Yes, you should work with the workers. The essence of leveraged income plays its part there. As far as you are in business, you should never stop your follow-up messages. SFI has set the pace for you, by awarding you 30 versapoints a week for sending these messages. This is motivation, but you shouldn't stop here. Do more than that. First, let me clarify that when people does not cooperate in your organization, the reality is that they are giving up, not you. And you must continue with your pace. My advice is to be persistent regardless their goals.

Well for the totally inactive people; I just think they are the ones who are into "instant gratification"....and they get surprised to find out that they have to really be active in their store and recruit and make a little investment. That is what their problem is. But I would send out the mass emails or just pass them around to your other active team members, because they may change their minds later.

It is difficult to follow up when it seems futile but what I would recommend is to prepare a standard reminder note and just resend every week. To add a nice personal touch, it would be good to include a quote or encouraging words.

It is my policy to included everyone in the mailing. One never knows that you might spark a flicker of light in one of them, and cause them to get motivated and become active.

I joined and was not active, due to financial reasons and some personal issues with
my family. I could not devote the necessary time I thought was needed to succeed. I
am now active with a very limited set of resources, but I have found that I can do
it.

Please don't give up on them. I am a real newbie and l have worked through the Launch Pad series and am madly reading any thing l can find. I am so confused and my head is about to explode. I still really have no idea what l am doing and how it all works, l have reached out for help but as yet have had no responses. Why not send one message a week? Do this for three weeks. Always ask if there is anything you can do to help them. Offer a motivating PDF if you have any. Leave a way for them to contact you.

You would be surprised how persistence and continual emails sometimes work. I am a perfect example of such. I didn't really start working with SFI until I received about 20 e-mails. It was because of that persistence that I found SFI. Sure, I regret not getting right to work because I missed out on the FastTrack. But knowing now what I didn't know then, I know that persistence is key.

In my opinion only 10 reminders are enought to rejuvineate their spirits. If still they don't want to do any thing, it will be a fruitless effort.
