How do you get your affiliates to respond to you when you send them messages?

I send messages to my affiliates through SFI team mail using Genealogy filter, stream post, e-cards and SFI Chat. Also i send personal emails from my personal email ID to their email ID from time to time.
Affiliates who are active responds to some of my messages sometimes, or likes my stream post.
But inactive affiliates mostly never responds to my messages even messages that were sent into their personal email id from my personal email id. Once in a while inactive affiliates responds to me in my personal email id and I take it as a positive sign and ask them to make it a habit to login daily to their SFI account. Very few logs in for couple of days and then again becomes inactive.
I though make it a point to write in my emails and messages that if they want any assistance they should let me know the problem that they are facing and they can connect with me even through phone if they like.
I still hope that some of the inactive affiliates will become active in future by seeing my constant reminders and messages sent to them with all new happening and good things and improvements that are taking place in SFI and TripleClicks.

What I am doing today (to develop my SFI business) that will matter tomorrow to me includes
1) Logging daily to sfimg.com website and collecting at least 10 VP on daily basis.
2. Reading all new announcement and going through the Forum and Ask SC sections.Taking part in daily Biz Quiz to update my knowledge
3) Playing EZ games
4) Taking part in PB auction
5) Reading the Training materials available in the website
6) Promoting my SFI Gateways through social media and email and using paid and unpaid sites to get sign ups
7) Training my team and always available for them when they ask any questions to me that need clarification. Ask my team to read through the contents of the website and understand different avenues available for earning and apply them to the fullest
8) Promoting SFI face to face to family, friends and prospects I know
9) Try to recruit new ECAs which will help me in generating income in future

How are you promoting TripleClicks to prospective ECAs?

I am promoting TripleClicks to prospective ECAs by telling them the benefits that they will get if they becomes an ECA and put their products in the website to sell. I tell them the procedure that they need to follow and documents that they need to provide to get certified as an ECA.
I do face to face promotion by visiting prospective ECAs door to door. I promote my ECA Gateway through social media campaign, email campaign and through print media ads. I also do connect with shops through phone and try to recruit ECAs.
Also I have started to tell them the new "CPV Ad Campaigns" feature that has been recently announced and how ECA can take benefit of this feature and how they can have their product collections featured on the TripleClicks homepage and also on T-Time entry pages to their targeted audience in country and time of choice by placing ads.

How can I use the new feature for adding images in Stream and on the Leadership Page blog to better support my team?

As on February 25, 2016 - SFI has provided us an Image Upload tool which helps us in adding images to our Stream posts, on the Leadership Page blog as well as during Forum posting to better support our team as well as respond and support the overall SFI community.
As we all know the old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words, so we can create good image with appropriate messages, highlighting specific elements or sections in the image that you want to communicate with your team or fellow affiliates which will get better outreach than all text posts.
Couple of things to remember while uploading the image is that
- We should not upload any known copyrighted images which is strictly prohibited
- Individual images size is limited to 4 MB and must be at least 50×50 pixels

As a new affiliate, how much should I invest in SFI to start earning money every month?

Your question that "As a new affiliate, how much should I invest in SFI to start earning money every month?" is a very good question.
If you just invest your money in giving a Standing Order or purchase products from TripleClicks every month than you will never earn much.
But if you invest your time and knowledge you gained from learning the SFI system with your fellow affiliates and tell them to duplicate what you are doing than without much financial investment apart from a Standing Order every month from your end, you will start earning money every month.

Some of the good tips for leading and managing my SFI team besides sending weekly newsletters includes
1) Sending Stream Post on weekly basis or as per need announcing new happening in SFI, your own achievements that you are attaining
2) Sending mail through Genealogy and applying filters based on different type of affiliates while sending mail like those who have achieved EA rank, those who are below Red line in 1st 10 days of joining SFI, those who are below 1,500 VP during month closing reminding them and providing guidance on how to achieve required VP
3) The Sponsor should tell their affiliates how he/she has achieved the current rank, provide motivational tips, difficulties he/she faced and how and in what way those were overcome
4) Connect affiliates who are active through SFI Messenger regularly and work as a team

One can become a good team leader in SFI if he/she have low self-esteem and lack experience by going through the testimonials of fellow affiliates, reading the forum and Ask SC section and understanding how other fellow affiliates who have quit SFI in some point of time for some reasons have come back and became a winner and what they have to tell about SFI.
A good team leader with low self-esteem and experience should devote more time in reading and understanding vast amount of materials available in the website, follow what their immediate sponsor does and duplicate them.
They should connect with their sponsor, make A2A friend from their city and share their problem and try to understand how they have coped with problems during initial days that they faced and overcame those problem.

We can motivate our affiliates who are discouraged by the world economy's impact on the costs of products at TripleClicks by telling them the benefits of purchasing from TripleClicks their daily need items that they purchase from other places like their local stores or super markets or other online sites.
Many of the daily need items are available in our own TripleClicks store which will give us added benefit of VP and MRP on purchasing from TripleClicks that will greatly aid in achieving overall goal and rank though in some cases prices may be bit higher then other marketplace, but if we can purchase daily need items from other places, we can definitely purchase from TripleClicks store as well in this hard world economy.
Also this will help our fellow ECAs to add more items and also if their is more sales from TripleClicks, ECA's whose sales are good may give added discounts as a goodwill gesture on the products.

How do you keep brand new affiliates from quitting or becoming inactive almost immediately after joining?

Many new affiliates are joining SFI business without knowing anything in greater details and by seeing online advertisements done by fellow affiliates. Once they join, they are sometime overwhelmed by the plethora of information that they see in the website and unable to digest the information or don't have patience to understand what needs to be done and becomes inactive as soon as may be the same day.
To revive those affiliates is the team work which is done together by SFI by reminding the affiliates on various action items that they should do from time to time and follow as well as the immediate sponsor as well as co sponsor to guide them by sending those inactive affiliates new happenings and how they can progress their business.
Final call lies solely on the affiliates if they want to hear your voice or want to remain inactive. But our intention should be to keep trying by sending them necessary information till the time they don't themselves opt out of the program, as till the affiliates are not opting out their is always a ray of hope left that your persistence in convincing them about benefits of SFI will some day motivate them into becoming active member and a potential future diamond.
