It's a very creative question requiring a creative answer. So, I will try to give some ideas here:
Build a creative personalized site.
Use multiple:
Cartoons, classifieds, counters, email form processing, forum, SFI greeting cards, guestbook, perosnal mail lists, polls, search engine, Web announcements, free links.
Multiple: chat room, quizlet Trivia, personal events related to SFI, graphics, clip art, animated Gifs, sound, use everything to attract future affiliates.
For sure, some of them will remain and stay with you and your team.
People is appealed by creative people!

Great question like yours deserves creative answer. You don't need a rich audiovisual experience to promote Tripleclicks products in order to influence consumer purchasing during Christmas and gift giving season. The best form of advertising, I think is a word-of month, and word-of -month can come in the form of a simple text -only-email. Your PRMs are regular people, they are not technology enthusiasts. There are here to find things, learn things, buy thing, playing games, bidding on auctions. They'd prefer to do so quickly and simply, so focus on simplicity and speed can be rewarded with succes.

What are the best ways to set up proper communications with my new PSAs?

The principal benefit from the communication set up with you new PSA is synergy.
I mean, you are sharing knowledge by giving right information to your PSA, but they are also sharing information with you, -cause they also have real life, real wants and needs.
Your common experience and different strategies might lead to the win-loose/ quit -quit / or to win-win situation.Your objectives are very similar, but your paths to get them can be different and that can be really frustrating.. How to help each other?
A proper communication can be set up by:
1) Clearly identified communication objectives which are consistent with your PSA objectives
2) Planned approach to your PSA’s which covers daily activities in a coherent and synergistic way
3) Range of SFI promotional tools including personal communication and non personal communication
4) Range of messages - ensure that all messages are determinate in such a way as to work to each other’s mutual benefit

My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?

The positive attitude sometimes can lead to disappointment. Try to persuade the positive people to be positive toward SFI as well. What to do, however, with their negative attitude?
I propose here a LID model for changing perception, attitude and goals.
Lead your team by personal example and attitude.
Insist on legality of the business and realistic expectations.
Demystify the misconception and misleads.
If positive people change their attitude from negative to positive, they will remain a part of your team.
If they are still negative about SFI, you have no team yet.
Try to avoid negative people, they have the victim's attitude.
Thus, they can not succeed in this business.

I think that you should try to understand their psychological profile. If they are introvert, they would't show the willingness to communicate with you, try to change their patterns, if you can. The daily routine (day-to- day VP gathering) is borring for many people, but it is not a rule.
If your lazy and unmotivated affiliates start to communicate one day, you'll probably have a chance to set your common goals.
Our common business is to communicate with the community, to be inclusive and to encourage others to be inclusive, too.
Try to explain to lazy affiliates that this business is for serious, curious and persistent people, as you are.
If they have something in common with you, you will start building a common team, as a part of SFI global community.
