Our SFI Leadership Page consist of Blog, Greeting, Rewards/Incentives, I Recommend, Recognition and My Best Tip which make it a very comprehensive place for any SFI leader to cover topics that will interest any SFI team members to check out for things that benefit them.

I believe that the Blog will be used mainly for communicating the leader's heartbeat or his/her desire to connect with the team members in the form of written words communication, though not so personal like face to face but still better than none.

What the communication topics will be basically consist of the leader's words of encouragement for motivating all the team members to move together as a team to excel in the SFI Affiliate online business. Although challenges are inevitable part and parcel of doing business in the internet world, the leader wants the team members to know they are not alone but the team leader and whole team can work together for everyone's benefits !

Communication needs to be a two way street ideally. So, the SFI team leader has to be consistent and dedicate his/her time and effort to reach out regularly with subjects that will interest his/her team members like on how to not only survive but thrive in the SFI Affiliate marketing business.

Time will only tell, when leaders are truly sincere and genuine in showing interest and help to his/her team members even through practical ways like rewarding them with no strings attached in mind.

Last but not least, good quality content of the leader's blog will eventually help to attract the team member's attention and get their response to the leader's guidance and assistance.

As leaders, we need to remember this wise saying, "The team member does not really care how much knowledge the leader has but they will be affected when the leader shows care and concern for them."

I certainly hoped that my own leadership blog will make a difference in my members' lives and thinking. Hopefully, they will see SFI is truly a good place to give them a platform to start their initial small-time business to grow it eventually to become something that can bring real financial freedom for them and their loved ones provided they work for it and never quit:) To everyone's success :)

The SFI Leadership Page or Blog is truly the best tool for all leaders to have as an interactive platform for leaders to share his/her thoughts with the rest of his/her team members. This allows leaders to personally share heart to heart with everyone in his/her team on a weekly basis.
The way to make it effective and work well lies not only with the leader but also depending whether his/her team members will be willing to participate in the form of feedbacks to what the leader's sharing & views on his/her leadership page/blog.
There need to be a two ways traffic of communication between the leader with his team members in one's Leadership page/or blog. Otherwise, the leader is like having no audience and talking to an empty room.
Inorder, for the leader not to face such a scenario, then the leader has to provide information relevant & interesting to his/her team members on a regular basis. Lastly but not least, our SFI leadership page/blog came with many categories and when we used everyone of them wisely, then it will attract the team members to explore and read the leadership's

When the new Affiliates who have yet to earn anything has to be truly motivated and have a strong conviction that what he/she is doing will bring an attractive income in the future even though at the beginning stage it has not much to show for his/her effort and time.

Therefore the new affiliates have to gently and humbly explain to his family and friends that he/she is not wasting his/her precious time because this is a legitimate SFI Affiliate online business which can eventually bring in actual second stream of income if he/she does not quit immediately. He/she needs to explain that any kind of business needs time and effort to grow it. The new Affiliate can invite his/her family members and friends to see what he/she is doing. When his/her family members and friends get to have a guided tour around the website and how SFI, TripleClicks, PriceBenders Auction and all other aspects, etc so that they can see for themselves that many people are participating since 14 years ago. It is not a fly-by-night setup but a great gobal online business which can grow very big when the affiliate is willing to be committed, serious and work hard and smart at it, day in & day out.

Someone who is interested in SFI but lacks computer knowledge is not a big problem to overcome. The main thing is this person is highly motivated in SFI, then he/she will be a good learner as well :)

He/she can seek out his/her children or grandchildren to teach him/her how to use the computer first & foremost. Once the basic computer skills are learned then he/she can start to login and carry on the SFI activities.

If this person wants to upgrade his/her computer skills, then there are community colleges to assist them to be trained for advance computer skills & knowledge. But when a person has enough of basic computer skills to use the computer will be adequate to get started with SFI Affiliate online business.

I believe practice, more practice everyday by using their computer skills in SFI activities will enable them to become more at ease in using the pc gradually.

Motivation, high interest in doing SFI business & willingness to learn are great assets that they have to start off with in getting started. Just do it :)

I would provide words of encouragement to the new Affiliate that this SFI Affiliate online business is a long-term investment of his/her time to achieve success. It is a marathon race and not a sprint. There is no such thing as an overnight or immediate success in any kind of legitimate business:) If he/she is mature enough he/she will understand and stay on to make it a success which will eventually become a reality in due time. By constant sponsoring and duplication, he/she will get there sooner or later. So the main thing to do in his/her first month is to be humble to learn this SFI business from the education and training that SFI has generously provided to train him/her to get started and build his/her business gradually. Once he/she has a firm and strong foundation in SFI Affiliate online business then he/she will progress and excel:)Success await for new affiliate who is unafraid of small beginning or low commission because he/she knows it takes time and effort to grow an online business:)

A new affiliate main focus on his/her first month in SFI is training by learning and listening to his/her sponsor mentoring, guidance and advices.

The sponsor's main desire is to provide assistance and help to the new affiliate to ensure he/she will achieve success because the sponsor has tasted success. It is teamworks so the sponsor wants the new affiliate to receive the best learning experiences and ultimately enjoy the perks and payouts from SFI when the new affiliate knows the sponsor has their best interest in his/her heart.

However the choice to learn and stay on in SFI and achieve their duly success is still the new affiliate's final decision :)

As we are Affiliates in SFI, Teamworks is stressed as important & essential to grow our SFI Affiliate online business. So all active and inactive CSAs or PSAs are important to every Team. The word TEAM means Together Everyone Achieves More:)

So, everyone is important whether they are active or inactive. As long as they are our team members we Team Leader must give them many more second chances and opportunity to receive our weekly team emails inorder to excite and motivate them to be more interested to do the SFI Affiliate business:) In due time, when they finally get their mind and heart awakened to see that their dream for being an entrepreneur can be a reality and be rewarding after all:) They will be won over when we do not give up on them at all:)

We need to know that some new Affiliates are more pro-active and others are more laid-back so we need to have patience and persistence with them to help them board the bandwagon of success and hope for a better and brighter future:)
