Understand what is Leadership Challenge.
The Leadership Challenge is a quarterly contest for all SFI affiliates interested in developing a strong, active group of personally sponsored affiliates working on both sponsoring and duplication platforms which generate income through EA2s. Leadership Challenge is divided into 5 levels with different requirement at each level . The winning affiliate is awarded with different prices.

Criteria to participate.
At Level 1 develop just 4 new EA2s to win 100 tcredits and a wrist band.
At Level 2,, develop 6 new EAs to win SFI wrist, 200 tcredits, a tote bag, a handy slip pocket and two pen holder.
Level 3, develop 3 team leaders to win 300 tcredits and a few other prizes.
Level 4, develop 6 new Team Leaders with 400 tcredits and other prizes
Level 5 develop 8 team leaders and other prizes.

Who should participate.
Participants must have a minimum 1500 VP Standing Order processed during the last month of the contest, provide a valid and complete current physical mailing address
Open to all current SFI affiliates with one contest entry per affiliate.

Having known the qualifications to participate, I will invite my team members who have 4 EA2s to participate in 1st Level.

Explain the benefits and getting new EA2s. These EA2s will form the production line to generate sales and matching vps.. Should an EA cannot make it to EA2, the sponsors should help by giving tcredts to participate in the contest. And also to ensure that EA2 will maintain his/her rank.

I will intensify my advertising platform to recruit more PSAs and in the 3rd month will be EA2
Continue to send out group mails to set their targets for EA2 within the 3 months while the contest is on. Organize contest to attract lukewarm and inactive affiliates to start working in SFI andbecome EA/EA2.

Normally, SFI notifies that new PSAs have been received and are added into my genealogy. It is my initiative to contact them immediately or as soon as possible. If they are online, I can contact them immediately.

If they are online a green dot appear after the names in Movers or in genealogy. I can open up a chat by clicking the green dot. Chatting is a more direct way to communicate with them

Send an e-card to welcome them into my team

Use PSA mailer as a group mail to send welcome letter and an introduction to SFI business. Or I can use individual email to send them letters

In my genealogy, use filter to identify them as the latest PSAs received. Or PSAs received in the last 30 days so that none of them is missing out of the mail.

Use instant messages(IM), Note, telephone contact as provided in genealogy.

Use social media like Facebook, Tweet, Pinterest, Google blog, Wordpress, etc if they subscribe to these public domains.

Plan my communication schedule and its contents so that the flow of information and intended messages are received in proper order and sequences as not to confuse or jumble up the information. The flow of messages must be arranged in stages from the simple idea to an advance level as they are new and insufficient exposure to SFI business.

Response effectively and efficiently to any enquires that they raise. Guide them through the proper channel of communication as not to overlap and distorted the intended messages.

Send them emails once a week at the early stage to ensure that I am always there to help and to maintain contact and develop close relationship as business partners.

Both PSA and PRM can generate income through their sales in the form of direct commission.
However due to their differences in recruitment, they vary in their roles in our SFI business operations. Every sale your PRMs make you will get commission. If they don't make sales, you don't get any commission/income. So it is important that PRMs need to be royal customers of Tripleclicks to make continuous purchases. Only SFI can contact PRMs. So as a sponsor, you have no direct communication with them. They don't need a sponsor. So you have no control over them. PRM can also help to recruit W3 members who will be added under you and will contribute a lots of benefits to you as a new W3 member under your PRM.

Personally Referred Member(PRM) is recruited as Tripleclicks member through Tripleclicks.com. He/She is not your SFI Affiliate, unless he/she wants to be one through https://www.sfimg.com/Convert. With that he/she will be your SFI Affiliate from which you can get more benefits, sales commissions and Matching Points when he/she achieves EA2 status.

Personally Sponsored Affiliates(PSAs), on the other hand, are directly recruited by you, through your SFI gateways. When they register under SFI, you will be their sponsor and you are responsible for providing leadership and support. You need to communicate to them frequently.

Every sales they make, you will earn commissions a,d every VP they earn you will also get matching points and become part of your earning provided they become EA2 or TL

Your PSAs can become team leaders and build up their downline. With 5 active PSAs with active teams, you can build up your downline members up to 12 generations from which you will get massive residual income. Having active PSAs determine your success and your leadership capability. Having quality PSAs are a great asset to your SFI business

Even though getting quality PSAs is almost a dream, but having 5 active, successful ones will certainly bring you to DTL in the long run. Even though the journey is slow to reach the top but it is definitely a great reward. PRMs will give mush benefit when they make sales which are not definite depending on their needs.

