Hi Maarten,

I like your question, as often I have to ponder over what to say.....
i.e. not too much, and not too little!
My current approach is along these lines..... ..
most, if not all, of the following is usually inserted in my e-card of welcome...

"I am pleased you have made the choice to join SFI, and it is my pleasure to be your Sponsor/Leader.....

First and foremost, after a few years with SFI I can definitely vouch for the fact that SFI

HI there,
Thanks for this question, and from my viewpoint - remembering how confused and overwhelmed I was when first joining SFI two years ago - I would say that the only tips I give my new PSA's in the welcome letter (or e-card actually), is:
(1) Be assured from the start, that SFI is (a) not a scam, and (b) not a pyramid scheme.
(2) Also, it very important to know that SFI is not a 'get-rich-quick' scheme.

Best thing for you to do, is to watch and listen to Gery's 'starting

What is the best way to help affiliates in my group who have limited access to a computer?

Hi Jose,
Good question.

By limited access I am going to presume that you mean that the affiliates to whom you refer do not have their own laptop or desk top PC!

So, unless they have a 'smartphone' then the following could help:
(1) Use computers at the nearest 'internet cafe'.
(2) Use computers at local libraries. (some countries have this facility).
(3) try to persuade friends who have laptops to share them - and maybe they can also become interested

Hi Mary,
I am sure many of us are pushed for time, and in the one hour I usually have -
this is what I do:
(1) First I go to the WIN IT tab, and try for the T-time prize.
and return there - at the end of my hour for another 'attempt'. !

(2) Then I move to 'MOVERS tab', to see how many of my 'PSA's or CSA's are active,
and if any on line at the same time as me.
2.1. If any of my downline, active, I make sure that I send them a 'E-card' telling

Hi Mary, You have certainly raised a very interesting question, which I am sure most of us would like to resolve !

To be frank, I am not totally sure either what we can do to stop it,
other than perhaps -
find a way to recruit new affiliates who join SFI for the 'right' reasons, and not just because they are 'curious', or enticed to do so!

(many new Affiliates I buy or have allocated to me never even bother to complete their profile - so immediately you can tell

Hi Michelle,
Very good question, as no doubt each and everyone EA2 and upwards faces this problem constantly. I'm not sure of the 'stats' but I venture to guess that almost 99% of our 'P.S.A.'s' - act in this way sometime or other !!

Whilst Gery tells us to 'work with the workers', we still have to try to encourage those 'inactive PSA's by sending them a team-mail at least every week - just to try to keep them aware that we still hope for their participation in our 'Team'...

Hi Vickie,
I like your questions as it is 'topical' for me right now.

This is a difficult one for me to get to grips with but here goes:

(a) If you live in a country with a 'strong currency', like USD or EUR/GBP, then perhaps selling overseas to affiliates in countries with 'weak currencies' can be a problem because the 'landed costs' - including high shipping, makes the product less competitive. For us here in RSA, 'darn too expensive'. !

(b) The opposite

HI Waleed,
I like your question as I often ask myself if its worth reaching the rank of BTL without having a downline - or I should say, a 'working downline'.
Many of us reach EA2 and stay there for quite a while, simply because we don't have any 'active PSA's or any EA.
Personally, I don't really see the sense (or viability) in going beyond EA2, until I have a few very active Affiliates, who look set to become EA in the near future. Otherwise, there is not much benefit.

Hi David,
I read this with complete bewilderment!
Do you know for sure your emails are being blocked?
Or, is it a case of the Affiliates are not responding to your emails?

Frankly, only 1 or 2% of our Affiliates (worldwide) bother to reply to sponsors' or co-sponsors messages - so you must not be discouraged.

As Gery Carsons tells us in his RULES OF SUCCESS.
Work with the workers.

Don't worry about those who do not respond, and rather find some

Hi Michael,
Good question and one I have often thought about...
First and foremost, we know SFI system will send a lot of information to joining Affiliates so with that in mind, I prefer to send something like"

""""" Greetings, and welcome to SFI - and it is my privilege and pleasure to be appointed as your Sponsor....

My name is XXXXX and my role is help and guide you whenever you need it - so don't hesitate to email me on xxxxxx
