We all know of the amount of back office work put in to safeguard SFI from future cyber-attacks. In addition the several layers of security put in place when you log in. This in itself shows that SFI is taking its' business seriously. One of the reasons for the cyber attack is I believe the success of SFI and competitors are trying to destroy the credibilty of SFI.

We can assure our downline that SFI means business and that during the attack, SFI credited affiliates accounts that were affected with the daily 10 VP and the VP streak. The Founder and CEO of SFI was in constant communication with all the affiliates during this period and kept everyone informed. He also issued instructions on how to overcome the issue of log in and made recommendations. Although the company was affected the affiliate accounts, credit card details, were secure and safe. This itself should be enough.

I am sure downline will understand the efforts taken by SFI management and continue as we show them that they are partners too, in this business.

A very good question.

I had been a Sales Manager for an electrical Appliance Importer and the company had a difficult time as the economy was just opening and television was a new thing for us in the early '80s. As Sales Manager, I got organized a Sales Workshop comprising my sales field staff and showroom staff. We had a brain storming session and outcome was that the Sales Division would inform the Service Department of all TV sales. The Service Dept. would then allocate one service personnel to accompany the delivery, install and program the unit free of charge, to the customers satisfaction.

Most of our competitors only sold the units and their customers had to install it themselves, while our customers had nothing to worry about. Our sales grew and it came to a point that competitors had to follow suit.

The point here is, if you have sponsored ECA, it is customary to provide assistance (after sales service). You can walk them through the process of listing their products, shipping charges and whatever assistance they require. If possible, visit them and personally assist them, that is if they are living in close proximity to you. You can also call them if from your own country, otherwise through email.

You could advise what products your ECA can list for sale in their stores. what I would do first in check the products already listed by clicking on the products tab and running through the drop down list.

Second check what items ECA would want to sell in their stores. Then run through the list once again and this time compare the products and prices offered. Work with the ECA on how to differentiate their products from those that are already listed at TripleClicks. The plus points to be highlighted. As for pricing, well it would be better if it is lower than the similar ones listed. A word of caution though, prices should be realistic and should not be below cost or the ECA will have to file bankruptcy. And we do not want that to happen. do we?

The advantage of becoming an ECA is that you will earn commissions from the sales made by your downline, you also are able to earn from the items that you sell through your stores. Not only do you earn commissions you also earn matching VP from purchases made by your downline team who are EA or higher rank. If that is not enough you can also promote items of other ECA's on social networks and earn additional commissions.

The more VP earned you are able to grow in rank at SFI.

TripleClicks and SFI are integrated and complement each other. You cannot work with one without the other.

Hi Elif,

I usually carry the Wave 3 X-Card together with some Gift Cards. When opportunity does knock, I do give either a W3 x-card of the $12 Gift Card according to the circumstances. But the best I like are the SFI and TClicks flyers.

I live in a small town which has only one newspaper distributor who distributes 18 different publications and 12 daily newspapers. I have a understanding with the distributor to insert these flyers in the English Language Weekend Newspapers, namely; Sunday Times, Sunday Observer, Sunday Leader, Sunday Mirror, Today and the Nation for a paltry fee of $ 5. Of course, these flyers do have my SFI ID. I have only used his service once and gained 1 PRM.

The next schedule of distribution is set April 13.

I plan to attend the shopping fair organized on account of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, and distribute flyers and W3 x-cards too.

However, my best medium of marketing is the flyers.

As for your most successful method, it depends on your environment and circumstances.

I am glad you asked this question. Towards the end of every month we have affiliates requesting help on how to gather the shortfall VPs to either maintain or move to next rank.

I did address this issue with my downline yesterday and posted it on my Leadership Page. The transcript as below:

How do you set a plan?

Remember, Readers are Leaders. Loose the "too busy" to learn excuse. Take responsibility for your actions.

Once you have mastered the lessons, use them.

Track your progress. Check your VP Ledger. Use a monthly planner. Keep a record of your actions. Having it in black and white in front of you, helps you to take the right action to achieve your goals. Use your VP Ledger and Scoreboard as these give insight into the progress you are making towards your success.

All affiliates who reach or re-confirm their EA rank status are rewarded with 2 CSAs.

What joy, what happiness this brings to the new affiliate. He is excited, oozing enthusiasms and passion to become an awesome sponsor. In our rush to prove to our own selves and to our affiliate how good we are, we do just the opposite.

Some of the mistakes to avoid are:

Do not overload your downline with information. As it is, all information require for growth are available free at the SFI site. Just guide them to it.

We little realize in our rush to sponsor the 2 CSAs that these are given to us to sharpen our leadership skills. We also fail to realize that with only CSAs in our downline there is very little opportunity for our own growth, and limited advantage in sponsoring CSAs. Instead we should be sponsoring PSAs, to get the most of benefits.

The common mistakes one should avid in building own downline are:

1.Misleading, untruthfulness.
Be honest in your recruiting. Do not promise an overnight easy earn, get rich quick system because SFI is not that. Be honest on categorily stating that SFI is an honest home business programme where an affiliate can make money online.

So avoid giving false hopes, misleading information, and untruthfulness.

2.Sloppiness and lacking conviction
Your messages must be genuine, show your conviction, enthusiasm and passion.

3.No Overload
Do not overload information to your downline. They don’t deserve an over dose. Send them short messages that pour out warmth, friendship and encouragement

4.Over eagerness
One of the biggest mistake sponsors make frequently, is to remind their downline to place a Standing Order. Some insist that it should be done immediately. Yes, placing a SO is beneficial and a requirement, but as a sponsor you must not insist that it should be done. Use diplomacy.

5.Promise Nothing
Do not promise rewards. This may sound controversial with SFI guidance, but it is not. Do encourage and motivate our downline to become EA within the first month. Teach them how it could be done by just dong the action points. Reward them with $1.95 worth gift certificates redeemable against S&H for their Wave 3 banner. This will be incentive to work harder because it goes as a gift .

6.Don’t reward your downline
Check your ‘Movers’ tab and see your movers, Work with the Workers.

Leading the horse right up to the waters edge. By this I mean go to the full extent. Lead by example. Sponsor should:

- encourage downline to reach their potential through weekly team mail, stream etc.

- recognize movers and work with them. check on their VP Ledger on a weekly basis and send e-tip card or mail on how movers can increase their points to attain the next level of status or re-confirm EA status.

- should be ready to assist downline with not only words of encouragement, but actions such as presenting gift certificates, tcredits, re-assigning affilaites to hardworking PSA/CSAs.

- Congratulate on achievements or milestones reached by downline members.

- Run a contest among downline to encourage growth and actions

- send tips on moving forward, advertisement, useful articles/e-books to read, download or buy from TripleClicks.

- Assign S-Builder Co-op shares to promising downline team members and top movers acknowledging their effort and motivating them to achieve more for a bigger share. (Promises to be kept)

- there is no limit what a sponsor can do. Fortunately I had a awesome sponsor, who got me going when she gifted me with TCredits. I am proud to state that I followed her footstep and have done same to my most outstanding movers.

As for what sponsors should not do:

- Simply do not do the work your downline needs to do. That is sponsor should not do what affiliates should or could do.

- do not let affiliates/downline team be dependent. Sponsors should teach but not be learners for affiliates/downline team. That is the job of affiliates/downline team.

- be there for you PSA/CSA/Affifliates but be not your PSA/CSA/Affiliates.
