SFI hits tracking uses a key code to monitor traffic to your gateways, it is a business activity, it is a part of your business records.
It keeps you informed of the effectiveness of your advertising or promotion. It lets you know where to spend you advertising dollars and where not to. It lets you know where the best places to advertise are.
-You cannot use the key codes 1101, 1200 or 1300
-You can use any key code up to 4 numbers.
You can use the key codes to track and compare FREE and PAID advertising, One code for FREE and another for PAID.
You can use the code to track and compare different forms of advertising, for example:
Email advertising,traffic exchange, local newspaper or magazine. Use a separate code for each form.
You can use a separate code for Twitter and Facebook, Or you can use one code for all social media. It depends on whether you want to compare Twitter and Facebook or Social Media and Email.
You can use a code for different locations. If you use 3 different email services you can use a different code for each email service.
You can use a code on your website or blog to track the number of visitors to your gateways from your website. Use the code on all the links on your website, If you use 100 as your key code, it will be:.100
www.tripleclicks.com/your ID.100 would be a code for your TripleClicks shop.
You can adjust your html codes by adding the key code to your ID number within the code.
Keep your own records of the stats, SFI resets the stats counter on Sunday.
