For instance, a man works hard and soon becomes a millionaire through sheer determination to improve the quality of life for himself and his family.If you have low self-esteem, try to find people who have made it in life like joining the local Community clubs, Toastmasters club, Rotary club and Lions club. Even become a volunteer in the local welfare home to help in whatever skills you are good at. I believe in this moto,"God helps those who help themselves". What it essentially means is that you have to encourage yourself as no one else is going to do it for you! Lastly, a word of encouragement, I learnt a lot by reading the Forum in SFI as there many successful people who give their advice, suggestions and opinions on how to solves issues mainly related to SFI because they have gone through the 'mill' and made in SFI and you gain valuable experiences from these people, some of them became millionaires in SFI! The best way to introduce a new affiliate to invest in SFI is Not to talk about investing any money for the time being! They may be put off that this is yet another scam! So he talk about money must be introduced slowly! Of course eventually, you have to emphasize without buying the TCredit Packs and participating in any of the games, you cannot earn Versa Points fast enough to become say a Entrepreneur 365 Champion, get extra cash rewards by being promoted as a Team Leader, a BTL and upwards. The bottom line is about how to earn money fast! So in SFI, there are more than 400 ways to earn money! mind blowing isn't it? So awesome! Get him to read up all he can about SFI and all the lessons in Launch Pad! Leaders are readers. You must also let him/her know that as you are the Sponsor, you are ever ready to help him out in what ever you can or refer him to contact the SFI Support. You can suggest to him to purchase the NMP (New Member Pack) with a lot of goodies thrown in) just to help a new affiliate to be 'fired' up in this business. Make him treat himself that now he is his own boss and an Independent Business Partner of SFI and as such he has over 90,000 products available to him to sell to the world as we are in 200 countries around the world. I think that I have said enough to convince a New Affiliate on how he/she can earn money in SFI.

My dear Affiliates, SFI provides an array of marketing 'tools' to help you to build a successful team. Send them letters to compliment them whenever you read that they were awarded some prizes by SFI like winning the TripleClicks T-Time Winner, The Daily Grand Draw,etc, then there banners available to congratulate them. Encourage and motivate them from time to time by sharing with them on how other people overcame their odds by reading The Forum. Form a team of your PSAs , give your team a name like "The Emeralds Team" and that all of the the team members are 'unpolished' emeralds and we have work together as a team to 'polish' each other by motivating and encouraging one another! Use the the Skype to do video conferencing to give them a talk and help each other solve their issues in SFI. I hope that these few tips will help you.

First and foremost, you must accept the role that as a Co-Sponsor of your CSAs, you do not earn commission as high as 45% but 15% only! Now just forget that you are their C0-Sponsor and treat them as being on the same level as your PSAs. If you can 'wake' up 10 CSAs to earn 2,000 VPs = 20,000 VPs and you earn 15%, that's 20,000 x 0.15 = 3,000 VPs rather than 2 PSA earning 4,000 Vps x 0.45% = 1,800 VPs! Is is my opinion that it is easier to 'work' on CSAs as they have been longer in SFI much longer period of time than PSAs who just joined SFI a few days to a week in SFI, so you can ask yourself is not easier to 'revive' CSAs who already earned some VPs already and for some personal reasons stopped doing the business? Thank you for reading my answer & hope that it helps you but no matter what I treat my CSAs like they are my PSAs as I do not show any discrimination against even though SFI pays us less, they get equal treatment as my PSAs.

After we have sent them the welcoming message, you must remind them to start earning their VPs asap by going to the Start & Basics as located in their profile. Then I will wait for one day & check if there is an increase in the VPs. Nevertheless, as their Sponsor, it my duty to teach them to go to the Homepage & let them know to turn all or most of the 'red' tabs to 'green' and to do the Launchpad lessons where they can earn 450 VPs when they complete all the lessons.I remind them that in order to be promoted as EAs is their main aim & that must be done as fast as possible. So they must buy the 125 TC or 199 TC Pack which will instantly award them with enough VPs to be EA instantly. But that is not good enough.They have to now look for a few of their best friends or relatives or neighbors & encourage them to join as their downlines & use the 'duplication' method to make them become EAs. I use the weekly communication recommended by SFI where you are awarded 30 VPs to write to my downlines.The most important matter to remind them is that the first two months,there is no payout.Only when they remain EA2s for 60 days,will the commissions be paid into their accounts either paypal or payoneer. hope that this this simple method is self explanatory.

You should treat your CSAs just the same way that you treat your PSAs. No doubt that you are earning less commission from your CSAs than your PSAs but for some unknown factor or perhaps these CSAs have good TLs who motivate them knowing their potentials. So get the benefit of earning from them for every three CSAs X 15% = 45% which is the amount you earn from one PSAs. So you must study your Genealogy chart of the earning capacity of the CSAs & write a letter to each of those who are earning high amounts of VPs. Their TLs should not have any qualm about t as they are also benefiting from it!

