Hello,

Regarding daily actions. Affiliates who think that the daily action VP is a waste of time could be the ones who want to achieve things fast and want to earn without effort. For these affiliates my answer is that patience and building your business step by step will surely lead to success.

Like an organism had to start with the basic unit , each Versa point is a cell, and important. For each and every VP earned we are paid. Each VP is important. Explain the loss ,

1. daily on checking out the red tabs ie daily actions one can earn 16 AVP, so in 30 day month it comes to 480 AVP. 31 days month it comes to 496 AVP.

2. For daily actions we earn action points which can help us in attaining TL status. There was a time, when I joined a year ago, we could miss out the TL by just short of AVP but thanks to SFI for adding the three new tabs, EZ , ECA and PB.

3. Explain that where there is no investment of time meaning lack of patience , there is no smooth growth. Don't forget all time spent here is Money plus knowledge and outcome success.

4. Explain to them that in business , to grow we need to build a strong foundation and a great working team. For this you have to be a leader who will set the example and lead, so they must log in daily and perform the daily actions, so in Turn their affiliates can duplicate to build up.

5. When you say "waste of time "it means they also lack patience in reading, so explain that by checking on the red tabs daily, they get to know
. News on alert page, and an extra entry to daily grand draw
. Triple clicks tab the get to about products, deal of the day etc
. On ECA tab about different ECA with products listed
. On tips tab they can get valuable tips
. Ask SC and Forum tab for answers to questions they too might be looking for and answering a minimum of ten questions to get one VP is good deal
. Scoreboard tab shows where we stand. Checking on daily accounts and progress gives us the valuable VP
. Not forgetting the win it tab , if we only perform the red tab actions daily not only are we earning the VP but also entry to daily grand draw.


All in all you'll need to explain the advantages of performing daily actions. I hope my answer helps.

The first thing I would make affiliates understand is that the VersaPoints are the bloodline of the business. You need VersaPoints and you need to recruit other SFI affiliates. Even though 1 VersaPoint does not seem like a lot, when you follow your To-Do-List everyday, VersaPoints add up on a Monthly Basis and will help you reach your goal of at least 1500 VersaPoints a month.

Also just by getting your affiliates in following good habits on visiting their SFI affiliate center every day for a half hour is reason enough to encourage them to have structure and follow the To-Do-List. Also let them know that learners are earners so encourage them to read the SFI affiliate center, participate in the forum and participate also in the Ask SC (SFI Community)

You need to let your SFI affiliates know not to give up and that action brings success. So tell them to take action every day by clicking on VersaPoints and Reading a lot about SFI. Tell them to take action recruiting a team of PSA's for them selves and to sell their ECA's product line. When this type of action is taken, then you will see financial success but the main thing is not to give up. If SFI affiliates do not see the potential and earning power of SFI then it is up to the Sponsors and Co-Sponsors to let them know the value they have at hand with SFI.

Hi Odvidio,
I'm a bit surprised that Affiliates think that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time - because when they join SFI, all the Launch Pad lessons, and then Gery Carsons 'Rules of Success', will clearly explain how important it is to daily do the 'leg-work', i.e. the 1 VP actions.

I know its not every day we have new information on some of the TABS, but quite frankly it takes a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes to check out each TAB, unless you see something that catches your interest to check out and persue further.

I humbly suggest that you just tell each Affiliate that the daily 'tab earning of 1 VP action, is not just to earn those important Versa Points, but to discipline ourselves to check out our business and learn as we go. Day by day. This is no 'quick sprint', but a 'life-time' marathon.

Good luck in convincing any doubtful Affiliate that there is no easy way to success.

There are various materials in your To-Do-List (TDL) that are pertinent to building your SFI business, unfortunately you may not be aware of this but instead you may see it as just clicking away the tabs for 1 VP each. This may be the major reason you see it as a waste of time, but if you concentrate and take some moment to click on some links that teach you how to carrying out certain aspects of the business, like sales, sponsoring and referrals, then you will realise that your TDL offers more than you think.

Below are some benefits of carrying out the actions on your TDL:

1. It tends to warm you up and settles you down as you open your office to commence the day's job

2. It reminds you to send messages to your downline, does not let you lose sight of the fact that you need to work on your T-Connect page and act as a conduit to stream with your a2a friends and connected ECAs

3. It contains meaningful information on how to generate sales, sponsor affiliates, signup TC members and ECAs.

4 It reminds you of the benefits of being a good leader by spelling out the VP you can earn from supporting your team

5. Some aspects of it serves as an audit, regarding the VP you have earned and those waiting to be earned.

6. If you are still in E365 Finalists running, then a minimum of 10 VP daily actions earns you an entry in the Finalist draws

7. Think also about the importance of your VP Streak Badge, it could be gone or seriously diminished in value if you don't do your daily actions, so what impression will your team members have about your seriousness and commitment in SFI? Think about it !

As you can see, apart from the benefits above, you will in addition be earning the daily VP, so how can this exercise be a waste of time? It will only be a waste of time to the extent you allow it to go to waste. Again, have you thought of the reason several PTLs and some DTLs take their TDL seriously? It is because they know the value for duplication purposes and benefits in keeping their eyes on the ball.

To build a successful SFI business, everything counts, so do not major in waste, instead manage every little drop that will eventually become a mighty ocean, because an opportunity lost by missing a VP from daily action can never be regained.

Wow, that one wonderful question, tough though but perfect.

Yeah, I have received so many complains from my affiliates about wasting their time on gathering 1VP. Its hard to explain to affiliates who are actually after quick money. The affiliates who thinks gathering the Free action points in their first month would get them rich are most likely to say that gathering 1VP is a waste of time and no matter how much you try only very few percent of them understands. Don't forget it will be hard for this ones to spend there money on the business.

