Because you earn commissions on purchases from within your down line (from both PRMs and PSAs) the best efforts are (in my opinion) to focus on recruiting PSAs first. Those PSAs who do not become active may become PRMs anyway because they are introduced to everything within SFI including TripleClicks.

If they are active, they will be likely to make purchases within SFI and TripleClicks to grow the business (with products like TripleClick X Cards, Gift Cards, Brochures, traffic, standing

Generally speaking there are multiple approach to business strategy to get better results. Your option will depend on what your priority and goal in your business looks like. For instance, recruiting PSAs, if well motivated, earns you a team that will give you revenue for a long time, but not immediately. While recruiting PRMs can guarantee immediate revenue as soon as they make purchases and they have to do it monthly to keep earning from them each month.

So, if you are interested in

The best thing I like about SFI is that it gives me the freedom to pursue what I enjoy the best and still offer multiple income streams. This flexibility is what makes your online business unique from others you may have come across.

I would not want to give you an answer that would seem rigid for other affiliates reading this. There is no specific rule in any business which guides you into believing that if your area of expertise is recruiting PSAs, you should not concentrate on bringing

Knowing which is better to do between Personally Referred Members (PRMs) and Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs) recruiting is good. But then again, “best” is more than “better”. So I want to stick to the “best” approach: doing both with equal intensity and drive.

Recruiting PRMs provides you with sales from TripleClicks. And you also earn the VersaPoints (VPs) from the orders of PRMs if they are not yet SFI affiliates. So, the 45% Commission Volume as your Direct

PSAs build our team up to the level that will give stability and profitability to SFI business.
PRMs are the TC Members and customers who are not builders but will buy products from TripleClicks that provides commissions and royalty for the future.

So better recruit both as they are part and parcel of a successful SFI business opportunity.

Your SFI business will look like a pyramid without customers and sales of TC products.
Recruit PSAs to have a Team of workers and

Both PSA and PRM can generate income through their sales in the form of direct commission.
However due to their differences in recruitment, they vary in their roles in our SFI business operations. Every sale your PRMs make you will get commission. If they don't make sales, you don't get any commission/income. So it is important that PRMs need to be royal customers of Tripleclicks to make continuous purchases. Only SFI can contact PRMs. So as a sponsor, you have no direct communication with them.

There is far less work involved after you have recruited PRMs than recruiting PSAs.

If your PRMs actually like TripleClicks and become involved in all the activities, then you can earn income and Sales VP from their purchases.

Plus, if they play games and happen to win any of them where they receive TCredits, as their 'referrer', you receive some TCredits as well. That used to be with your PSAs, but is now reserved for your PRMs only.

If you can recruit enough

Recruit both, but yes – one is better than the other!

When you recruit PSAs, they automatically become TripleClicks members and can access TC and participate in all TC activities just like PRMs.
When you recruit PRMs, they become TripleClicks members only and cannot participate in programmes that PSAs are able to.

The answer to your question therefore depends entirely on your focus and on what you want.

If you want to simply earn as much commission as possible

Good day Garzorka,

From my own experience, I would recommend you do both. Why? Because both PRMs and PSA contributes immensely to the growth of your business.

For PRMs, you can start earning your income more quickly, than building up your team with PSAs. In this regards, money spent by the PRM buying products on TripleClicks, playing in the auctions, playing the EZgames etc.

Every action that a PRM takes, commissions are earned for you as well as AVP for goods

Thanks for this question.

This is our business. When we look at it this way, we should leave no stone unturned to grow and succeed here.

SFI keeps providing so much opportunities equally to all of us & the means to use them effectively to ensure every one keeps growing continuously and earn an income.

The SFI Compensation Plan shows the different types of methods by which we can achieve our goals. These include:
