Hello Maarten

Here is the e-card letter I use:

Dear (AFF Name)

Welcome to my Team of SFI!

SFI is the best affiliate program on the Internet, it is in its 17th year now. In SFI, you need to accumulate Versa Points to earn your monthly income. Versa Points=Money earned. Please note: It is not a “Get-Rich-Quick” scheme. In the beginning your earnings may be quite insignificant, but every month they would increase. And there is no limit to earn from SFI.

A Warm welcome to the Team
I have been notified that I am your Sponsor in SFI
I am here to help you as best I can.
You will be receiving emails from SFI, especially on your first month, with guidance on how to proceed so I won't be bombarding you with emails :)

I am from (My Country) and I am bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

It does take time and determination to succeed in SFI, it is not a get rich quick scheme but it is definitely worth

When you are sending a Welcome E-Card, I think that you should keep the message short and simple. I think that the E-Cards are equivalent to post cards, not letters.
1. Salutation- greet your PSA by name. (Make sure you spell their name correctly!)
2. A warm welcome to your team
3. Introduce yourself and give your contact information
4. Let them know that you are looking forward to working with them
5. Closing - let them know that you are

What makes it great!

Instead of being another leader/sponsor who expects SFI or someone else to bring their affiliates on board, this is a great example of a leader/sponsor taking charge through the use of a well-written “Welcome to SFI” e-card. Take note: this is just the introduction to their SFI journey.

Dear [………………..],

Welcome aboard our team!

I am pleased to have you on board our winning team and you are blessed with an extremely

The e-card should be short and sweet - just to acknowledge your new team member in a fun way.

I do not send the same wording to all my affiliates. I like to make the card more personal.

I use certain words to express myself but I do not use them in the same order or sentences.

I tell them what my name is and that I am their sponsor / co-sponsor.
I tell them how happy / delighted I am to have them.
I congratulate them for taking the 1st important step

Hi Maarten,

I like your question, as often I have to ponder over what to say.....
i.e. not too much, and not too little!
My current approach is along these lines..... ..
most, if not all, of the following is usually inserted in my e-card of welcome...

"I am pleased you have made the choice to join SFI, and it is my pleasure to be your Sponsor/Leader.....

First and foremost, after a few years with SFI I can definitely vouch for the fact that SFI
