When you are sending a Welcome E-Card, I think that you should keep the message short and simple. I think that the E-Cards are equivalent to post cards, not letters.
1. Salutation- greet your PSA by name. (Make sure you spell their name correctly!)
2. A warm welcome to your team
3. Introduce yourself and give your contact information
4. Let them know that you are looking forward to working with them

The e-card should be short and sweet - just to acknowledge your new team member in a fun way.

I do not send the same wording to all my affiliates. I like to make the card more personal.

I use certain words to express myself but I do not use them in the same order or sentences.

I tell them what my name is and that I am their sponsor / co-sponsor.
I tell them how happy / delighted I am to have them.
I congratulate them for taking the 1st important step to financial freedom / independence by joining SFI.
I invite them to contact me with any questions / problems
I give them my e-mail address

This feels very weird to read this answer and see all the "I's" - just bear with me - it is just me telling you what I do.

I like your question, as often I have to ponder over what to say.....
i.e. not too much, and not too little!
My current approach is along these lines..... ..
most, if not all, of the following is usually inserted in my e-card of welcome...

"I am pleased you have made the choice to join SFI, and it is my pleasure to be your Sponsor/Leader.....

First and foremost, after a few years with SFI I can definitely vouch for the fact that SFI is
(a) Not a scam, and
(b) Not a pyramid scheme.

This is very important when we realise just how many scams are on the internet ...
..so you can be confident to complete your personal / profile details without fear or anxiety.

However, SFI is also not a 'get rich quick' scheme either.
It is not for those who are looking for a quick or overnight fortune...
so - you will need to be hardworking, dedicated with plenty of determination to succeed.

Like any other business, it will not be easy.
Nothing worth having - ever is!

Don't be intimated by all the emails and information you will be bombarded with... just take your time and work at your own speed.

However, it is vitally important to 'log in' daily, just as you would visit your own company or business on a daily basis.

Please try to keep in mind that SFI is not a 'quick sprint' but a 'life long marathon', that will benefit and reward you and your family for generations to come.
