I would suggest you let your downlines know you are available to help them whenever they need you!

Hopefully, your initial guidance when they join SFI, or become your CSA, will help them to learn all they can from the available training, and help sources, like Forum, a2a friends, askSC, and yourself.

When they have been here for a while, the active ones will be mostly self-sufficient, with occasional questions for you.

The sleepers may awaken some time in the future,

- As long as they don’t give up, it is your responsibility to help them, in regards to training and support in order to achieve their long term goal.

- As their Team Leader, you should have a clear definition of the help and support that correspond to your responsibility in making their journey with SFI a success.

When I joined this online business where I would earn money, I knew that this is something I wanted to take part in even if it was initially for a trial period to see what it was about. I never expected anyone to help me either financially or otherwise but I knew as I went along that Support was available. This was my business and to make it successful I would have to work hard towards it.

In view of the foregoing, I would not encourage my PSAs or CSAs to depend on me at all. That is

First and foremost rule is: Always be an example to others. In other words, make them his own example. Your task is to do all those things that you want your members also make.

In this case, they will easily follow your lead. To do all things necessary over time you will become skilled to effortlessly explain to their members the best ways that they are doing the same.

In the crucial area of ??duplication, your members definitely watch what you are doing as their sponsor. Show

This question is a good one and it really depends on how they are doing. If you PSAs/CSAs need your help then help them. As far as providing gift certificates, I see them as a tool to motivate, encourage, and support my team. There are some who feel differently and that's okay but remember everyone you help along the way adds value to your team. Instead of just granting gift certificates place stipulations of merit on them. Let your affiliates know that you are willing to meet them half

This is very important to always be there for your down-line to assist with any question or problem they might have.
The first few months especially because this is the time that you help them to get started and help them to understand how exactly this business works.
But it doesn't stop there, you should be available to help them anytime, I've been with SFI for over two years and now and again I still contact my sponsor for help with a problem that i might need assistance with before

I think you need to stay in touch with them and provide assistance whenever they need it because they are part of your team and you need to help them as long as they need your help because if they succeed, and you shall succeed.

And when they become independent and become familiar with the job will always be you first turn for help as its Sponsor or Co-Sponsor with you because they most closely connected with you have mastered the first steps in your team.

Thus whenever someone

Hello, Maria,
Your question ignites in me to tell you what Leadership entails; and although I cannot claim to be a sole authority on subject matter, all the same, I wish to share the followings with you:--
1. Leadership is a life-long matter. It should not have expiry date for as long as there are followers in your team.
2. So, you must be committed to guiding/training your followers for life;
3. You should possess Positive Attitude;
4. Untiring Dedication is a must for every

Well, my straight answer to this question is this. For as long as your PSAs and CSAs remain your PSAs and CSAs, they can continue to depend on you for help. This is because SFI business as it relates to team members is a life-long partnership. As SFI itself likes to remind affiliates always, you can do well in the business when your team members are doing well. In other words, your success in SFI business is directly related to the success of your PSAs and CSAs.

In SFI business, experience

The role of the sponsor is mainly to guide and support the downline. When the PSAs or CSAs join the group, apart from sending a welcoming letter, it is important that the sponsor continues to address any issues raised by the downline as they learn the training material at SFI.

It has to be said that committed affiliates can still make progress regardless of the type of sponsor they have. How long should they depend on you for help? For the growth of your team, continued support
