I will try to answer this question with my own experience or rather methods which I have been using successfully to better support my team.

Pictures say thousands of words if depicted properly instead of writing volumes. Whenever I win something in SFI or tripleclicks I take a relevant screenshot of that letter and upload on my Stream post. It does an excellent job without saying a word. Recently one of my answers in Ask SC got top votes and 100 versa points so I took its screenshot with a link and posted it on Stream. All my team members immediately came to know that I am very active and take SFI very seriously. They notice it and try to duplicate me.

Quotes can also be used to upload on Stream to motivate team members.

Now comes the second part of the question about Leadership Page blog. I use this extensively to post all my answers in Ask SC tab. I also use it to give training to my team. Whenever I buy any tripleclicks products I do mention about its purchase and its usefulness. I also use my Leadership Page blog to announce new team contests.

First of all lead by example. Your team will follow whatever you do. Your achievements are displayed by the badges you acquire. If you have a Fast Track badge they will see it and may follow you. If you have a Standing order they will see it and try to have SO for themselves. If you have more products reviews that means you are a regular buyer of tripleclicks products. They will also try to buy products from tripleclicks.

You have to guide your PSAs and CSAs properly. You have to help them in getting started in SFI if they are new.

Work with the workers is an excellent way of leading and managing your SFI team. You can find out your best workers from your Movers list. work with them and guide them.

Visit Forum regularly and be visible to your downlines. Post your comments on fellow SFI affiliates posts. Visit ASK SC tab regularly and try to answer questions posted by members. Your downlines will find out about it by looking at your Top Author's badge and see how many votes you got.

Reassignment tool is also a good way of leading and managing your team. Re-assign newly joined PSAs to your most active PSAs.

To become a good team leader you must have a clearly defined goals and a plan to achieve these goals. As far as experience is concerned every one starts with zero experience in SFI. As you log in daily and score points daily your confidence will slowly increase and also your self esteem will start to lift up. If you have low self esteem then I would suggest you to read some self help books like 'Magic of Thinking Big', 'Think and Grow Rich', 'How to Win Friends and Influence People', 'Seven Habits of Highly Effective People', 'Megaliving', 'Three Mistakes of My Life' etc. when you have a low self esteem just read few pages of any of these books, your self esteem will skyrocket immediately.

Try to communicate with your Senior Team Leaders in your upline team. They will guide you properly and uplift you by many notches.

You can use the following ways to get your friends to join your Eager Zebra Game League :

1) The very first thing you should do is to invite them to play many Eager Zebra Games available at Tripleclicks. You can do this by playing as many Eager Zebra Games as possible and try to score high so that you can create an invitation link in which your code is embedded. Then use this invite link as your advertising banner on various social media or send directly to your friends. Once they accept the challenge then guide them how to play many Eager Zebra Games available on Tripleclicks. Once they become familiar with these games then it is easier to ask them to join your League. Now he can also duplicate you and this way you will get many players to play your League.

2) You can use Gift Cards to invite your friends to first try playing Eager Zebra Games and once your friends are hooked to these games then it will be easier for you to invite them to play your desired League.

What are some ways to involve your family members to your SFI business?

That's a question every affiliate wants a good answer. Thanks Vladan for asking such a valuable question. The answers to which will provide good ways to involve family members.

I have tried many different ways to involve my family members but of no avail.But I have not lost hope. I am still trying to garner their support and I have found few ways which are as follows :

Find out the interests of each of your family members, what they like and what they enjoy doing and what are the products which could be used by them. In my case my daughter loves football and she watches most of the club matches in Europe. I am not a football fan but wanted to play Uber game. To involve my daughter I asked her what are the good teams in European Clubs and she replied happily and guided me to pick probable winners. This way I could involve her a little bit. I am partially successful.
My second daughter loves online shopping. This opened a window of opportunity for me to show her Tripleclicks products online which she now regularly watches and I am sure she may eventually involve in it one day.

My brother loves card games and I introduced him to Cards King game. He plays it regularly now.

This is how I involved my family members. You can also duplicate it.

How much time should I allow before I should expect to be producing income from SFI?

Norman let me congratulate you to ask such a widely asked question by most of the PSAs. Most of my PSAs have asked this question and I must admit I wasn't able to reply them a satisfactory answer. This forced me to ponder over this question and devise a good answer. The answer to this question depends on many factors some of which are as follows :

1) The first factor is the reasons why you have joined SFI. What are your expectations. Are you expecting to become rich quickly or expecting a decent income. The exact amount you want to earn purely depends on you. Expecting huge money to be produced will take more time and expecting decent amount of money will take less time.



2) The 2nd factor is how much money you want to invest in it.
The more money you invest in it the less time you can expect to produce money. The money is needed to buy Standing Order/s and PSAs to Go or S-Builders Co-op to recruit new PSAs


3) The 3rd factor is how much time you want to invest in it. The more time you devote to this business daily the less time it will take to produce money.

Devoting more time will result into learning this business faster. Faster learning will enable you to utilize many resources in SFI which will produce faster results and hence faster money. However no fixed time can be given to produce money.

4) Miscellaneous Factors: These factors are like your ability to learn new skills, your leadership qualities, your ability to motivate your PSAs or CSAs. Your family atmosphere. All these factors also decide how much time you can expect to produce money faster or slower.

Conclusion:

It is very clear from above factors that no fixed time can be given to produce money. It depends on too many factors, however if you follow the SFI resources professionally you may be able to build a very big team producing good amount of money in 2-5 yrs of time.

However you should be able to break even in 6-12 months of time if you follow SFI meticulously.

You can advertise tripleclicks products by the following ways :

1) To start with start marketing tripleclicks products individually on one-on-one basis to your friends and relatives explaining them the benefits of buying from tripleclciks and the quality of tripleclicks products. This will give you confidence to face many nos.

2) Print flyers of the product you want to market containing its QR codes. This is located on each product's SFI Tool rectangle. You can then distribute them locally yourself or tie up with a local newspaper distribution agency so that these fliers can be inserted inside each newspaper. This way your fliers will reach to thousands of people locally.

3)You can also advertise using a canopy at a suitable market place after obtaining prior permission from local authorities. Keep many fliers with you and some sample of products too with you so that you can explain about it.

4)You can also directly advertise using the same flier with QR codes in local or national newspaper depending on your budget. You need to contact an advertising agency for this.

5) You can also use Television or Radio advertising again depending on your budget. The investment here could be huge.

6)You can also advertise in weekly or monthly magazines which has wide circulation.

All above methods require a good investment of time and money.

Depending on your budget you can do the following on priority basis :

1)Buy Standing Order of 125 TCredits. This will qualify you to become Executive Affiliate every month and now you can focus on building your team.

2)Buy PSAs to Go for first 4-6 months. This will immediately build your team. You can then work with the Movers and guide them.

3)Buy S-Builders Co-Op as a Standing Order. This will ensure regular flow of PSAs in your team.

4)Buy items from tripleclicks which you were already buying from outside. This is known as Transfer Buying. No extra budget is to be allocated for this. There are many things you can buy as Transfer Buying. Some products which I can suggest are Smartphones, Laptops, LED TVs, dresses for self and family. Toys for kids in the family. You can even gift these toys for kids of your friends on their birthdays.

5)Buy Gift Cards to send as gifts to prospective PRMs. This will ensure you have some regular customers.
