BIG outcomes start from small beginnings and they must remember that "the whole is bigger than the sum of it's parts". What I mean from this is that they are correct to think that the 1VP actions are a waste of time if you look at the 1VP.

It is not about the 1VP but the discipline of visiting their pages every day and reading all the content on the pages. Yes, a lot of the FORUM posts are a "waste of time" but I go to the page everyday and read the ones that I feel I can benefit from. I visit the STREAM posts everyday because there may be something that will benefit my business. Every now and then there is a very useful tip on the TIPS page that I would have missed if I did not visit it.

The best way to effectively grow your business is on the successes and failures of others and this is found on your different pages.

The 1VP is simply a small reward from SFI to thank you for visiting your pages.

First off, there is a fortune of AVPs to make it easier for them to reach their rank goals!! All they need do is spend a little time daily to read information, click buttons, be rewarded. Could not be much more simple.

Plus, there are additional benefits, such as the extra Daily Grand entry for rating the extra 20 AskSC answers, which is also a learning experience. And the Daily Grand can award them more AVPs as well as a variety of other prizes!

There is not really anything involved with clearing the red tabs that is a waste of time. Everything is geared toward advancing one to success, whatever their individual definitions may be.

I make a practice of clearing those tabs daily, and by doing all the tasks, including reading &/or replying to forum posts, there is a great deal of learning, and the fun of playing games!!

I would tell him he's missing the point!

I can totally understand why someone would think taking time out of his day to earn 1 VP here and another 1 VP there is a waste of time. Each individual VersaPoint doesn't convert to much money in the TripleClicks Executive Pool. If you have money to invest in your business, and you have a Standing Order, and your focus is on making TripleClicks sales and building a strong team, a few more action VP a day can seem rather pointless.

So tell him the real reason why he's offered incentives to complete those actions.

It has nothing to do with collecting a few VP a day. When SFI gives us VP for completing the daily actions, it's because those actions are important to building our business.

Checking the To-Do list helps us see that we're keeping on top of everything that needs doing.

Checking Tips can give us new ideas to help grow our business.

Stream is where we check what our upline, friends, ECAs we follow, and SFI Corporate are saying that might be useful to us. And it's where we post useful snippets of information for our own teams.

The TC tab helps us keep up to date with what's going on at TripleClicks.

And so on.

In any affiliate business, it's essential you know what's going on at the company whose products and services you're promoting. With SFI, this is even more important, because you are also building a team, and you need to be ready to help and support your team, and answer questions.

If you're not bothered about the 1 VP for each daily action, don't click the blue buttons!

But if you're serious about building a business, make sure you check out those red tabs every day, whether you want the VP or not.

If the affiliate is one of your team members, as his/her Team Leader/Sponsor, it is very important that you clarify the significance of performing his/her daily To-Do List in growing his/her own SFI business.

You can do the following steps to clear up any misconception about doing his/her daily 1 VP actions:

- Do a review of SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.

Considering the daily 1 VP actions as a waste of time is like throwing away the first founding principle of SFI BASICS, which is “Start earning money by accumulating VersaPoints.” Building your network without the first step of SFI BASICS will not work. SFI has carefully designed the core foundation of a successful network marketing business through SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD and SFI still flourishing in its 17th year.

- You need to explain clearly that the daily 1 VP actions provide base points every month to build upon for maintaining EA or moving up to TL.

- In general most affiliates are focus on scoring VPs and don’t care much about the content of the daily 1 VP actions. You can emphasize the significance of the daily 1 VP actions by going through each section and how it relates to the momentum and growth of his/her SFI business:

1. To-Do - overview of the list of actions that will earn him/her VPs.

2. TIPS section contains Tip of the Day, Ask SC Answer of the Day, Quote of the Day, Did you know? and Today’s Featured Marketing Aid. These are all important information for expanding the growth of his/her SFI business.

To explain to them is to show them the importance of the accumulation of the 1 daily vp. How?
1. Let them know the importance of qualifying as an EA and that will make them know that every vp counts e.g if one of your affiliate is 14vp short of qualifying as an EA, the daily vp will come to his/ her rescue and he/ she is able to qualify and receives all the benefits that come with it.
2. Another importance is the daily vp comes as a little reward for going through our daily task in our business that boosts our morale to know that these daily vps count to our income too.
3. Through these daily vps we look up to it everyday to accumulate it for the big vp that helps in our earning and our requalification every time. E.g the daily vp is now 14vp with the inclusion of EZ, PB, ECA red tabs that allows us to maximize the games, auctions and the featured ECA store as much as possible that allows for more vp to be earned and thus our requalification becoming more easier. With the 14vp, we now have 420vp for 30days and 434vp for 31 days. We generate 14vps daily now which are:

-Streams
-TC
-EZ
-PB
-ECA
-Scoreboard
-Movers
-Growth
-Goals

In SFI every action is important and the way actions are captured are through VersaPoints. VersaPoints we earn determine our ranks, perks and commissions and therefore are important.

To become an Executive Affiliates you need to accumulate 1500 VP. One of the easiest ways to get VersaPoint is through the daily tasks. There are 13 Tabs from which you can collect 1 VP each.
Hence 1 * 13 = 13 VP. Each entry at EZ & PB also gives an additional 1 VP for entry into the game and bidding on pricebenders auction if the maximum 200 entries and 500 entries respectively have not been reached; so that is another 2 VP. The total daily VP becomes 15 VP. In a month that translate into 15* 30 = 450 VP.

