I would tell everyone that cyber attacks can happen at any successful organizations such as SFI and Triple Clicks. Although the attack was a bit troublesome it made the owners of this organization realize that the security they had was vulnerable and needed to be updated. And, they have diligently accomplished that mission.

Their quick actions, when the attack was discovered, prevented catastrophic results. None of the Affiliates personal information was jeopardized. That alone is very

Hello, Narine Abazian.
Your question is very much understandable. It may be in the minds of other affiliates as well.

However, when we thing about it, in a realistic manner, we will come to the conclusion that it will have a limited impact on the Affiliates who are fully aware of today's cyber security.

First, the AffiliateS who have a clear vision of the opportunity SFI offers will not be deterred in any way by the cyber-attack. On the contrary, they will be more determined

Reassuring your downline is about letting them know that SFI is safe because, they already fixed the issue firstly, secondly every affiliate is required to change their passwords, thirdly you should encourage them to read their emails, stream and the SFI news for updates, on Security and other milestones of the affiliate center.

I personally do not need any reassurance because, I read the emails and found out about the cyber attack and I kept to checking the SFI website to see if I could

Yes, it was so unfortunate that we all have faced so many inconveniences after the recent cyber attacks on our beloved SFI .

In my case, after rectifying the things at my end with the able help of SFI, I have personally contacted almost everyone in my team to offer them the help and guidance to bring them back to the normalcy. They were little shocked and afraid of all those developments, but with sincere efforts, I have put them back into the track.
This kind of cyber attack

A cyber-attack can be upsetting to many of the affiliates especially if it had been their first experience and if they had been directly affected. Some may be reluctant to return to the business. However, it is our duty to reassure them to continue their activity.

Most importantly help them to recognize how quick SFI was to take action to stop the attack. There was an immediate alert to all affiliates and there was a counter plan in place to ensure that our sites were not compromised.

Point out to them the immediacy with which management was on top of the problem!! They not only fixed the damage that had been done, they took rapid, solid steps to make any future attempts immensely more difficult.

They had affiliates changing emails, passwords, and posted progress reports daily for several days.

When people could not log in for some time, they also covered missed logins so VP streaks would not be lost.

SFI went way above and beyond to protect

You can reassure your downline by advising them to follow the instructions given and re-verify their computer/mobile/device for SFI use. They should also change the password as requested,

If they can’t log in, they should contact you through your email and you can help them send ticket to support

You can reassure them via your TeamMail and Stream Post.

You can also send them ECards as an encouragement

Point them to all the security measures SFI set

Last week has indeed been a very harrowing one for many of us as we experienced severe problems for log in and also scared of our passwords and account safety. Indeed a good corporate culture and able leadership successfully guided us away from the crises point.

Having said this I wish also to add that cyber-crime is nothing new to have happened. Ever since the spread of computer culture, the password strength, security of our account etc. were always under test/strain. The

There are two issues at stake here:

1. Why did the attack occur?
2. What has SFI done about it?

Second question first, if you are reading this forum you know what SFI did about it. They aggressively enhanced their security. In part it made things a bit harder for us all but we will all be safer. SFI also helped affected affiliates to resume their account activity and regain their losses. 90% of us or more, were only affected by SFI's enhancements and SFI made sure we all

Steps in reassuring your downline in regards to the recent cyber attack:

- Communicate with them through their corresponding email used when they sign up with SFI.

- Let them know that SFI has undertaken necessary steps to ensure that all affiliates are updated in regards to the measure that they can do to avert themselves from the consequences of the recent cyber attack.

- Include details of the procedures put in place by SFI and be ready to explain as simple and
