The purpose of the Daily Actions is to 'Learn to Understand YOUR Business' !!!
The action VPs are just a 'bribe' ;-)

The purpose is 'NOT' to earn action VPs - that is just a side effect :-)

The purpose is:

1) SFI Management wants to tell you what is going on at OUR business.
a) learn about changes
b) read the News

2) You need to learn what the needs of Your downline are.

3) .. and then tell Your business colleagues what is going on.

Don't forget, You Are the Leader of Your Team !!

A couple examples:
a) [ALERTS] TAB: all the news & changes at one spot + the importatnt Forum articles
b) [To-Do] TAB: All the things you need to get an habit on, like at a regular job.
c) [Movers] TAB: Work with the workers + check who is missing this month.
d) [Goals] TAB: Why are you here + what do you want to reach Today & until the end of the month. Your short term, intermediate & long term goals to become a business man / woman.

All is here for YOU to Suceed :-)

I think, the best way is to 'play as a team' :-)

1) When I see that my downline has great offers in stock I am very happy to advertise it in
a) my weekly newsletter
b) in my eMail signature as 'my great tip for the week'

==> So, just ask your upline to promote your best items. They have a greater list to advertise ;-)

2) When chatting with other a2a members with STL status and above I ask them to advertise it to their team as well.

==> We are a 'big family' and are willing to help each other :-)

Have a Plan + Progress Chart !!

It is Great that you realized that you need to do something different, instead of just giving up.
It shows me that you are willing to go the 'stony way' where you need to work hard & smart before the SUCCESS will come.

Reading through the different answers I find that IAHBE get's much too high value.
This might be true for the USA.

The disadvantages outside the USA:
1) Most of the magazines & books will not be delivered
2) If they are delivered it takes to long & shipping is too expensive
3) There is not enough impact on local markets outside the USA.

My favorites are still 1) S-Builder & 2) TCredits:
1) You need to build your downline, but you can't relay that you will receive the same results every month.

2) You need to bid in PriceBender auctions to get your action VPs together for higher TL status. So buy TCredit packs to get them cheaper.

Combine both - don't focus on one.

There are many reasons, but one of the biggest advantage is if you already have a downline from other programs and they follow you to your new program.

That means, you have already built a *team which has trust in you* and your ability to lead in the right direction.

Another main reason for building a successful team in weeks is your ability to focus!
1) Focus on one program!
2) Dedicate your time to one program!
3) Have a Goal & a Dream - so your mind & your heart are pointing in the same direction!

The following attitudes are very important:
1) Be brave in talking to others.
2) Educate yourself daily.
3) Be creative in trying new ways to reach Your Goal.
