Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

Jim, you are correct. In my opinion the prospects look great to a newbie, and since it is free to signup, then one just jumps in thinking that money is at their finger tips to be made.

I believe that after one has signed up and then realizing that a good portion of work is there to be done to achieve the "Money" they give yp before trying as they are not mentally and physically prepared to take on that kind of responsibility.

I am online at the Affiliate Center and see that someone just signed up under my link and is online too. What should I do?

That is a very good opportunity to warmly welcome your PSA. You should waste no time in offering your help and getting to know exactly what their primary goals are, then explain to them exactly what steps to take to begin earning valuable VPs. Remember you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

We do not know what is happening to the affiliate/s why they are inactive. It could be any number of issues. It is hard to give up on an affiliate when we have a whole Team supporting us, and helping us to be successful. I have a very good Sponsor and Co-sponsor who did not give up on me, and now I can extend the same help/assistance to those who need my help.

Let's allow individuals to make the decision for themselves not to bother with SFI, and even then we are to be as supportive as
