There is no time limit on how long your PSA'S and CSA'S depend on you for help! I have been in SFI since 2012 and there are still times when I need help. I am thankful that I have an awesome sponsor who has always been willing to provide help, support, and encouragement. I admit that I don't need help as often as I once did but I have the assurance that if I need it, he is always willing to give it.
It is also beneficial that I can discuss new ideas with my sponsor. When he updates

Dear,
Let’s imagine that you are in charge of factory or any other company, all the workers will depend on you for guidance and advice as long as they work. It is the same here, you are their leader. They may not need your help every day, but you should always be available to them, no matter how experienced or ranked they are.

You always have time to guide your team, and you should have no problems at all with your PSAs and CSAs, coming to you for help.

You may not

I feel for as long as they need you.

I know in my place of work, I can get in there and work quite well without my manager, then all of a sudden, I need to ask something as I have come across an issue that I haven't tackled before.

I think the same can be said for SFI. So, if you are contacted by someone who doesn't usually contact you, that would make me think that they either have something great to share, or they are stuck with a situation and are looking for a bit of expertise

It's individual I think.

But my perfect scenario goes like this:
- In first few weeks new PSA contacts me daily - asking questions about SFI system. Thanks to these questions I understand if PSA/CSA is trying or wants everything on a "silver plate".
- After few weeks - my PSA is too busy working with it's own PSAs.

I think that everyone should understand: SFI ranking, Compensation Plan, VP system and other basics, by the time they reach E365 finals (Round

The first year is the time when affiliates usually need your help. I consider that Sponsoring is about training an affiliate for the first 6 months until they understand completely how the program works and learn how to make money here on SFI. The second and third year is a time where you continue to help them but they must not depend on you, they must be able to do the work on their own and also find other online resources to educate themselves, as a sponsor you are their to educate and provide

Thanks for this question.

Before answering, I would like to know - Tell me honestly - Do you have that much members in your team who keep communicating with you very regularly?

We only see lot of complaints in the Forum about affiliates remaining inactive or not communicating or responding after signing up.

Such being the case, it would be too good if your Team Members depend on you regularly.

How long they should depend on you for help, depends on how

The best way to look at this question is maybe " how long should I allow my affiliates to depend on me?" The answer therefore is for as long as is necessary!

However there is no right or wrong answer as each affiliate will present a different set of circumstances from the next. As sponsors we are duty bound to help our affiliates at all times since their success is directly linked to ours we have had help from our upline before!

Some affiliates are slower than others

During the first few weeks I encourage the new PSAs and CSAs to read and learn as much as possible and I tell them that I am always ready to help solve their problems.

The language barriers sometimes make the understanding more difficult so I try to explain in few easy words in my messages what they should do. I also follow their ledger and I see what are their interests, so I try to suggest their next steps in the SFI business.

There are not many active affiliates, so I

Hi!

I think that depends what kind of relationship you have with them.My Sponsor helped me a lot,we became a friends, writing about ourselves and some other things outside SFI, and i really trust her a lot!I am BTL now but i still sometimes need help from her,at least to tell me her opinion about some new methods or things i want to advertise.
For example,i have made ads for Privacy Maxx, first thing i did was to ask her and my up line for opinion.I know they have more experience then

Your PSA"s and CSA"s should be able to depend on you for advice for
as long as you remain active.

The first three months would be the crucial time. This is where your referrals
would need the most help. Help at that time may mean some financial help
to get started or enticements.

After a few months, I give detailed help on how to be successful in this
kind of business.

I do not wish to have a bunch of dependents. Thank goodness
