While it is true that you will need both PRM and PSA in your business to see long term success and a business that can sustain itself long after you retire from actively promoting it, I will tell you that starting with PRM is vital to success with PSA.

PSA or Personally Sponsored Affiliates have a track record of only seeing short term results and very few stick around to see the big picture and even fewer see the big picture before they start promoting.

Why not, we live in

In my opinion both are better. It depends what interests people. Some would be happy to be just a PRM and once they have joined they might get more interested in SFI when the knowledge of SFI grows and can then register to become an affiliate.

I think advertising should be done for both and we let the person decide how and what they want to join. Some people dont have time to join in as affiliate because as an affiliate you need to work and we all know some dont want to work to earn money

Good question Zagorka. I want to be the only person that doesn't answer your question by saying or paraphrasing 'BOTH'.

If I had my choice, I would only recruit PRMs and ECAs but that is just because I'm basically lazy. TripleClicks takes over any responsibility for PRMs as soon as they sign up and after they are established, ECAs pretty much look after themselves.

PSAs on the other hand, require care, attention and development. One could compare the PSA to the difference

Quite simply, my experience tells me that recruiting PSAs is more important than recruiting PRMs. The reason is simple, PSAs, if they are going to join in will try and build a network thus helping increase your network and also, they will buy from TC in order to build their business. So as there are more chances of them buying from the business, there is also more chance of your increasing your sales in your business, via your PSAs.

However PRMs, may join and do nothing at all. So really,

Any positive contibution that can make you succeed in business should not be avoided. That is why i will go for combining the two to make your business succeed.
In the actual fact,PRMs and PSA are very important to the success of your sfi business.PRMs can give you quick money if they buy from tripleclick and they can also become your PSA in future. While PSA can give you quick money or money in the future that can also becomes your residual income.
Is better you go for PRMs and PSA and

Recruiting PRMs is the accumulation of commission from sales done through persons who respond to your adverts of TripleClicks products. Such commissions - 45% and the total VersaPoints accrue to the sponsor. PRMs, invariably sign-up as PSAs.

PSAs recruitment give one a step lower as to the sharing of goodies. The affiliates so signed up share in the Action VersaPoints while the sponsor share in the Sales VersaPoints.
At the tail end, should all things be equal, PRMs fetch the sponsor

This same question I have been pondering myself and no matter how I look at it the answer is always the same: "PRM's and PSA's go hand in hand"!

PRM's I started to recruit on a more local base and after building a site and a blog and learned of the importance of being a good sponsor I focused on PSA's - it fluctuates from time to time but I think it is easier to recruit PSA's than PRM's and one can not always be sure if the PSA's are actually becoming active.

Hi Zagorka,

It is mandatory to recruit PRMs and PSAs in order to succeed in SFI. Now the question is how best we can perform this complex task of recruiting PRMs and PSAs.
The SFI itself suggests hundreds of ways to build up your team of TC/SFI members. You need to visit the links For banners, X-Cards, E-Cards, text ads, splash pages, flyers, postcards, and more, for sponsoring affiliates, see:

Some people would argue that you should promote for PRMs because active PRMs spend money on TripleClicks products. But so do active PSAs. Furthermore, a PRM can stay a PRM or choose to become a PSA, or ECA. But PSAs are essentially both PRMs and PSAs. Should they decide to open a store, then they can.

In conclusion, it's not whether or not they are PRMs or PSAs that matters but rather if they are actively supporting TripleClicks. This is what makes commissions - sales! Whether

The key word here is Growth, So I would say both. Lets start with the PRM's which you get from referrals that become TripleClicks members. When you refer them to TripleClicks not only do you have to really follow up with them but you earn MRP's when they join and when they purchase from TC. The follow up SFI will handle, you just need to get them there.

Sponsoring on the other hand is a whole different type of ball game. Remember the SFI Plan, to duplicate and sponsor 5 platinum PSA's