Okay, that is a very interesting question! Now what should you do to motivate your down lines to rise up the ranks for example you are EA2, you must try to 'persuade' your PSAs to become EA2s too! They must remain EA2 for 2 months before they can move up,their ranks.Offer them prizes, incentives like gift cards, to the one who becomes an EA2 the earliest! Then while they are mere Affs or EAs, get them to 'create' their own down lines by persuading their friends & relatives, Church members to join under them as Affs & later as EAs and later as EA2! This is called 'Duplication method'.By doing so, every month, you are assured to become and instant EA2 with the group VPs which will automatically give you the necessary 1,500 VPs & if you enough VPs in your down lines, & have 3,000 VPs, u can become a BTL & earn enough on your own to become a STL! So as u rise up the rank from BTL to STL, u must get your down lines also to become from EA2 to BTL & they in turn must get their down lines to become BTLs,too. Do not be too concerned if if your level 1 & 2 are so active that they become STLs while u still remain a BTL provided they all have been active EAs & EA2 for 2 months. you will get extra cash incentives so it is added incentives for you. Even if you do not own a physical shop, nevertheless you have one headache less and no rental to pay for your premises! You can choose to work at home or at the Internet cafe & from Starbucks, KFC, McDonalds,etc and even in the buses that have wifi so access to the Internet is limitless as now you have practically a 'mobile' office, now isn't that exciting news? Personally, whenever I have to go out to do some work or meet some businessmen, I cannot wait to get back home to log in to my home business so this has become my habit which is also a good habit to be instilled in one's self to maximize one's earning capability. personally. I prefer the quietness and the ambiance of working at home rather than in public places as there are too many distractions to contend with to take your mind away from concentrating in the Triple Clicks games!! A very interesting question, Mr Waleed Alif. You must prepare yourself to become a Team Leader as a SFI Affiliate with or without a team. Once we achieve the EA (Executive Affiliate) rank, you have to find people as Affiliates under you.SFI, your Sponsor & up lines may provide a number of Affiliates to be placed under you when they see how active and hard working you are in your business. So you are already a Team Leader even though your title does not indicate it, so you must assume the post and send out the Introductory Letters by Team Mail to all your Affiliates. You can go to the Genealogy page to see all the names of the Affiliates,with ranks as PSAs or CSAs, their #ID No., the Versa Points that they have earned, dates that they joined,etc. You will then use this page to send out the Team Mail as you enter the first name of one PSA, the auto system takes over and automatically sends out to all those under you saving the trouble of sending the mails individually. Let's say that all the Affs are removed by SFI because of inactivity, now you are a Team Leader without a team to lead and that does not mean that you stop being a team Leader. You must still acknowledge yourself to be one and use this period as 'Training ground' to continue sending out Stream posts to a2a friends and practice your role as a Team Leader until you achieve the next level of becoming a a BTL (Bronze Team Leader). Once you join SFI, you become a Business Owner/Entrepreneur and must prepare yourself to be Team Leader because the SFI Business system operates on the MLM (Multi Level Method) which means that you find 4 or 5 people and train them to become EAs and they in turn find 4 or 5 to be become EAs.This is called The Duplication Method and you can only earn and grow your team if you stick to this system as SFI has taught you in the Launch Pad Lessons. I go by my 'gut' instinct' and the facial expression of the person in the photo. 'Body' language can reveal the person's friendliness and character. My motive to be a2a friend is to help,guide and counsel them to grow in this business. I prefer to work with the younger generation who need our help and guidance no matter what race, creed or country they are from. I like to choose the newcomers who have no clue whatsoever of how to start the business even though they already have Sponsor chosen for them by SFI. They may or may not have sent a letter to their Up lines as SFI instructs all new Affiliates to do so. Sometimes they do not receive any replies or their response is slow! That is where we coming in like in the Forum,we also advise,train and counsel people when they are faced with problems to solve. From my personal experience,even if you choose 10 a2a friends, do you think that you have the quality time to spend? I do not think so as I have found that only one or two will continue seeking your friendship. The rest will just 'disappear'into thin air! Some young or old seek your help to get started and once they think that they know how to do it,they too will disappear. Then there are the ones in your own towns or country who also have the ulterior motive to 'tap' your brains and knowledge whether they are young or old! Once I had an elderly gentleman who asked me to come over to meet him in his city which is 150 Km. from mine and I was not .willing to do that! Since he had a son working in my city whom he visits every month, I told him that I can meet him in my city and he was not willing to do that! After I wrote to him & even called him, he ignored me and gave me the impression that he was trying to 'exploit' me at my expense! It is sad that that there are people like that in this world! So beware and be prepared for the worse and to be disappointed if you think that the a2a friends are all pink, rosy and nice!
