The question caught me off guard because I'm wondering what you consider to be, "help". My "help" is, and will be, exactly the same for as long as anyone is on my Team.

My approach is simple to PSA's:

1 - You are a Business Owner.
2 - You do not work for me, and I will respect you as the owner of your business.
3 - Because I have been here longer, I may have tips that you have not learned. I am available at all times to share those tips.
4 - I do not tell you what to do, I tell you what I and others have done, and you will choose to follow that path, or not.
5 - My assistance NEVER ends! Your success is My success!

While we want to be the one to do the training of our PSAs and CSAs, we certainly do not want them to depend on us so strongly that they fail if we get sick or go out of an area of internet coverage for a period of time.

Instead, we, as active sponsors, should aim our initial training at teaching them how to find their own answers, how to explore both SFI and TC web sites, how to best use the Forum, ASK SC, and the help desk including ticket writing.

This way instead of depending on us, they will learn that we are reliable to help them when they really need the help.

Questions, situations, and events pop up at any time, maybe years into an affiliates life at SFI. The sponsor should be available to help during these times. On the other hand the sponsor should never take the place of the PSA actually reading the training material and using his head.

The question asked is how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help? Well I would say as long as it is necessary! Some PSAs learn much faster than others. In my case, initially, I needed my Sponsor's help constantly and fortunately, he was always there to answer my questions. After all when I help my PSAs and CSAs eventually all my time and effort will pay me dividends when they succeed in monetary terms! So my advance investment will pay off eventually. Every digital and physical product that my PSA buys, my commission is 45% whereas it is 15% in the case of my CSAs. I hope that I have answered your question satisfactorily.

Your PSAs and CSAs depend on you for a life time.
For as long as they and you remain SFI member, they will always depend on you. Remember that you are their leader and they look unto you for guidance. Also, they trust you to help that is why they keep asking.
PSAs and CSAs are "our family" and we must be available to help them the need arises. Look at your PSAs and CSAs as your children. You need to be supportive, within the SFI platform, to your PSAs and CSAs until they stop asking. Never see help seeking as a burden but see it as a priviledge to assist. Also remember that helping them also means building your business.

How long my PSAs and CSAs depend on me depends on many factors. Some of them are :
1) Their Educational background: If they are very well educated then its easier for them to understand the vast information available in SFI through various tabs and regular training provided by SFI almost every day. You can help them to make use of these wonderful resources till they themselves can do it on regular basis. Till that time you have to guide them.
2)Their ability to compose quality emails: Though many PSAs or CSAs are educated well enough but many aren't familiar with emails. One of my friend is highly educated but doesn't know how to use emails. We can teach them if they are willing to learn. A successful SFI business requires to be familiar with how to compose and send quality emails. You must teach them till they are confident to do it.


3) General knowledge of internet : Apart from being Educated , knowledge of Emails general knowledge of vast uses of internet is another factor which will make a lots of difference your PSAs are able to make use of. You should teach them how internet can be effectively used to successfully build SFI business, be it product advertising or advertising for sponsoring new PSAs. I regularly guide my new PSAs how to effectively use various sites on the internet to recruit new PSAs and create sales posts. Till they become fairly self confident you have to keep guiding them.
4)Complete knowledge of SFI resources: SFI has huge knowledge resource. Our PSAs should be guided to make best use of all SFI resources be it Training , SFI Basics , Launchpad lessons , marketing or best use of Genealogy. We have to be with each and every PSAs or CSAs till they are able to make best use of SFI resources.
5)complete knowledge of Tripleclicks site : Though Tripleclicks tabs are self explanatory but still there are many aspects which we need to teach our PSAs or CSAs to make best use of it. How to effectively use your TCredits in Auctions which has to be taught to new PSAs or CSAs till they become fully aware. How to make use of various Games links to generate PRMs or use of Music or Products links has to be taught to new PSAs and CSAs till they become self reliant we have to keep guiding them.
6)Making new PSAs and CSAs successful: we must keep guiding them till they become successful. Till that time we have to be with them at every step of success.

This seems like an odd question to ask because it seems like the reverse of the way I would want to think about my PSAs and CSAs. I want to be able to maintain contact with each and every person on my team who wants to be active because that way, I can keep motivating them effectively. If you're doing this correctly, you're just lending time, knowledge, and experience, and that's free and easy. Support them forever because that's how they keep earning you commissions and bonuses.

ever we can find help and answers, so this is a never ending story so be there for

I treat my business as my baby.

Once our business is up and running, there is still work to be done. And with this SFI business which we can inherit to our family members to take over after our death, I see no end to this business.

Lets scroll back to a beginner level..
They've sign up or being assign as our affiliates and receives our guidance. One day, they will master the techniques and build multiple levels of team downlines. The highest rank here is Diamond Team Leader and even we've got 5 Diamond TL under us, I dont think we want to stop there do we? I wont, besides, there may be more products and stores to build up and our PSAs and CSAs by then still duplicates our progress.

We may end up as good business partner or maybe investor or even managers from each continent..

And our newborn baby after they've grown up still look up to us once awhile for some advices..

I believe it's your responsibility to be always on your team members' sides. I don't see my affiliates as dependents who need help. They want support and answers. The most important period to be by their sides and explain is the first month of joining. Of course if they have questions for you. Second and third month are also important to give as much information as you can. You can do it on chat with everyone or in weekly team mails as I do. So, the simple answer of your questions is Always.

I, personally, wouldn't put a time frame on when your team member(s) will not need anymore help from you. As a sponsor and Team Leader, we should always be there to help our team members out if and when they have questions. Some may need constant help while others may not want any help. Just ensure that when you are asked for guidance that you give your best guidance to help your team member in building their business.

I tell my team "If we work together, we succeed together".
