To get more of your team participating in SFI's quarterly Leadership Challenge, do the following:
-Have regular communication with them
-answer their questions within 24hrs.
-speak to them individually
-Make a co-op and encourage them to participate in it
-reassign affiliates to best active members
-offer gift certificates
- duplicate- advertise and teach them to do what you are doing.
--show them where to place ads online.
understanding that you need only 5 active members in your first generation to reach the highest level in SFI.

What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

Be an example yourself. The best road to success is duplication- where you do something and teach others to do the same. Equip yourself with the necessary tools of success and succeed. Then you can teach others to do same. If you are not able to succeed yourself, then you will not be able to train your PSAs and CSAs to succeed. I encourage you to first study and master the system, try strategies and only teach your team members successful ones.
Some people get into SFI and start teaching others what they themselves have not understood. Make sure that you test something before telling others about. Tell your team members how successful you are in what you are telling them. If you are not successful, then the strategies that you are teaching them may not be practicable. It is true that what works for others may not work for you. But I encourage you to teach only what works for you since you will be able to answer all questions.

How do I convince people that SFI is a unique and rare opportunity that they shouldn't miss out on?

Proof to them that you are successful in SFI yourself. Your JMT gateway tells much about you in SFI. You can also show them your commission history because this is the only thing that proves that you have been earning in SFI. If you are in SFI and you are not succeeding, it will be difficult to convince people that SFI is a unique and rare opportunity that they shouldn't miss out on. You need to put in much effort to succeed since SFI is not a “get rich quick scheme” but a real business.
SFI is free to join and you are never required to pay for anything. You are provided with all that you need to succeed free. For example – thousands of products at Tripleclicks for you to sell and make some benefits for yourself, free banners, text ads, ecards, etc.

One hour per day is much for SFI. Simply complete your to-do list and place ads. There are many places to place free and paid ads online . If you can place just one ad per day, you will be doing much good to yourself. This is because this is the best way that you grow your business. Remember that in any business, you are the one to determine how successful the business will be . In SFI, you are your own boss.
There are lots of funs in SFI – games, auction, etc. Try playing all the SFI games. By doing so you will understand them better and also be able to explain the various games to prospects, how they can play them, and the benefits of playing them.

How can I best utilize my monthly Standing Order of TCredits?

Since PSAs can actually boast up your SFI business, I will suggest that you purchase PSAs with your TCredits.
If you already have sufficient active PSAs and your budget permits, you can use your TCredits to bid for items in auction sale. Do not bid more than 500 time per month because the maximum VersaPoints(VP) for bid is 500VP/month.
If you need action VersaPoints to qualify for or maintain a team leader position, use your TCredits to bid, play games and download music. These actions cap at 750VP/month.

You can combine 100 TCredits pack with other items like S-Builder co-op and 1 TCredits pack, 100 TCredits pack and 3 x 1 TCredits pack, 200 TCredits pack, 15 x 1 TCredits pack, a combination of products that are used for advertisement, etc.
In the case of products used for advertisement, look at the products costs and allocated VPs. Sum the VPs of the products till they reach a minimum of 1500VP then determine the cost. You can also select items that you regularly use and do the same calculation. In this case you would have made TrippleClicks your store.
All these depend on your budget and goals for the month.

It is necessary but not sufficient to have a website or your own blog to be successful with SFI. The purpose of a website or blog is to advertise your business. SFI have set up your website (your gateways) and you can pay other ECAs to advertise them for you (sometimes for as little as $2.99).
You do not need to worry about having a website or blog to succeed with SFI. Any person can succeed with SFI since great learning takes place within the company. Every affiliate has to start from the beginners level to the intermediate and advanced levels.
The structure of SFI makes knowledge sharing essential thereby giving every affiliate a possibility to grow and be successful. While using the methods that are simple and convenient to you now, have an open mind to learn the methods that seems difficult.

Include your name, contacts and rank in the business. Make sure you maintain this rank or advance each month.

What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

That fact that SFI has survived for almost two decades is a great point to consider first. We talk of perseverance only when we join SFI with a different motive. SFI is a business, your business. The success of SFI depends on you and not the contrary. I cannot think of a business that grows overnight.
One simple truth about SFI is that you enjoy what you work for. You cannot reap where you did not sow. Therefore setting up a business needs time, energy and resources. SFI has already done most of these and you are only required to make a little effort to succeed and equally grow the company.
Unfortunately, most people do not want to put in this little effort and this is why they will think of quitting or persevering. Give yourself some time and develop strategies to succeed. These strategies are of two types:
- Building a team and duplicating
- Making sales (you should also make TripleClicks your store by buying items you normally buy elsewhere here).
When these are put in place, instead of persevering, you will be motivated.

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

To me, I will put in mind to build my down line as fast as possible. This requires some investment in time and money.
For investment in time, I will study the SFI basics with a lot of attention because it contain all the information necessary to kick-start the business. I will put into practice all the activities recommended there of which some requires some financial investment.
For financial investment, I will place a standing order for S-Builder co-op, PSA To Go and 100 pack Tcredits. For my first two months I will maintain the rank of EA. I will focus on sponsoring new affiliates until I have sufficient that will push me to the rank of team leader.
While investing money, I should also be expecting some returns. I will select some products in TripleClicks and advertise both on- and off-line. Any sale generated will bring me returns.
