GO to the Profile page for your Affiliate. Scroll down to the bottom portion of the page: there You will
find a Welcome Letter which You may choose to copy, or otherwise modify. Follow the instructions.
Since this answer is relatively short, may I suggest optional modifications to include:
delete the Your address portion at the bottom of the letter, instead, after Your name put Your
SFI rank status, and Your preferred contact method such as Your email address, or Your

Welcome E-Card is a follow up correspondence to a new affiliate. It is expected that the affiliate should have read your welcome letter. A good text can be as follow:

"I'm glad having you in our team. Your addition is a blessing to us. I will be happy to see you grow your SFI business. Take advantage of all we can offer you to become successful.
You are welcome!"

Hope this helps.

Your relationship with your users is a lot like any other human relationship. It’s easy to forget this over the internet, but you’re both real people underneath all that data.

Deep down, you’re responding to a need, developing an emotional connection, and exchanging value, all in ways that overlap in what can be a bit of a disorganized mess.

So what’s important to a budding relationship? At the heart of it, people just want to know they’re not wasting their time.

A Good Text for a Welcome E-Card should be motivational and informative thus:

We are delighted to have you on board the Team that believes in wealth creation and in shaping our future through adequate planning and daily bits of actions that build our economic empires, in line with SFI Vision.

Be ready to do what gives you joy while building your business; joining and helping others to grow in the world of business. We use selfless and team spirit, our potent resource,

After choosing a suitable E-card, you need to write the username of the person you want to send on the E-card. If you want to congratulate him or her, you would write:

Hi, congratulation! I've noted you achieve (something), I feel very happy to see you arriving at your goals.

And then you could add your wishes.

It all depends on you, and since this is a electronic card, it should be succinct and concise! And very pleasant for your affiliates to read. Nevertheless,

n all communications, must be short and precise.
what we want is to achieve the interests of our newcomer.
In fact, the information we will provide it should not make it overflow, as soon as it is overloaded, we will lose attention and especially the meaning of the message we want to give it.
A welcome address, precise handwriting in order to mention her that we will be there to support him in his efforts will be needed more than a paragraph long endless.
And with the SFI program,

A good text to use on a welcome note welcomes the new person, and tries not to use terms they do not yet understand.

Mention a few things that make SFI better then the rest of the Home Based Businesses.

As you do your lessons, write down questions to ask me or ask at the forums.

You can e-mail me,use the comment section on the Stream Post or use an e-card.

Let me know if you need help.
