Duplication is one of the core of succeeding in SFI. This can only take place when you train your team members to to take on leadership roles. That is to say you help your PSAs grow and ask them to do the same to their own PSAs.

You are one person. You can only help one person at a time. If you teach 5 people to do what you do, then you can help 6 people at a time. If they each teach 5 people to do what you do, then... I think you can see my point. Leadership is a thing that you must teach to your recruits, as most of society seems to be about following. Seek for the 5 that you can teach to lead, and then use them to help you build your business.

1. Be the best example to them that you can.
2. Let them know when you win something, when you progress in some way and how you are doing in SFI as a team leader.
3. Send them your best tips about advertising and following SFI generally.
4. Every week send a newsletter that lets them know the advantages of being a teamleader.
5. Build them up by sending Ecards and other messages.
6. Assist them with advertising by letting them know where and how to advertise.
7. Show them advertisements you have used and how they have worked for you.
8. Invite them to join your Facebook and other social media pages.
9. Send them your current goals and what you are working on to maintain team leader.
10.If for some reason you have had a set back such as dropping down a level, let them know it is temporary and that you are working to go up and up again.

Leadership role is important because, it is the name of the game. Every member should be a leader and get his/her own affiliates, teach them too to be leaders or encourage them to be and duplication will come to its course naturally. It is important to have team members take on leadership roles because this is a business based on duplication. The only way we succeed is by helping others do the same. Therefore, we need to create great leaders who can teach and lead their own teams as well. We cannot do this alone. Strength in numbers produces a residual income that will last us a lifetime and we all benefit from that.