Just by gathering daily task he gets 450 VP and with the addition of other tasks he could do by logging in daily: like sending team mail, he gets 120 VP, with stream post and TConnect site he gets 8 * 4 = 32. Add sponsor's rating and that of SFI, he gets 10 VP, setting goals for the month, he gets 5 VP.
Hence he has 450 + 120 + 32 + 10 + 5 = 617 VP.

These action VersaPoint are hard to come by and accumulating it daily and then weekly is the only way for many people to make the requisite Action VersaPoints necessary for Team Leader qualification.

Also just by gathering 10 VP daily qualifies him for Daily Grand. He could win many items like Action VersaPoints (AVP), Member Reward Point (MRP), Co- Sponsored Affiliates (CSAs) etc

Maintaining the VP Streak is one good example anybody that has a team should have. In order to maintain his Streak he need at least 10 VP which comes easily from 1 VP from the To Do Tabs.

Furthermore, in the course of gathering the daily VersaPoints, he gets to read important updates, changes in the Affiliate Center and every other business building tips. Remember part of the ways of collecting those 1 VP is visiting the Forum and reading 10 ASK SC answers: think of the tremendous wealth of information available at these platforms.

I have spent most of my 40-year career working with business owners, from small home-based business on up, and I have yet to meet a successful owner who does not take the time to sit and review the state of his business on a regular basis.

And that is exactly what you are doing when you complete the daily tasks. Plus, the smaller (or newer) the business, the more important this is.

Sure, the VP are great, but the greatest value they have is as an incentive, to encourage you to review your business. You will learn what's new, what ECAs are out there whose products you could be promoting, who in your team is doing well and who needs some encouragement, what other affiliates are struggling with, and you get a chance to share your own successes and frustrations with like-minded people you may never have met anywhere else, and much more, as you complete the tasks. And it only takes 20 minutes a day.

Completing your daily tasks is the single most important time investment you can make at SFI.

The absolutely first reason is that every VP counts, and have multiple, maybe small but essential values: materijal - every VP has value in money, it is a base for duplication and their volume determines share in Executive Pool - "For each VersaPoint (VP) you accumulate during the month, you receive one share of the month's pool. Secondly: Daily tasks are meant to motivate members to learn, especially Ask SC - not reading answers is big big mistake, because you gain extra informations, or explanations, that maybe didn't available on the site, or one didn't found it yet. But mostly about ways of work, ideas, useful internet resources... I have learned so much, I am writing this precisely because this part is "the toughest" part of daily tasks. Every tab is here to inform, to guide, to lead you to pay attention on some segment of your work.

Third is that they can earn about 400 VPs a month, it is almost 1/3 of EA status, all of us who consider SFI serious business would never miss a VP - I missed two this month and I can't forgive myself, I just don't know how that happened? It's that important.

Let them imagine: the end of the month, status has to be confirmed but exactly 38 points missing - so close, jet status can't be confirmed. Months work will be lost. Those situations are solved only by investing money - ask them if they prefer that, or to dedicate maximum 30 minutes to look what is going on in SFI, from which they hope to earn money.
Alerts will tell them what is urgent to be done, they will see what their members are doing or did not done, they will read some useful information, give their opinion, see what's new in Tripleclicks, play a game or two,
and on top - qualify for tomorrow's prizes.

30 minutes and effort put in clicking and reading is really small price for all that.

VPs is measurement how hard are they willing to work.

If you are already a huge success at SFI then perhaps you are reaping the rewards now after toiling on the 1 VP actions and it’s not so much a priority now but if you are working through the ranks then it is important to go through it everyday.

The importance of the daily 1 VP is emphasised in the “Start” tab video. Go over it again.

Those accumulated AVPs are needed for rank qualification. Would you not regret if you fail to qualify because you thought those 1 VP actions is a waste of time.

How are you going to lead by example if you tell your PSAs that it’s a waste of time.

How are you going to build your team if it is a waste of time.

How do you expect to duplicate if you think it’s a waste of time.

How are you going to keep abreast of knowledge, your movers, scoreboard, goals etc.

If they think a 1VP action is a waste of time they are focused on the VP and not the purpose of the action.

Every 1VP Action is tied to a piece of information vital for the business owner to have in order to answer some of the more ardent questions about our company, and to stay motivated in our task. You learn the current counts of SFI Affiliates, ECA, TripleClicks members, and total products in your store. You also learn of sales and important news, get inspirational quotes and amazing tips and training from your peers. You make A2A connections vital to supporting your business and you learn how effective your actions of the current month have been in terms of reaching goals and earning an income.

The 1 VP may not seem like much but those simple actions add with the weekly and monthly task to gain over 500VP in a month. That is enough to reduce the cost of a standing order to make it to Executive Affiliate or to push your AVP over the top to make it to the next Team Leadership rank opening deeper levels to your downline and awarding you even more shares of our second home CSA.

If it were a penny you might not think of it as much but when I was living in New Mexico as a kid, a friend of mine's dad had spent nearly 20 years throwing all his pennies out in back yard. My friend, my brother, and me decided one day to start picking up all the pennies to see how much money was back there and just in what we found was over $1,000 that had been just thrown away.

A few years later there was a story of a man in Las Cruses New Mexico who had tossed his pennies in a water cooler bottle at first and once it filled up he would put them in a barrel in his garage. He did this for 35 years and when he retired he decided to cash his pennies in and see just how much he had saved through the years.
