This is a great question. There was an answer to it in the Forum yesterday. It was from one of our sister affiliates. It spoke on releasing old negative thoughts from your mind and letting new positive and innovative thoughts enter. It also spoke on really begin to love yourself and believe in yourself to the point that you have faith that you can do anything or be anything you want to be. Do not feed into any negativity.

As much as we would love to have them continue being active, it is truly not up to us. We can do everything in out power to support them by sending them a great welcome letters, send them all the information they need to get started and training that follows that. We can answer their questions and concerns and even gift them with T Credits or gift cards. However, if they just want a microwave business (where everything happens quickly) they will be disappointed and quit. We can encourage them and

Hi,

I would say that both are excellent investments. T- Credits allow you to play the games and bid on items in the open auctions which will give you MRP's and also allow you to purchase items you can use in building your business. S Builder is great also because it actually helps you build your business if you don't have the time to recruit, advertise or have no experience in advertising. It is economical and could mean a world of difference if you are just starting out and trying to

Hi

You can encourage them, send them information, remind them of things that they need to be doing, most of all let them know that you are available to them if they need your help. That is what you can do, but they really have to want to become active and make advancements. You can only do so much, they have to do the rest.

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

With only one hour a day to spend on SFI, I would definitely do all of my to-do list tasks. I would review my Launch Pad items(or if you have completed the Launch Pad items, read the news or just review the information on the site to keep up with any changes made or new items added) and check my email for new psa's. If there are new members, I would immediately send them an e-card or welcome letter.I believe that would cover an hour (may be more) I think these are the most important things to do

Lead by example. Show them what you are doing and try to inspire them from that point. Let them know that there is no time limit on working in SFI. It is not a race. Encourage them to read and be helpful to them when they need the help. Have them read the testimonials of other affiliates and let them know if anyone else can do it, they can do. Be patient with them as we all do not learn alike and just be available when they need you. Show them that you are interested by communicating with them on

Hi

I would let the affiliate know that you are interested in his/her concern. (first and foremost) I would also tell the affiliate not to become discouraged. Remind them that this is a business and as such, you will probably invest more than you will get out of it in the beginning. Tell them that they are not the only ones, but patience is a virtue. Keep working at it and to keep in mind this is not a fly by night job. If he/she can stick with, work very hard at it. they will come out

To be a successful student, you need to read, study, learn and ask others for information to explain what is not clear to you. What you have learned through your experience, reading, studying and having your questions answered, pass along to your students. Learn for your self and then share with your students.

Being a good sponsor is being welcoming to new team members. Being friendly and helpful to them. When they need you, always be accessible. That is if they need help, get back to them as soon as possible. This shows that you are interested in their progress and are willing to work with them and give them the necessary aid they seek. Let them know that we are all in this together. We are all here for the same reason. Let them know, also, that although, we may be their team leader, we are still learning
