It is very important to have your team leaders take on leadership roles. You want to build a successful team so your income can increase. A team with no results can be very frustrating.
You want your downline to at least become EA2s or above. That way you can gain income by the actions of your team members instead of just your actions alone.

On the front end SFI has a world class affiliate program that pays commissions on over 90,000 products from over 6,000 vendors. Like E-bay and Amazon or other retail affiliate programs you can promote products offered on the sites through blog reviews and social media and with the right technique, a steady stream of readers, and time you can make $30,000 to $250,000 a year off sales commissions.

Some bigger ticket item focus and you might even crack 7 figures but if you only attack affiliate sales there will be little in the way of residual monthly commissions and once you stop working, most of your business will fall off until your income all but dries up.

There are actually two solutions to building residual leveraged income that will last past your last referred sale. The first is the ECA referral program which can be that boost from 5-6 figure years to a 7 figure earner and provide some stability to your income, but by large majority the best practice is to build a team of PSA who you teach to generate affiliate sales and recruit ECA and PSA of their own.

When you recruit 5 and they learn to sell and generate their minimum 1500 Versa Points per month it's like having 6 of you making sales in your store. Just by having the 5 active EA2 members in your team you should make it to Bronze Team Leader, and when they have their 5 and become BTL it will propel you to Silver Team Leader, so moving up the ranks happens on autopilot. All you have to do is train you and then show your recruits what you do. It's not rocket science, and you don't have to invent the wheel, just repeat what your upline is doing and then pass it on down.

There is very little room for failure, and the process is only as hard as you make it. As your team fills there will be a growing number of people working your business long after you stop.

I think that the member who achieves EA is already sufficiently trained and dedicated SFI business, and I wanted to take a leading position in the team.
A larger number of leaders in our team means for the betterment of our various ways, starting with our progress, increase our earnings, a significant status in society.

With the numbers of months i have spent so far in SFI business, I believe becoming a Team Leader is as important as joining SFI in the first place.

I believe one of the SFI goals is to train all her affiliates into becoming a leader in any business, which is why SFI has to start it in he business.

Also to measure your success, the number of team leader you have in your team has to be considered, it shows you have been successful in the area of duplication. Becoming EA is just to ensure your payment but becoming a TL is a sign of growth in your team.

Talking about your income as a Team Leader you earn more per the number of TL in your team. You earn upto 20TC per month, shares of CSAs, and you get a Matching VP upto your 12th generation.

So its important to ensure team members become TL and this makes you too a leader of leaders. Like Mr Gery would always say "Aim High and Dream Big". Cheers

First and foremost, it is important for us to remember that SFI is a business... our business. By taking part in SFI's affiliate program, we are invoking the right to call ourselves business owners.

As with any business, we set goals to achieve and have a plan in place to achieve those goals. Part of that part typically involves having a system by which we measure our progress. As we achieve our goals, we feel a sense of accomplishment.

By encouraging our team members to take on leadership roles, we are first giving them a specific goal to work towards and then granting them that sense of accomplishment when they achieve that goal.

I do feel it important though to point out that we should not "push" our team too fast or hard. Have them build a team first and then teach them the benefits of advancing to the role of a team leader.
