What's the best answer to give to SFI prospects who ask, how does it work...and what do you do?

Well since they are only prospects, we tell them to register and it is always free to join the business. SFI will teach them to start by reading the basics and the LAUNCHPAD and in the process getting their points and earning from it. AS you go along the daily TO DO LIST, this will guide you to get more points and earn. There are lots of reading to do and this will teach you to do your business. AS all business is, a little investment is necessary and you can make it grow with your patience and following the rules of success.

How do you benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs?

You can benefit financially by the following.
1. The versapoints made by your PSA will have equivalent earnings credited to you.
2. The purchases of your PSA will have a CV percentage credited to you.
3. The PSA's and CSA's purchase by your PSA with their versapoints will also have an equivalent earnings credited to you and that is up to 8 levels depending on your leadership status.
I hope this is clear to you as it is called duplication.
When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

We presume that the new PSA is a mover and we wanted to help him/her on some aspects of the sfi business, then we have to discuss about:
1. playing games on TrippleClick
2. Auctions
3. Getting a standing order/s
4. and of course the art of duplication
We should give motivations, but how? it would depend entirely in each team leader.
Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

If your PSA's want to be a team leader right away, encourage them and tell them to learn "How to be an Awesome team leader" and the art of duplication. They should be ready to answer questions from their down line PSA's. Beside with a team leader in your team, so much the better. Hope this will help.
Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?

Leadership role is important because, it is the name of the game. Every member should be a leader and get his/her own affiliates, teach them too to be leaders or encourage them to be and duplication will come to its course naturally. It is by this leadership that each member will reach their goals,what ever they have set for themselves.
When you are a leader, you have to set an example to your affiliates, and that is what your business needs.
