Notify your affiliates of all the important and exciting SFI announcements by using Stream, eCards, team messages, chat and email.

Encourage your team to do what you are doing:

- Subscribe to the SFI news, especially if they are Team Leaders or want to be.

-Read their Alerts Page every day when they log in to do their Daily Tasks etc. The SFI news and more will be there.

-Read the Weekly SFI news, posts from Gery Carson, Forum posts (especially must-reads) and ASK SC.

-Send out new announcements with links via team mail to your PSAs and CSAs. Ask your team to forward your message to their downline.

-Put all new announcements and new information on your leadership blog, and send something like an eCard or Stream Message when you have updated your blog and/or have a contest running. Maybe have a contest for learning new info or something.

I always have my leadership page up to date and include it in all my emails and messages.

-Talk about all the contests and when they will be happening. Give links.

-Give them a tip about where to find information for the Biz Quiz, Spin and Win, and other important stuff.

-Ask your affiliates if they have their email whitelisted, and if not help them to get it done, or make sure they check their messages at the SFI site.

One way is to send out team mails at least weekly pointing out the new announcements and the key highlights of the announcement.

A second way is to offer an incentive to your team members for answering a simple question regarding the new announcement.

A third way is to point out to your team how you benefited from the announcement and how they too can benefit.

I am sure there are many more, but those are my top 3 ways.

There is no problem with having your affiliates read SFI announcements, if they love to read. However, not all affiliates love to read. In fact, majority of them don’t want or don’t have the time to read or get easily overwhelmed with too much stuff to read.

What you can do is to rewrite the announcement in a concise and simple manner and send the info through team mails, E-cards, and stream posts.

Maybe you can think of a reward system, if they act positively on any SFI announcement. For example, if they have read the news about Personal Collection and you saw that they already have implemented the announcement on their TConnect page, send them a Gift Certificate. That’s only one of the things you can do to motivate them to read all SFI announcements. Just familiarize yourself with all the changes and addition that is happening in SFI by reading everything you can find in your homepage, Asc SC, Forum discussions,Internet Income, etc. Then let your creative imagination develop strategies to ensure that your affiliates read all the exciting and important SFI announcements.

Hi John,

This is a good question and there are generally 2 types of affiliates that are under your team. One is who logs in daily to their account religiously without giving it a miss and doing necessary tasks and another is who logs in occasionally or has not logged in after joining SFI and are not generally interested in this business.

For the first type of affiliates who logs in daily, you can assume that they will be reading the announcements that they see in their ALERTS tab, be it regarding the latest news or latest threads from Forum postings. Still some may miss some of the finer points and the best way to ensure that they read all the exciting and important SFI announcements is by broadcasting messages through STREAM Post that you think are most important to your downline. You also collect 3 VP on weekly basis for the 1st 3 STREAM post each week which helps in overall VP at end of month also. You can send more STREAM post than 3 each week, if you think you missed on some important points to share with your team. This way affiliates who logs in daily will get your message. The other way to ensure that you communicate with your downline who logs in daily is to contact them individually through SFIM Chat, but for this you have to individually connect with each affiliates you think should be contacted to share important announcements and happenings in SFI. Another way is to connect with all affiliates who are logging daily in their SFI account fortnightly by way of finding a common time through Skype as you can converse with them directly and put the important points that they should take care off or through sharing important announcements through WhatsApp group that you should create.

For the second type of affiliates who logs in occasionally or has not logged in after joining SFI, best way is to send TeamMail using Genealogy tool. That way though they are not logging in their account, they will at least see the exciting and important SFI announcements that are happening in their personal Email Id that they gave during registration and you as an affiliate if your rank is EA2 gets 20 VP each week and may be some of them may in a while get excited and start afresh and take a relook in SFI and can be the future Diamond for you. Persistence do pay at long run.

When I first saw this question my first thinking was that there is no need to ensure that my team reads all the exciting and important SFI announcements. As when they just do what I do, do their daily tasks every day, they would just see everything themselves. And an active SFI member taking SFI serious would just do that, wouldn't he or she?

My second thought was that my sponsor pointed me to some things I didn't see yet, like the Designated Diamond program and the Fast Track Extension program. I appreciated his short notice about that.

Then I thought of one of my team members who doesn't have good access to internet and has very little time. She does not do the daily tasks in the SFI system yet for understandable reasons. I inform her individually about things that may be important for her, like deadlines for certain actions. Of course I first check her VP ledger about where she stands and what she probably knows or not knows.

Summarizing I don't think there is a real need to inform SFI affiliates about important SFI announcements as they would see those things themselves. I agree that occasionally it may be useful to inform them about specific things.

I use my weekly letters to my team - I make sure that I include the link to the latest newsletters. I try to peak their curiosity so that they will want to go and read the rest of the news.

I made them aware that reading the newsletters they have the chance to play Spin n Win at least once and up to three times a month. If they miss that part because they did not read the newsletter, they lost a price that could've been theirs. I tell them I won 5 or 10 VP (or whatever quantity) in the last Spin and Win.

Sometimes I would mention in my Streampost that SFI shared exciting news in their latest newsletter

We have to be excited and enthusiastic about SFI and TripleClicks trying to get our affiliates equally excited and enthusiastic.

It's a good question, you know the old saying "you can bring a horse to the water troue, but you can't force it to drink,no matter what you do (RWON )" but like the horse, and relating to humans,at some time in the day both will do what is necessary to survive.
You know my friend patients is the answer.
I constantly , everyday, without fail send all my people active or not, and in the course of the day, believe it or not I have gotten over 10 people to become active again.
Sure it has taken a year, but when they come back I treat them with open arm's.
Figuring 10 revivals add's up to higher commissions.
And more importantly training is mimums while it allows you more time for other things for you to do.
There are many reasons people don't come back, but I always include them in my EMails. Eventually one day they come back and you can send a welcome e-mail FREE from SFI making list.

I truly believe that this will help you.

You can not ensure that other people do things as one understands and knows.

It should try to provide them as briefly as possible the basic information to focus on your work, not to confuse them more. Keep in mind that SFI directly provides this information and when one does not know the operation of SFI, rather is lost, even after some time.

You can show them your specific information on your page NOTE manager individually, according to the characteristic affiliate and work progress.

In one LP, provide them the guidance information you believe should take into account, advice, motivation, etc. new programs, its importance, to have this information updated.

What I think is that you have to be there for them, and try to guide them into something they are not always doing with due respect for their individuality, doing that gave me good result. For example there may be an affiliate that although has confirmed their registration, upload your photo, go but not daily, does the tasks of red buttons, or is not working properly, seeing his VP ledger know what it does or not, I saw that it was five days did not enter the center membership, then it occurred to me reassigning 5 PSAs his country again entered and I think even a little lost yet, is more motivated to work and move forward, taking into account all that is uncertain, but simply must be addressed as happening to everyone, intuition, creativity, something. The result will have the last word, I apply in my life motto: Taking care not to worry, worry wear, sick does not help resolve situations of life and therefore the business.
