I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

You can give your workers a special mailing but contact the non active at least once a week. You never know they may have had a death in the family or have been in the hospital and can't log in.

My dear....in my candid opinion, do not give up on them until they are logged off by SFI. It's amazing that so many people enroll into SFI and just don't visit the site again. Some that might be doing well simple leave after their first commission. There's absolutely nothing you can do for them as long as their mindset is hinged on quick money.

"A QUITTER REALLY NEVER WINS AND A WINNER NEVER QUITS" This is the best motto I ever had, even to myself, Just do your part as a sponsor, anyway nothing to lost, if they become inactive, as our president Gery Carson said in his SFI rules of success, IF SOME WILL, SOME WON'T THEN NEXT, SOMEONE IS WAITING.. Don't worry, someday the affiliates behind you will realize How good it is to be with SFI. Just mirror those affiliates ahead of us. They won't stay with SFI for long if they were not

Until your PSA or CSA has been purged because of inactivity, the possibility remains that they could become interested in the SFI business. It only costs us a little time each month or week to send a message pointing out something good about SFI and how they could build an income.

We will have plenty of time to work with the workers.

It doesn't happen very often, but a new active Affiliate is always a good thing!

It is tempting to never give up on people. The time you are spending on unmotivated people could easily be much better spent on people who see value. I don't mean to throw them on the trash heap. After a week of not answering your emails or logging in to SFI, put them on the backburner. Contact them only when you have nothing better to do (every six weeks, for instance). Get on with the many who are legitimate people who show commitment. Help those who appreciate help. If they show commitment by

on my point of view the person who keep on trying and never give are the ones who can easily reach the top,its not easy ofcourse to wait if your not sure what will be the outcome but that's business all about and SFI is our business our downline are the ones who can make us a great leader.....NEVER GIVE UP!!!!

First of all , never give up on them. Just be persistent and follow up at least once every month with a group mailout to all of your " O " Versapoint Affilites. Your next concern would be what you say to them,so study and learn what to say to get them motivated and when you see results, just stay with that particular format. Continue on the right track with the Movers and Shakers in your group by enhancing your leadership and coaching skills.

Thanks

This is a very interesting question and many of us are facing the same. We all are in the same boat.

As a leader, it is our responsibility to bring all of our team mates up to speed. We need to keep contacting them regularly. Many of the them might not even login to SFI Affiliate Center for months. But, who knows, there is a possibility that, one day they might turn up and generate more sales for you. So keep trying and please include all of them in all your team emails.

The short answer is to never give up. Continue to include them in your weekly Tips and Update Emails. In my two years of experience with SFI I have had affiliates respond 11 months after their initial registration to become active. Not many, but, if you give up on all you may miss those few.
My best recommendation is to keep your Team Messages, as well as, your Where Did You Go messages friendly, encouraging and a reminder of the SFI program advantages. Always keep the door open and let them

Sometimes people join programs like SFI and they are so excited and then the flame of excitement gets low and their team leader has to continue to support them however possible, messages, etc., and suddenly one day you will say something that will ignite that flame again. Don't give up, just keep pushing forward with the contact by the SFI message system. The key word is definitely persistence and patience. Some people just don't get it until late in the game.
