There are few ways...

Just keep sharing positivity post, on Stream or on Group Mail , pointing the contents to SFI news, Launchpad or the Forums.

Meanwhile, do keep sponsoring new affiliates too..

If my Team have a negative about SFI ,Iwill try to let them know it is the real work

First you must be positive. Answer yourself what are you doing in SFI. What is your goal?
What is your power? Explain your team what is your work what we working here,
what is the work for SFI?
If they don't like to understand what is the work, don't waste your time on those people.
You can't change someone who don't like hard work.
Find new people with positive way, motivated, we know that a lot of blogs write negative for SFI, that people don't like work

Unless your team members are all part of a group who are in regular contact with each other, each one of them will have their own reasons for feeling negative toward SFI. So the most important thing to do is to contact each one them individually, to ask them what their specific concerns are, and then carefully address each one of those concerns. It will take you time to do this, depending on the size of your team, but it will pay results if you demonstrate your commitment to helping each team member

First of all, I think you should tell your team that SFI is an legal successful American company which operates since 1998. It's very successful and it gives a chance to all people all over the world to earn a non-limit money and success.
All what your team need to do is to believe, work of course, and they will be successful.
If they have negative attitude, they will not succeed and they will give up.
There are a lot of way to earn, they have to learn how to deal with it, and always

In my opinion it has alot to do with the example you set, so to change their attitude, you'd have to be positive yourself, and the best way to show your team your positive attitude is with communication, send them positive weekly team mails, stream posts and even nice inspirational posts and testimonials, if you send these communications out on a regular/weekly basis, you should be able to convine

I think they're not taking it seriously or probably they're blind about all the information they can find in SFI. Maybe they didn't try any kind of online work to compare with all the powerful support they can find here.
I recommend to be patient and try to teach them little by little until you know wich of them takes it seriously.
Try with Eager Zebra games (most people likes games), try also with trainning tips (most people likes to read), try with the SFI chat , It helped to me a lot

?SFI/TripleClicks IS such a DYNAMIC, company, I can't Imagine any one been negative around us for too long.
