With the biggest success of SFI, it is not surprising that many cyber criminals will try to either steal or destroy SFI and its affiliates.

Last month, my commission was stolen by a hacker but this incident has increased my trust in SFI. SFI have recovered my stolen commission and gave it back to me.

I am always reading Gery's updates on this cyber attacks and I am discussing them with my downlines. This is the way I reassured them and not to be dismayed because SFI has the

We all know of the amount of back office work put in to safeguard SFI from future cyber-attacks. In addition the several layers of security put in place when you log in. This in itself shows that SFI is taking its' business seriously. One of the reasons for the cyber attack is I believe the success of SFI and competitors are trying to destroy the credibilty of SFI.

We can assure our downline that SFI means business and that during the attack, SFI credited affiliates accounts that were

This is a very apt question in light of what has recently happened to SFI, there will still be a lot of anxiety and doubt out there about the security of our stored details with SFI. In this day and age unfortunately we are very much at the mercy of certain individuals who prefer to err on the wrong side of the law and try to access our details(especially Credit Card details) for illegal monetary gain.

The fact that this is, as far as I am aware, the first time SFI has been compromised,

Unfortunately Cyber Attacks are a growing concern for any on-line business.

Gery Carson and the SFI team acted as soon as they were aware that we were under attack. They immediately implemented new security precautions and were in contact with the FBI. They informed all the members as soon as they possibly could about the situation.

Gery was on the forum constantly answering members concerns and the SFI support team have been working round the clock to get through all the submitted

When the security threat was first mentioned to us I immediately followed the instructions given and re-verified my computer and mobile for SFI use. And, as requested, I also changed my password. I have had no problems since then.

We were also asked to reassure our downline. This I did in a Stream Post and in my next weekly TeamMail to all my PSAs and CSAs. I include it here because I think it will probably adequately answer Narine’s question.

“Unfortunately security is

The cyber-attack situation was a very frustrating period and I would be telling less than the truth if I said I was not disturbed by the interruption in my daily SFI routine.

Therefore, I can only imagine how members in my downline, especially new members were feeling. How can we encourage them to continue with SFI? This is how. First YOU must continue. You then can encourage them to continue and impress upon them the kind of strong leadership we have in SFI President Gery Carson. Let

SFI and TripleClicks are no less secure than Ebay or Amazon, both of which were hacked and are under daily attacks.

Facebook recently had personal data stolen on 200 million+ users, Twitter was hacked last year, several U.S. and International banks were hacked and robbed late last year to the tune of over 120 million U.S. dollars.

Sad to say no business can guarantee it wont happen or wont hurt if it does happen but SFI has been openly updating us as to the fixes they are implementing.

I am no IT guru and therefore amazed at how the SFI site works so efficiently, is updated almost immediately at each action one takes, whether it is purchasing T Credits or sending a PSA Mailer. And this is true not only for myself but all those thousands of Affiliates who are in the program. For arguments sake, one might say that the tools to create such a website are available to SFI but yet you are not out there with other companies but here with SFI.

That in itself says a lot about

Tell them that you have have made contact with a victim of this attack.
That SFI and Triple Clicks have set up a great security measure.
The minute they were made aware of the situation, they set balls in motion.

Some members were left frustrated and confused. BUT SFI sent emails updating all members on a regular basis. They always have their members best interests at heart.

I fully trust SFI. I have not lost confidence with them at all.

All my commissions

You take risk in any business. SFI has been a reliable business for over 16 years. Being that it is online, there are obvious dangers involved. When the danger came to light, they took immediate actions and made all parties involved aware. They executed a plan of action to prevent future attacks. They put plans of action in place to prevent any damage to all parties in the company. They also replace funds to affiliates that lost money in the attack.
SFI reacted to the situation in a professional