Therefore, I prefer to recruit PSAs to get more and lasting benefits in the long term.

I have 61 ECAs I love. I have chosen them by the type of products they sell based on my present and future needs.However not all of them are my favorites. I look into their product categories and product rating(average between 3 and 5) and the evaluation of delivery systems based on feedbacks from members/customers. The rating with the highest score determines the popularity of ECAs and the products demanded. With these criteria, I have found suitable ECAs and their products that I can promote. Tobe able to promote the products, I must have the passion based on my own experience and knowledge of the products. A good and reliable testimonials will help greatly to entice prospective customers.

Give due respect to the Sponsors of CSAs if they are active themselves, who are in front leading and guiding their CSAs while the co-sponsors are there to assist these sponsors. As for me, I would rather send out emails through CSA mailer once a month and group mailer (newsletter)once or twice a month depending on the general needs of my affiliates.

To avoid CSAs being overloaded with information and to reduce differences in opinion and suggestion, thus creating confusion and misunderstanding among the 3 parties- the cosponsors, the sponsors and CSAs, I rather give more privileges to their sponsors. I act as a back-up and not to overtake the sponsors. Preferably, I would rather spend more time with my PSAs, even though my CSAs also contribute some income to me.

How to contact them? SFI provides numerous methods and by all means use these methods to reach them. Not all the methods are effective, based on responses, but as long as the messages are sent and acknowledged being sent by SFI, I feel that is adequate to keep in touch. They may have received but either they don't want to reply or they cannot understand because of language problem. One way you can tell that they have responded is in the MOVERS.

Use CSA mailer, group mailer, chat, IM, notes, individual emails, Forum, Stream, Facebook, Twitter, blogs(Wordpress), e-cards and telephone.

The versa points collected during the month show that you have done the tasks as required to earn which you will have a share in the Executive Pool.

Showing a true picture of your effort and performance during the month against your goal setting for the month.

Asking for the most valuable thing to spend my tcredits on, I would pick the best out of 8 ways to spend my tcredits. My priority is to participate in pricebenders for items that I really need such as Lifetime Prestige Custom Dorman, PSAs, CSAs Tcredit auctions, and Eager Zebra Games that come up with double MRPs.

As a global business SFI does not restrict anybody from joining in the business if he/she is interested in home business and affiliate marketing irrespective of language, educational background, belief and knowledge!We have Google to translate English to relevant official languages of different countries. Even though Google has its limitation, it still can be used at least the basic understanding of the content.

Seek the assistance of a2a friends or your upline from the country concerned who know English and translate to the language of the affiliate.

SFI has customised and ready to use letters to be sent to the affiliates. These letters or E-cards can easily be sent if SFI has ready made translations according to the languages of the affiliates. Just click the options and the messages are ready to be sent.

With this in mind, I should try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates even though they are not English speakers/leaders but can understand and read simple English or using Google translation or if come to the worst, they should have their own dictionary at hand to refer or language translation software installed.-in their computers.

Drip marketing is a direct marketing strategy that involves sending out several promotional adverts over a period of time to a subset of sales leads.

It was developed in response to the "Law of 29" in which many marketers believe that an average "prospect" will not turn into a client until they've viewed their marketing message at least 29 times. I do believe in the need to stay in touch with my current and prospective clients in order for them to purchase from me. There are too many competitors out there..
An effective way to use drip marketing is to consistently do something each month to keep your name in front of your current clients and prospective clients. By doing this you diminish the sell-produce curve and will find that you will have a steady amount of business coming in the door.
Drip marketing requires a plan of action. Using this plan and following it throughout the year guarantee that my marketing campaign will be consistent all year long.

Drip marketing campaign as a way to nurture my current and potential clients. My campaign should keep them aware of your products and services. With this thought in mind my campaign will succeed.
The kind of information I want to include in my drip emails will vary depending on the nature of the campaign. My goal is to keep my prospects thinking about me, I might send them bits of useful information at regular intervals. I can send links to material I found elsewhere, along with a bit of commentary.

I periodically test new types of content or email designs for my drip marketing campaigns. I divide my email list into two different groups, and send the old version to one group and the new version to the other. If the new template gets a bigger response than the old one, I can then roll out the new template in future emails to my whole list..

So drip marketing is not one-off campaign but sporadic or staggering over time.
