The question here is, "How do I want to be compensated?"

PRMs are people who will ideally continue shopping at TripleClicks, and as they purchase products, you get a commission. Once they're customers, your job is done.

PSAs are people who you then have to teach how to be good SFI/TripleClicks affiliates. When they purchase products themselves, you get a commission. After they establish themselves as Executive Affiliates two months in a row, their VP also get added

Hello!

1. What I think and what I can give as advice is that, both real works, the PRMs and the PSAs.
What do I mean here, is that when a PRM place an order at TripleClicks.com you will just earn a share of 45% CV, and when a PSA place an order at TripleClicks.com also you will earn a share of 45% CV.

2. So! it`s you to choose either both OR! But to me I choose both, because what I `m focusing is to earn more cash from both and nothing else.

3. If your ready

My answer to this question has changed since the new Wave3 was announced.

Before, I would have said that PSAs would give you more lasting value, as long as they were active.

With the new Wave3, your PRM does not have to purchase anything in order to be of value to you. If he or she tells all his or her friends, and if any of them join and purchase from TripleClicks, you win.

So, I would say, recruit both.

PRM's are the obvious answer, because their potential has a greater range of participation
Familiarity. PSA's on the other hand tend to have an initial participation experience that could be likened to a form of attention deficit disorder. Because, unless the individual is already familiar with what should be the logical progression of success, what an uniformed person is faced with
Is a plethora of differing approaches to understandable business achievement.
Albeit, SFI takes "pains"

I believe both Personally Referred TC Members and Personally Sponsored Affiliates are both important. It all depends on what you are more focused on doing. Whether your interest lies primarily to build a team and then reaping the returns from your S.F.I team as well as to benefits from their purchases at Triple click then P.S.As would be the preferred choice. Otherwise if you seeking an opportunity to get faster commission or benefits from Triple Click then P.R.Ms is the option for you.

For Me it is PRM (Personally Recruit Member) as the basis is that PRMs generates sales and you will have the commission with them. You can also convince later to join SFI and train him/her as your PSA as well. Therefore, it is best for me to have more PRMs as it generates commission volume as your recruit than acquiring PSAs which is sometimes we cannot guarantee his spirit and focus in joining SFI in the future.

Both of them are doog to have.
PRMs will bring you commisions with every purchase they make and you will have that for life. As long as you work with SFI.
PSAs are one of the most immportant to have in SFI business, because without PSAs, active PSAs your progres as a Team Leader is in question. Who will you lead if you don't have any PSAs?

I think that both are equally good. When you recruit a person, he or she is at the same time a member of SFI and Tripleclicks. Maybe he would like to continue doing the job, maybe he would only become your PRM. Both things are useful for you.
So, I think you shouldn't worry about that. The real problem is how to attract and recruit new people.

There is no better. You want to do EVERYTHING to increase streams of income. It is the combination that will make the success. In order to create a large funnel, you have to the numbers up in every way. Believe in what you are doing. Read, learn, execute. Seek the advice of all people you can that are already where you want to be, and imitate what they did. Good luck. God bless.

Both we have the potential to earn.
But it is much better to recruit before the PRM because we do not know if they are able to work online.
The PRM can first recognize the platform, making purchases, play games, download music and participate in the auctions.
When they realized the importance of TripleCliks, all who love earning enroll with joy in SFI.
