A "team with a negative attitude about" a company could be so recognized by many conditions: absence, business behavior, criticism and other ones. Depending of their formation and business vision. Or also of their budgetary capacity to participate in the business with some investment even with few amount.

There are useful manners you can change concerning negative attitude for people with good faith and open mind.

Firstly by your own example in performance showed by your own activity showed by:

First, to change a negative person to positive, you must be very positive person because you can not give out what you do not have.

Be sure to tell them that is not a get rich quick, is not for lazy people, it take hard work and time to build sfi business, providing great earrings over time.

Refer them to Launchpad and sfi rules of success.

Follow them up carefully and patiently and some will become positive

Though they may appear negative but see the possibility of becoming positive.

Note also that this is a common problem to all team leaders.

Keep signing up more affiliates the more you recruit the more you meet new and positive ones

Keep posting positive ideas and mails to them.

Visit members ledger to see what 5hey have done and what next to do to move on.

I pour the importance of self development to my team members daily. Remember, the only person who can take action is the individual. But sending the message daily will hopefully rub off and I eevn provide a website that will give and send you personal development articles , just for suscribing to the newsletter. There is not much you can do from far. I even offer to reward them if they can or any of my affiliates do respond to my question. This question is meant to find out if they are reading or listening to the audio tips or articles.Once they see your success, you will get those who see the importance to take action and make it part of their daily habit. I do personal development of 2-3 hours daily. Keeps me motivated. They say if you want to be successful, then have more positive thoughts than negative thoughts in your mind and follow a successful person who has achieved what you are trying to achieve. Finally I have come to realise, your MIND is the most powerful asset each one of us possess. How do you know they have a negative attitude? If they communicated with you you are in a good position to address their negative perceptions.

Attitudes are mostly based on perceptions. It is not always based on reality and facts. How many times in your life did you enter into the unknown? If you are anything like me and many other people I know you would sit and go through different scenarios and possible outcomes? Most people would concentrate on the worst case scenario - that way they do not expect too much and they won't be disappointed. Once you entered the situation and realised that all your fears are in your head your attitude change from negative to excited.

If you are lucky enough that your affiliates actually communicate with you, find out what they are thinking, what they are afraid of, why they are negative. Address their fears and concerns one by one. If you can - demonstrate reality.

Remember - the facts and truths will remove unrealistic and imagined threats and fears.

You need to be positive and upbeat in all your communications with your team. This is of up most importance.

You want your team not only to have a positive attitude towards SFI but also excited about it. Even if you manage to change their attitude from negative to positive it would do you absolutely no good at all if they dont do the work. Getting them excited about SFI will greatly help them to start working and keep on working and growing their businesses.

If you are able to establish the reason/s for their negative attitude that would be a major accomplishment because then you can address the reason/s for their negativity. You can establish the reasons by keeping in regular contact with them and asking them. You can also ask them to fill out a questionnaire or use a similar tool to establish the reasons/s for their attitudes towards SFI.

I suspect however that their attitudes towards SFI would not be entirely negative, otherwise they would have opted out of SFI altogether. Even if you are of the opinion they are negative because of what they have said to you, there is still hope of a change as long as they remain SFI members.

Now what do you do and/or say to them?

- Let them know that you are a real and genuine person. Share a little bit of yourself with them. That's what friends and partners do for each other.
- Let them know that you want to have more successes in SFI and you also want them to succeed.
- Let therm know that you really care for them and will be more than happy to work with them growing their business
- Let them know that you are here for them and that when ever they need your help all they need to do is to contact you. Encourage them to use you and include your offer of help in ever piece of message/communication you have with them.
- Teach them and make sure they clearly understand the SFI system. The negative attitudes they have may be due to inadequate knowledge. We often hear of people complaining about not getting paid when all they have done is action the 'to-do-lists,' not being able to get the 'SFI credit card' but they haven't earned any commission, of obtaining PSAs via ECAs but they 'dont work' etc.. Address these deficiencies.
- Try to be proactive and anticipate where your team might be having problems. For example towards the ends of the month, remind them and make suggestions where they are likely to obtain those last VPs they need for qualification.
- Be upbeat when pointing out to them new innovations that SFI regularly comes up with. Support the innovations, join the discussions in SFI Forum, answer and review answers in ASK SC, take part in the auctions and all the games and competitions. When ever you secure some form of success or if a team member does that, let the whole team know. In other words, lift your profile within SFI, your team will see this and hopefully they will become positive and excited about SFI.

A tip.

After login on every day - go straight to your Genealogy. Use the Birthday filter and send a Happy Birthday e card to all those celebrating birthdays that day. I love getting birthday cards and I am sure your team members would appreciate them too. An easy action to do but it goes a long way to getting rid of negative attitudes.

The positive attitude sometimes can lead to disappointment. Try to persuade the positive people to be positive toward SFI as well. What to do, however, with their negative attitude?
I propose here a LID model for changing perception, attitude and goals.

Lead your team by personal example and attitude.
Insist on legality of the business and realistic expectations.
Demystify the misconception and misleads.

If positive people change their attitude from negative to positive, they will remain a part of your team.
If they are still negative about SFI, you have no team yet.
Try to avoid negative people, they have the victim's attitude.
Thus, they can not succeed in this business.

Address everything head-on. If someone complains about not being able to recruit, for example, ask them what they have tried. They will probably give you 2 or 3 things. Now, give them a healthy list of new things they can do, and ask them if they are willing to try it.

Guard YOUR own attitude! Don't let others pull you down! Did you know it's easier to pull someone down than it is to pull someone up? Gravity (and attitude) works against the person on top!

Encourage them to read and be helpful to them when they need the help. Have them read the testimonials of other affiliates and let them know if anyone else can do it, they can do. Be patient with them as we all do not learn alike and just be available when they need you. Show them that you are interested by communicating with them on a regular basis and when they email you for help, be prompt in your response. You can only do so much, however. If they want to succeed,they will, If they just want a get rich quick scheme, they will move on. Let them know that everything worth having requires diligence and commitment. The results you reap from hard work here is definitely worth all that it takes to get there.

Go through your list of negative affiliates and individually ask them what turned them negative. It could be a misconception of something they read.

Explain to them in detail the actual facts and they may start to see that they can do this.

Some people are naturally negative. If they keep trying to prove the point in the negative, just move on. They are not interested. Anything you say won't make a difference.

A friend told me that, "when you are paid i will start". The reason is simple, the internet is not a perfectplace and so could not be always be trusted.

Taking me for examble, SFI, could have been a far fetch idea if not that i had a knowledge of web marketing and ecommerce stuff. So, i knew it would be likely be a real money making ground.

I feel, because of the reason i have heard from many and that because i know many prople want a fast paying job, i mean, you work this month and then you get paid at the end of the month. Hence:

1. Help them know that some have been paid @ SFI

2. They could chat with some whom you know do recieve cash here.

3. Sometimes also, call them talk to them ask them the real problem, perhaps they do not really inderstand SFI's system so help them by knowing the real problem and then by helping them.

This is all i can figure out for now.
