The most valuable skills you can teach your downline is the duplication process of your PSA's. Teach your downline to recruit new PSA's for their downline and this way you will build a strong foundation for your team. Lead by example and teach them to stay active with SFI and that with a little perseverance they too will become successful with SFI. Teach your downline to market SFI through advertising and even building an SFI Website. Teach them to teach their new PSA's to do the same. This is what we mean when we say to duplicate their results.

Another marketing skill to teach your downline is to be active on sponsoring PRM's (Personally Referred Members). This is where their commissions will really pay off.

The best marketing skill is advertising and just be active in advertising on different websites. Their are many free ways to do this, however; if you have a budget to set aside for advertising this can greatly increase your advertising results. One marketing skill is to keep trying different advertising platforms until you see what works best for you. This is through trial and error by setting your key codes to see where your best results come from.

You motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy by just being honest with them about SFI. SFI is a real business and all businesses need to raise capital depending on certain goals they want to reach. You let them know that SFI is always free but if they have certain goals they want to reach quicker it is wise to invest in their SFI opportunity and treat SFI like the real business that it is.
You educate them to let them know that you can trust in SFI on being around with their long track record and that many people are successful in this business with a little patience. You let them know that this is not a get rich quick scheme and that it will take a little while, maybe a few months to reach their goals and not give up. This is just about open and honest communication with their team. As a team effort you let them know you are here to help them and even help them build their downline by adding some of your affiliates under them which is a win win situation for both you and your affiliates.
The reason why so many people don't do much with SFI is because they don't see results quick enough. Like I said this is not a get rich quick scheme that so many other so called home business opportunities make even the SFI signups lose the trust and confidence in the home business opportunity as a whole.
That is why you need to educate and empower your team so they see the bigger picture and visit there SFI affiliate Website every day and complete their to do list. It is quite understandable if money is tight for most people so tell them to just set realistic goals and invest what they can or when they can. If they simple can not afford to invest right now in SFI that is OK as well because that is what stands out about SFI; that it is always free to join. You can recommend selling some of their own items on TripleClicks and reinvest some of the capital when they can in SFI.
Remember, honesty is the best policy with your affiliates as well as educating them on what they can't see and answer their concerns. Build a good relationship with your affiliates, be honest with them, educate them on the value of business investments. Also let them know to have patience and learn, learn, learn SFI. With SFI, your affiliates only have to be good with this one opportunity to be successful! That is what you need to make them understand and trust.

The first thing I would make affiliates understand is that the VersaPoints are the bloodline of the business. You need VersaPoints and you need to recruit other SFI affiliates. Even though 1 VersaPoint does not seem like a lot, when you follow your To-Do-List everyday, VersaPoints add up on a Monthly Basis and will help you reach your goal of at least 1500 VersaPoints a month.

Also just by getting your affiliates in following good habits on visiting their SFI affiliate center every day for a half hour is reason enough to encourage them to have structure and follow the To-Do-List. Also let them know that learners are earners so encourage them to read the SFI affiliate center, participate in the forum and participate also in the Ask SC (SFI Community)

You need to let your SFI affiliates know not to give up and that action brings success. So tell them to take action every day by clicking on VersaPoints and Reading a lot about SFI. Tell them to take action recruiting a team of PSA's for them selves and to sell their ECA's product line. When this type of action is taken, then you will see financial success but the main thing is not to give up. If SFI affiliates do not see the potential and earning power of SFI then it is up to the Sponsors and Co-Sponsors to let them know the value they have at hand with SFI.

It is important to know that every SFI member has their own unique writing so having a good idea to freshen your SFI welcome letter up is good, but you still should put it in your own words or add things you might say.

An example of a New Welcome Letter I send out to new PSA's is as follows:

Hello (first name) Welcome to SFI from your Sponsor (your-name)

Hi (first name), this is your SFI Sponsor (your-name). Welcome to our team here at SFI! To get started, just click on the Start, SFI Basics and Launchpad Buttons on the Top Right Header of your affiliate page. Watch the short Getting Started Video on your Start Button then follow your To-Do-List every day for Free Versa Points under the SFI Basics Button. It would help if you can give this business about a half hour a day to work for you, stay above the green line, follow your To-Do-List and get more VersaPoints at your Launchpad. Your goal is to qualify as an Executive Affiliate with 1500 Versa Points every month.
