This business is all about growing the business & leading those you encourage to join. You will never be able to assist all the PSA's you will require to gain financial freedom. It therefore makes sense to share the load, by creating other Team Leaders who can do what you do.It also gives others to gain the financial freedom that you are looking for, for themselves. Share the success, & you will have a loyal, successful, pro-active team. The whole purpose of building a “team”

First you have the satisfaction that you managed properly and instruct a member SFI using firstly duplication to reach this status, your messages were clear and easy to understand. A team leader is responsible for guiding his team to reach its goals,it’s like in a project, the team leaders must use all the resources SFI offers, develop their own strategy with their team, have the power to communicate clear in order to train the team,be a good listener to team’s members problems in SFI,find the

The answer to this question could be very lengthy. The basic idea however is very simple. We all want to make a lot of money - and we can make more by getting others to help us than to do it by ourselves. The beauty of a business like SFI is that the structure allows for you to have many affiliates doing work from which you can profit. Getting those affiliates to the point of making money takes effort on your part and if we are talking about a lot of affiliates, then we are talking about of

As far as I see it, the question is not so much really about having team members to TAKE ON leadership role, as much as it is about the fact that it is IMPERATIVE upon them to TAKE UP leadership role, if they want to succeed in sfi by personally recruiting affiliates into their team.

If you study the workings of sfi, you will find that the fastest way to succeed in sfi is to personally introduce more affiliates into your team. People, who have a great desire to earn more money, so that

SFI earning grows exponentially on duplication. It would become difficult to guide and monitor progress of down line members as generations of downline increases.

As team members take on leadership roles, you are free to create training and recruitment modules.

Empowering team members with leadership roles will bring new thoughts and growth ideas for business.

This is very important for the team to have people who are able to get the leadership role, indeed in a business context, use a leadership style or another can not be accidental. In fact, not all groups in need of the same styles of leadership. Each style has to be regarded as necessary to his group (collective personality) opposite. Therefore, use an affective-relational leadership within a unified group, it means do it gradually become entangled, and, when this it was already, reinforce the script.

Greetings.

In my opinion, having team members to take on leadership roles is so important because it is the key of success in SFI. This is what DUPLICATION is all about. Imagine you have five Team Leaders in your team. You + five TLs is an equivalent of being in six different places at the same time, doing six businesses at the same time. Having TLs is what makes your team grow exponentially. Having strong leaders in your team means having a strong team. In other words, it means secure

If you want to become BTL you will need 3000 VP, but you have to make at least 1000 action versa points. You can make 2000VP from sales without lot efforts (SO or games or you will sell some products). But actions VP are tricky. And you need to have team members to achieve that. You should abet your team members to accomplish that task too. You should help them about marketing and ads. More team members more money for everyone.

For you as a serious business builder you will see very early on that becoming EA or higher and remaining EA or higher every month is the first step in your eventual success.
Next, you want your team members to do the same. Why? For you to remain EA or higher will require you to invest in your business. When your team members follow your lead and also remain EA or higher, they will also need to invest in their business, buying Tcredits, S-builder shares, PSAs to go, or other TripleClicks products.

There are different levels of commitment in the business world. The first level is the employee who shows up at work, does the job required for the position, then goes home. If a better job shows up, the employee quits and moves on. The second level of commitment is where the employee takes an interest in the company beyond receiving a paycheck, and this is when a personal investment is made. If a person feels like he or she belongs to the company, the interest level will increase. Taking a
