Yes, in my opinion there is such a thing as helping your affiliates too much. First as a Team Leader it is our responsibility to assist our downline and do what we can to help them succeed; however, on the other hand we don't want to cripple them or give them the impression that we are there to carry the load for them. If you are constantly helping them make EA, you are helping to much. If they don't see the importance of an SO or maintaining EA then how serious can they be. Not having the money

How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

The cyber-attack situation was a very frustrating period and I would be telling less than the truth if I said I was not disturbed by the interruption in my daily SFI routine.

Therefore, I can only imagine how members in my downline, especially new members were feeling. How can we encourage them to continue with SFI? This is how. First YOU must continue. You then can encourage them to continue and impress upon them the kind of strong leadership we have in SFI President Gery Carson. Let

What is the best way to begin a new month in SFI and achieve success?

I've found the best way to begin the Month in SFI is with the setting of my goals for the Month. Doing so keeps me focused and grounded. I always aim to get the most VP I can within the first part of the Month...some Months work out better than others. I place my Tripleclicks orders earlier in the month to ensure I get the opportunity to use them and then review the products; which lands me more VP. I ALWAYS play the Daily Grand and T-Time and earn VP. I help those on my Team that ask for assistance

How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?

As we all can attest to "Superstars" are rare but they do exist. In my experience and time in SFI I have found that Superstars are not always the one who start out the gate running at top speed. They are not always the ones who ask tons of questions or complete their daily To-Do-List. They may start out doing everything right; however, how long do they remain on task? Three months, six months? How super can one be who throws in the towel after only a few shorts Months when brick and mortar

What do you tell an affiliate who says he's going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work?

I would definitely encourage him to keep going and not quit but I would first see how long he's been with SFI and exactly what his "hard work and efforts" are. Hard work is different from person to person; perhaps he is advertising his gateways links occasionally and sending team mail to his downline in an effort get them to become active and nothing is happening. While this can be very frustrating its hardly enough to build a successful SFI business.

When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

I really like this question because when I first started at SFI I was constantly being asked questions by new members on my Team and frankly I didn't have many ready to relay answers. I had to really dig to find the appropriate answers and this is what any awesome sponsor would do; they look, hunt and research to find answers. There were times when I went to my Upline for answers. There were times when I asked a2a members or Support but I never failed to respond and I believe this is so very important...respond

What's the best way to introduce S-builder Co-op to your affiliates?

I strongly believe that anyone who is serious about building an online business will be willing to do what is necessary to be successful. Although I don't believe in pushing anyone to make a purchase I will let them know the benefits of such a purchase. In the case of SFI we all know how important it is to sponsor new members. We all want a team of Aces but in order to find those Aces or go-getters we must have some means of advertising and sponsoring new affiliates and S-Builder does that for us.

Chances are we have all be in this position as a new member of the SFI family and for me it was an anxious feeling when new members of my team asked questions. I did not feel knowledgeable enough to answer their questions and yet if I did not answer I could lose a potentially good affiliate which would prove detrimental to both of us...so what was I to do in a case?

I did what a good sponsor should do; I went digging for the answers, I read tons upon tons of helpful information supplied

Since SFI has been around for many years, is the playing field fair for someone who have just started in SFI like me?

Yes the playing field is definitely good right now for new members. SFI is still in its early years; only 16 years young and there is potential for tremendous growth. SFI will make itself over many times; in another 16 years from now SFI will certainly not be the same. The SFI we currently know and love today will be better than ever in the months and years to come. SFI is a progressive organization; there will be no standing still.

One of the many great things about SFI is SFI allows

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

SFI is a Organization that continues to grow and improve. There is so much solid information here that if we only apply parts of it and employ consistency we will succeed. In my humble opinion it's best to continue sponsoring affiliates and work with the workers. I say this because my experience has been one of continuously sponsoring new members and I have never been in the position of not being able to help those that requested help. I have yet to be so overwhelmed with the influx of new members
