The things to do today that will matter tomorrow in developing ones SFI business are as follows:
1. Punctuality to work- The logging into SFI website daily to do my task is vital at developing the business now and the future.
2. Duplication- This is a major source of growth. Building of team today is making tomorrow a fortune. Engaging in duplication daily develops the business and ensure tomorrow is safe.
3. TripleClicks promotion- This is my store. A place to create wealth and comfort for many people. Advertising TripleClicks today is a sure way of developing my SFI business for tomorrow. The more promotion I do of TripleClicks, the more PRMs I generate,more sales which translate into big cheque every month.
4. Getting ECA- The task of getting ECAs to join TripleClicks today is a giant stride at developing ones SFI business. Either becoming an ECA or/and getting others to become ECAs is a development step. This is an income source that never stop earning. The life royalty generated is a value chain that cannot be ignore.

How do you get your affiliates to respond to you when you send them messages?

Affiliate response to ones message does not necessary has to be the same format as you send. Messages are sent to affiliate for:
- Guidance;
- Motivation;
- Enlightenment.
To know that an affiliate is responding to your messages is by action. What is the value of an affiliate written response to your message without a corresponding action. So, gauge affiliate response from your Mover Tab and Genealogy Chart.
1. Mover tab gives a summary of the VP earners in your team. If your messages has any or all the above purpose of messaging, you will have more affiliates appearing on the Mover tab. You can go further by checking their VP ledger to get more facts.
2. Genealogy chart helps you to know if your team is responding to your messages on duplication. You easily see the growing list and their sponsor.

The Eager Zebra Friend Challenge link is a strong marketing tool. It is an easy process for advertising. The link is always available for affiliate to use when appreciable success is achieved by the affiliate at any Eager Zebra games. The link is to attract people to TripleClicks games.
The link can be used to attract members in the following ways:
- Copy the link and paste into status spaces in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, BBM, etc). The link appears with graphics of the Eager Zebra game involved and text of invitation to recipient or reader;
- Paste copied link in discuss forum for other members to read and accept invitation;

What are some good tips for leading and managing my SFI team--besides sending weekly newsletters?

Sending weekly newsletter to ones SFI team is important. This is not the only activity/responsibility of a team leader to the team. Some of them are:
1. Viewing the VP leaders of team members to monitor their progress and draw their attention to any oversight by affiliate;
2. Post motivational items and important notices to the Stream to keep members alive;
3. Create a good communication link with team member via SFI instant messenger, social network, phone etc;
4. Create a co-op for sharing PSAs with team members to support their growth;
5. Maintain a vibrant Leadership page;
6. Create Eager Zebra leagues and encourage members to join;
7. Respond to members correspondences fast;
Do these and many more to grow a successful team.

How do I motivate my affiliates who are discouraged by the world economy's impact on the costs of products at TripleClicks?

It's true that world economy has impact on cost of products at TripleClicks. This should not be a surprise since TripleClicks is part of the world. As Team leader, it is essential to motivate ones affiliates to ensure continuous success. The key is education.
Educating affiliates on economic of global pricing is important at this point. Inflation is a global concept and it is a factor that is annually used globally to assess economic growth. Prices of goods and services continuously increase as the year goes. Affiliates should know and flow along with this concept. Make them understand by making illustrations of items in their neighborhood.
Secondly, the price increase on products does not matter. What clients are more concern about is quality of product/service.TripleClicks products are among the best in the market. Affiliate should remain focus and concentrate on advertising.

Reviving inactive affiliates is quite a task. It might look impossible but it's very possible. Also, time and luck play a role in the revival process because different affiliate have different reasons for their inactive status. There's need to be optimistic on this assignment. The ways to achieve result is by doing the following:
1. Send team mails regularly to them. The content of your mails should be motivational and exciting. The team mail is the best way to communicate.
2. Always present SFI in numbers whenever you are sending out your team mails.
3. Through your team mails, inform them of latest and exciting SFI announcements with emphasis on their benefits.
4. Keep reminding them of the opportunities SFI has via team mails.
5. Always leave your contact media such as email, telephone number etc at the end of each communication.
With the hope that your messages reach them and they read, there are chances they might become active one day.

To earn the most money in SFI, you will need both sections of recruiting to build a team and selling TripleClicks products. It is essential for affiliates to do both to maximize earnings.
Selling TripleClicks products is a sure way of earning in SFI from day one. It is also an avenue to earn regularly with a lot of guarantee. Selling TripleClicks products not only gives cash, it gives affiliate VPs to boost their earnings at the Executive pools. Affiliate also maintain the W3 member. In short, selling TripleClicks products gives short, medium and long terms earning to an affiliate.
Recruiting and building a team is also good. It generates an unending income months after months. This is not immediate earning process but takes time and luck to attain success. To keep a new brand affiliate from quitting or becoming inactive immediately after joining is very easy. To remain active after then cannot be guaranteed. As a team leader and building a team of affiliates, it is essential to be optimistic at all time. The steps to follow are:
1. Have a device that makes you receive email alert immediately. It is good to log into your SFI homepage immediately you receive such email alert of new PSA arrival. This is because the affiliate is still online and you can initiate instant communication via SFI chat tool.
2. Before you start communication, check the affiliate profile to know if he/she speak same language as you. Never be deceived by the message that the affiliate primary language is English. If you discover the affiliate speaks different language,open the Google translator to aid you communicate effectively with the new affiliate.
3. Introduce yourself and your responsibility in a sentence to him/her. Wait to get a response before posting further.
4. Keep communication going by carefully guiding the affiliate and always wait and receive response.
5. Let them read the Basic and LUNCHPAD.
