I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

I don’t believe in giving up on anyone, it’s never too late for a person to make a sudden decision to become active. I would keep sending out mailers to encourage both PSA’s and CSA’s. Sometimes it takes a little longer for some people to get started. We can never really tell why a person would show lack of interest at first, it could be for several reasons. Maybe some people are having difficulties understanding the daily task; they could be overwhelmed with so much information, or

We do not know what is happening to the affiliate/s why they are inactive. It could be any number of issues. It is hard to give up on an affiliate when we have a whole Team supporting us, and helping us to be successful. I have a very good Sponsor and Co-sponsor who did not give up on me, and now I can extend the same help/assistance to those who need my help.

Let's allow individuals to make the decision for themselves not to bother with SFI, and even then we are to be as supportive as

I truly believe that you never give up on them. This was a choice of theirs to join and I'm going to give them every opportunity, to give it there best shot, so I will send messages to them until they either op-out, or decide to work on their business. Just keep sending them different tasks to do. This way, you won't feel that you didn't do everything possible to, give your assistance to them so they could succeed.

I would recommend never giving up ! You never know if they will log in again, and if they do , They will see your offers of support and maybe think again and start to become active under you just by knowing there is really someone who cares if they succeed here at SFI and TC . I have had a couple people come back just by seeing that i'm there for them no matter what they need !

As we are Affiliates in SFI, Teamworks is stressed as important & essential to grow our SFI Affiliate online business. So all active and inactive CSAs or PSAs are important to every Team. The word TEAM means Together Everyone Achieves More:)

So, everyone is important whether they are active or inactive. As long as they are our team members we Team Leader must give them many more second chances and opportunity to receive our weekly team emails inorder to excite and motivate them to

I never count the number of follow-up messages I sent to my PSAs and CSAs. Some of them may be inactive for a number of reasons, some are not ready to commit themselves, others cannot decide when to get started and still others joined out of curiousity. It's
true that in any business, Some Will, Some Won't, So What.

But as their sponsor I try to do my best to be an Awesome One, sending messages regularly with offer of support, encouragement and sharing the latest SFI news and valuable

Hello, you shouldn't give up anyone. If the people want to success, their time to begin changes will come in different time period. Some of my inactive affiliates became active after few of my e-mails with trainings. So you should send mails all the time to your CSA and PSA. And yes, you work with the workers, but that doesn't mean you should ignore the others. Stay in touch with them also if they want of course. And regarding follow up messages - you can send at least 2 personal messages to inactive

I am only BTL, but I believe that you should not give up on the inactive affiliates. Send them a few messages at first, then just send them your group mailers. Every month or two send them an inactive group mailer and tell them that you will write to them privately and personally if they write to you.

I have had a good number just recently "wake up" and get involved with building their SFI business. Remember a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. These people have already
