can lead by example are to make your leadership page more user friendly, make sure that you are working daily to improve your communication with new Affiliates by e -mail, phone, etc, and working to duplicate your team Affiliates to work independently to take full advantage of all advancement opportunities available to them and to praise or motivate them accordingly. Hi, all of us were told to lead by example. The best way to demonstrate it is by achieving the badges that is available. As you accumulate this badges it also have trimmings. The more gold trimmings the better. If your affiliates see this badges they will be more motivated to be able to have them also. As a follow thru you can make a blog or YouTube video to guide all affiliates on how to achieve such badges.
You can lead by example by making sure that you log in everyday, send them Team mail at least once a week, update your Stream Tab at least three times a week and last but not least they will see your badges, who doesn't want to have many badges with gold trimmings? I for one wish all my badges were gold
Well what I do is show them that I login everyday, and go to ThripleClicks and play the zebra games and bid on the auctions. I also show them how to market SFI and ThripleClicks and it doesn't hurt to have a lot of badges either. Then there are the e-mails to encourage them to which I like to send more than just once a week, I send e-cards to show that I am watching and that I do care. Hope this helps you.
To lead by example, you must not ask your PSAs and CSAs to do anything you don't do.
You can't expect them to log in everyday if you don't.
You can't expect them to play the games if you don't.
You can't expect them to create a Standing Order if you don't.
I could go on, but I think you've got the idea.

The answer is be a good sponsor,any thing that you can do do it,advertise your business every day every way that u can.
Use marketing skils from your sponsor to make your own name in SFI,without a own good performance your PSAs and CSAs will never be successful here you must show them how you do things.
Advertise every day,go play and win games,bid on Pricebenders Auctions and win them to make your members follow your lead.

I believe demonstration have to be linked with your motivation to whats your team. You can not encourage your team to have 1,500 VP Standing order, where you don't even have any standing orders.
When you are leading by examples you are telling your team to try and do like you do. You are giving them a good understanding on how SFI has to give.
I think the best is to go by example. Learn then easily copy this behavior and therefore success. It is proof according to CSA, such as where each product from Triple Clicks has a different value and the percentage of earnings for them. This question is very broad, and in fact is necessary to help our PSA deal in all directions so that the action was successful. In order to be properly rewarded for another post, and the way to its earnings and why ...
Certainly joined SFI to increase the standard of living or from other possible a variety of reasons.
