We cannot pleased everyone but we can do lot of ways to make negative attitudes be corrected by way of refreshing and encouraging how amazing what the program is all about.

Do your part, let them know through sending letters, post a message and also encourage them to promote the good news about the program that we are all benefited and that their negatives side turns into positive one.

Be positive always.

Hello Magdalena,

As we can't force anyone to believe in SFI all we can do is show them proof, I usually share different forum posts by our bronze, gold and platinum team leaders and people that has been with SFI for over two years because I believe that this is the best example for sponsors that has been with SFI less than a year ( because they might still be at EA2 )

I think, to make the team to have an attitude popzitiv for SFI, we need a greater commitment. We must understand, maybe we start having difficulties with the way how the SFI.
But our job is to listen to someone, you see their complaints, which is a problem, we help you, guide you with an easier way to work. This attitude affiliates know very well. Unfortunately, these people are and exist in every business. Thus, even in SFI. It does not convince the majority. I'm not saying that there can not be an exception. For me, but it's a waste of time and it is better to try to acquire new branches, eg. Triple Cliks buy in some of the options.
I myself explaining the benefits of this work, these inoperative PSA, I stated utmost motivation, but it was all in vain as well.

When my team has a negative view of SFI I will prove that it is as follows. First, SFI is a company with 18 years of tradition around here if it is not original and is true and real first explanatory not to survive for 18 years. Start with you.When you are negative, talk to your sponsor.Ask them for ideas.
Tell them your concerns.

Do not worry about the negative team members.Just keep posting positive stuff in your Stream Post and Team e-mails.

Check the v.p, Ledger before sending a nice e-card with help.Each person will reconcile you

Keep sending them newsletters and tips and one on one e-mails!

Keep telling them all the wonderful things of SFI that you accomplish, what makes you happy with this business! Be honest.

The main thing is believe in yourself and stay positive. Try to focus on the light only and just brush off the rest and keep moving onward!

My tip would be to answer the questions that the Negative team members may have. I am assuming that if they are negative, they may not be asking any questions. All you can do is provide them with the facts and your opinion. In the end it will be up to them to either have a negative or a positive outlook on the SFI business.

Now, I wouldn't exhaust a lot of time on negative nay-sayers. Focus your attention to the team members that are genuinely asking and needing your guidance. Focus
