I am feeling really excited about SFI's new CSA Rewards program! This I had to share with you.
By now you must have heard the news but I wanted to make sure you do not miss out on this wonderful team building opportunity.

CSAs or Co-Sponsored Affiliates are a great way of earning in SFI as you get matching VP for the Executive Pool share and 15% of CV from the CSA's TripleClicks purchases and sales.

In addition to the 2 CSAs you receive each month for reaching the rank of EA, you now have an even greater reward from SFI of an extra addition to your team of 10, 20, 30 CSAs or much more each month!

All you have to do is have a Standing Order of at least 1500 VP for the minimum 10 CSAs, 2000 VP SO for 12 CSAs, 3000 VP SO for 20 CSAs and so on.

As if that is not enough we also have a limited time bonus CSAs awarded 1 share for every 1000 VP contained in your SO (Estimated at least 8 to 10 CSAs per share).

• 20 CSAs each month (240/year) with a min. 3000 VP Standing Order
The higher the Standing Order in terms of Versa Points, higher the number of CSAs you would be awarded.

So, I urge to set up your Standing Order as soon as possible and as bigger as you can. I would advise you to keep adding every thing you purchase to your standing order to increase the size of your SO and thereby getting maximum CSA every month to boost your SFI business.

My letter to my PSAs would be headed:

Let us encourage our CSAs!

Some of you have been in SFI long enough to understand that when you join as a PSA, you also support another individual who is your CSA (Co-Sponsored Affiliate). Your CSA is someone else's PSA and this is why recently SFI has shown that CSAs are also important in our team.

The above link will give you a better idea of what you are required to accomplish to receive the CSA rewards. These are CSAs awarded to you (gratis) by SFI for many of your achievements which are not limited to but include:

a) Having a Standing Order of 1500 VP - you can earn 10 CSAs each month
b) Earn a bonus share for every 1000VP in your standing order (approximately 8-10 CSAs)
c) This example will clarify to you how many CSAs you can expect if you have a Standing Order of 1500 VPs, are a E365 Champion Bronze Team Leader.

i) 10 CSAs - SO of 1500 VPs
ii) 5 CSAs - E365 Champion
iii) 3 CSAs - Bronze Team Leader

That is already 18 new CSAs for some of the least requirements within SFI but when you check the SFI news links above, it will give you an in-depth account of how many more CSAs you can be rewarded.

This is great news for all of us. Remember CSAs also give us commissions and they are not to be taken lightly. One of my friends talked about her initial days in SFI when her CSAs were instrumental in keeping her afloat before she built her team of PSAs.

Let us support all our CSAs and build a team that inspires both PSAs as well as CSAs.

The CSA rewards program is a good topic for a regular team mail. Sending it would be the same as sending an effective team letter.

A good message would be convincing enough to motivate your PSA's to qualify for the rewards.

Mention the value of CSA's in building a team and in generating income.

Compare the rewards with the costs of buying CSA's.

Identify some main and free ways to qualify for the rewards and place a link to the SFI information page.

For example:
Setting up standing orders:
10 CSA's for a 1500VP standing order
12 CSA's for a 2000VP standing order
20 CSA's for a 3000VP

Mention the:
-The Team Leader ranks and the number of CSA's per rank.
-The Fast Track members and the number of CSA's
-The EA Streak
-The Daily Streak

For new affiliates you would want to mention the 365 Challenge share in your first letter.

Be prepared to send the message at specific times after a PSA signs up.

You may also need to remind your workers from time to time about certain qualifying achievement that apply to them.

This is a great subject for the actives, or for those who have been waiting for more helps and support, in order to stay active.

But first, we need to understand the program and how it works..
This action calls for a thorough readings and how / what better ways, it can helps our team affiliates..

Although the program was explained very well in the newsletter we can not assume that all our affiliates actually read the newsletter. For this reason I would explain to them in easy terms what it is and how it works.

It is possible that they never realized the value of the badges we earn. Yes, sure it is nice to have all these badges and it looks good but - what do they actually mean to our business? This program highlights what it can mean and why it is worth working towards earning the badges. Explain this to them and that this means potentially more money in their pockets.

Each and every one of us are both somebody's PSA and somebody's CSA. In turn we are a sponsor and a co-sponsor to others. Our sponsors and co-sponsors make money from our efforts and in turn we make money from our PSA and CSA's efforts (and it continues like that down and up our lines)

It stands to reason that you have a better chance of success with a bigger team - more active affiliates will hopefully be assigned to you - in this case you will receive CSA's for the requirements you met - like your fast track badge (SO) and as per the long list in the newsletter. You can include the requirements in your letter to your team.
