This is a Good Question;

Before I send my first letter to my new CSA's I do the following:

I always check three things when I receive new CSA's:

The first thing I check is the date that they Joined SFI. By doing this I find out if they are new to SFI or if they have been with SFI for a period of time.

If they are New to SFI, then I send them a Welcome Letter and I let them know how they can get started with SFI, I also let them know that I am here to help

The question I come across most often is, "How do I earn VPs without investing money?"

The one thing that I mention is, that you do not need to spend money to build a business with SFI, it will just take you a little longer to build your business without any type of investment.

One of the most important message I can state is that one must, "Treat their SFI Business, Like a Real Business".

You must work your SFI Business every single day, like

You really cannot make someone work at SFI if they are not interested. You could try to entice them to rethink about becoming active again.

When you notice that they have not signed into SFI for a couple of days, send them a E-Card, something like the following.

How are you doing today? Good I wish for you.

I have noticed that you have not signed into your SFI business for the past few days, and was wondering, if there was a way that I can help you to keep working

First, you would want to write a nice warm Welcome message.

Ex. Welcome to our Team, here at SFI. So glad to have you be a part of our team, where we work together, have fun and also learn so much in many different areas of Internet Marketing and Sales.

How they just joined up with one of the most exciting and friendly Internet Businesses on the internet, etc...

Introduce yourself as their sponsor, and that you are here for them, to help them towards success in

Of course, both are necessary for you to grow your own business, towards your goals of success and financial freedom.

The difference between the two are:

PRMs -- Can start earning you a income more quickly, then building up your team with PSAs.

PRMs spend money by buying products, playing in the auctions, playing the games, selling products. Every action that a PRM takes, commissions are earned for you.

Plus, you will earn All VPs associated from any

When promoting any ECA's and/or TC Direct products, I would recommend the following.

Let's use one of TC Directs product as our example.

Let's use Advanced Liquid Nutrition - 32 oz. Bottle

Now, if you read the descriptions that is right below the product photo, you will see the "Details" tab. There are also a few other tabs, Product Review, Shipping, etc...

How can I learn to be a good Team Leader for my group?

If you follow each and every single one of Gery Carson's Do's and Don'ts in his training article, "How can I be an awesome sponsor and create big income duplication?"

https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=191295

You will become not only an awesome sponsor for your team, but you will also be teaching your team how to become an awesome sponsor for their team too.

Hope this helps

Of course this is a personal choice on how one would like to try to build up their own teams.

This choice is a No for me, because I think that developing a relationship with my own CSAs, even though many are from different countries, isn't worth throwing that relationship away.

Because SFI is a Worldwide company, gaining new PSAs and CSAs from other countries is a very interesting, pleasant and great experience.

Translation might always be an issue from time to time,

This question is sort of a "Split" question.

If your ECAs are your PRMs, then you do NOT want to share any type information about SFI. You want to keep them as your PRMs.

You would want them to focus on building up their ECA store, and have them advertise their store and sell their products.

A percentage of Sales from TC, goes into our TC Executive Pool, which increases the value of our VPs that we earn.

Every product they sell, earns you an