But in a case where its the set of affiliates who sees reasons to be part of SFI for a very long time and needs way out of just gathering 15vp per day into gathering 100's of VP per day, I think its quite simple.

Firstly, Getting involved in any business whatsoever there must be a goal, will, encouragement, and patience involved in other to put things together and master the business. Gathering of 1VP I believe is a strategy by SFI to help all affiliates have time to plan their business. How? you ask. I spend time gathering the 11VP then while also searching for other means of gathering more VP daily. I never miss any news, I had every reason to come online to see whats new.

SFI runs an affiliate program where people sponsor other affiliates and you earn extra VP for sponsoring others who made it upto Executive Affiliates. So I tell my Afilliates to ensure they train their own affiliates on how to become EA every month. Here

100 For support of each personally sponsored EA2
200 For support of each personally sponsored Bronze Team Leader
300 For support of each personally sponsored Silver Team Leader
400 For support of each personally sponsored Gold Team Leader
500 For support of each personally sponsored Platinum Team Leader

Entering the daily grand and daily crown could earn them more VP and also Tcredits. Tell them that all Tcredit used in Tripleclicks store will in turn add extra VP to the Total VP.
Help them see there are other thing that can be done while gathering the daily VPs which will earn them more VP at the end of the day such as

1. Making Standing Order
2. Recruiting other affiliates
3. Playing EZ games
4. Participating in the Pricebender auction
5. Building a strong ECA store and etc

So gathering the daily VP is only a means of getting affiliates
1. Focused
2. Build a better business
3. Encouraged
4. Learn different strategy
5. Meet up with their goals etc

Hi Ovidio Epifani, this is first time that I am answering to the ASK SC question, I do not know how much I am right or wrong in answering for the above question!

I would say if someone thinks “it is a waste of time doing the daily 1 VP action” then, that means he or she does not keep positive thought about SFI.

He or she has to be briefed few things about:

1. It keeps your day to day record that shows your attendance;
2. It is a door to get entry to the SFI system;
3. It is a link to find up-to-date information, news;
4. It directs you what to do and how to do;
5. It motivates you to move forward;
6. It establish good relationship with your up-line and down-line;
7. It tells you your current position, status in SFI; and
8. Last but not least it provides 1 AVP for per action which is quite worthy.

Even of the above, if he thinks it is still waste of time then please suggest him to get Standing Order of 1500 VP which will help him to maintain his position every month without any hassle.

A 1VP action is not a waste of time if the action when completed has been of benefit to the affiliate.

The affiliate can be reminded that:
1-It takes one VersaPoint to lose your TL status, meaning it takes only one to lose your commission and bonuses.

2-If you are short of one at the end of the month and there is no way to acquire it that one will break you.

3-It only takes one VP to lose your daily streak badge.

4-An unforeseen circumstance tomorrow may prevent us from getting to work tomorrow so every VersaPoint today is of value.

If the affiliate; however, is one who has attained Team Leader status early in the month, a 1 VP action may not matter so much. it may seem a waste of time, if that time that can be spent doing other things like coaching, working with the workers or communicating with a PSA who needs help.

Everything in life starts with 1, not with zero. Without 1c there cannot be a dollar, it’s only still 99 cents.

In SFI we start building our business by understanding that doing the daily to-do is the most important step to build a successful SFI business.

It all starts with earning 1 VP for doing 1 task, a start to accumulating the needed 10 VersaPoints to qualify for an entry in the Daily Grand Drawing. If you miss earning 1 VP, 9 VP will not gain you an entry.

You need to earn 1500 VP in order to qualify for EA. You will miss out becoming EA if you miss earning 1 VP as you end up with 1499 because you did not value the importance of earning 1 VP more.

If you are qualifying for the next rank, not earning 1 Action VP more can hold you back.

Nothing that you do in SFI that gains you 1 AVP is a waste of time- it's a step closer to fulfilling your goals, if your dreams are big enough.

Honestly, I say if anyone is not willing to make the sacrifice required to do the work, they can't enjoy the rewards. Doing the daily actions is never a waste when you have the big picture. It is easy to lose your way without this. Everything just gets blurred and you don't see the use. So what I recommend, is that everyday you remind yourself of why you choose to do this type of work. If it was to create a better lifestyle, then, everyday take 5 minutes to review what a better lifestyle looks like for you. If it is to create wealth, then every day remind yourself of the wealth you are building 1VP at a time.

Sometimes it is good to just step away and reflect. Give your mind some time to breath. Constant work is not good for the body, mind, or spirit. Finally, celebrate every little achievement along the way. Reward yourself often and accordingly for your achievements.

The purpose of the Daily Actions is to 'Learn to Understand YOUR Business' !!!
The action VPs are just a 'bribe' ;-)

The purpose is 'NOT' to earn action VPs - that is just a side effect :-)

The purpose is:

1) SFI Management wants to tell you what is going on at OUR business.
a) learn about changes
b) read the News

2) You need to learn what the needs of Your downline are.

3) .. and then tell Your business colleagues what is going on.

Don't forget, You Are the Leader of Your Team !!

A couple examples:
a) [ALERTS] TAB: all the news & changes at one spot + the importatnt Forum articles
b) [To-Do] TAB: All the things you need to get an habit on, like at a regular job.
c) [Movers] TAB: Work with the workers + check who is missing this month.
d) [Goals] TAB: Why are you here + what do you want to reach Today & until the end of the month. Your short term, intermediate & long term goals to become a business man / woman.
