To develop and grow my SFI business, I aim to do the following:

1. Increase my knowledge base about the business.

Leaders are readers! I will allot ample of time to reading about SFI and TripleClicks. We can only be successful in SFI, if we develop the habit of reading and applying what we have read about the business.

Knowledge is power! One thing nice about SFI is that we can earn simultaneously while reading and learning how to do SFI.

2. Keep on sponsoring PSAs and referring TC members

Key to our SFI success is continuous recruiting and referring of PSAs, PRM’s, and ECAs followed by effective communication and team building to convert new recruits to active and serious EAs and Team Leaders.

3. Invest in the business

If we want to grow our business fast, we need to invest not only our time and effort, but like in any brick and mortar businesses, we also need to invest our money. The more we invest correctly and effectively, the higher the return of our investment.

4. Make personal purchases at TripleClicks

TripleClicks is also our store, so we need to patronize our own store.

We should be buying stuffs from our own store. If we are regularly buying some products from other store, we need to transfer buying now to our own store. Remember, TripleClicks put 40% of the CV of EVERY purchase–companywide–into the TripleClicks Executive Pool for us affiliates to share in!

5. Selling TripleClicks products.

We should engage ourselves promoting TripleClicks sales to increase our monthly commissions. If we sell TC products, we can earn Direct Commissions from the purchases of our PSAs/CSAs/PRMs; and we also help increase our TC Executive Pool shares. Hence, the end result is an increased TC Executive Pool bonus.

GOOD COMMUNICATION

Our team members need to be informed about the latest news, changes, or additions in SFI’s system, goals and deadlines, so it’s essential that you communicate well with them and inform them about what’s going on in SFI and TripleClicks. Use team mails, stream post, ecards, SFIM chat to encourage feedback and that your team members feel that they can approach you about any questions or issues they want to address, so making yourself accessible to your team members is key.

BUILD FRIENDLY, POSITIVE, BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP

Build rapport among your team members by putting more effort in getting to know them a bit more. Find out how are they doing and what do they need to help them succeed in this business. If they know that you are interested in helping them, it will build a much better rapport among your team.

GIVE REWARDS & INCENTIVES

Help your team members build their confidence and encourage them to get more involved in building their SFI business, so it’s vital that you acknowledge their achievements and the effort that they are putting in. Give incentives and rewards to encourage creativity and motivation to reach their milestones. Provide them positive feedback and ensure that everyone is clear about what is expected of them.

WALK YOUR TALK

Set a good example and be your team’s role model. Your team members will look to you for guidance and inspiration, so it’s essential that you set a good example in order to gain their respect. If you expect them to be actively doing SFI and commit to their SFI goals, it’s important that you do so yourself. Make sure that you are doing what is necessary to build and grow your business, and support your team in doing so too.

How much time will it take for your SFI business to be producing income? The short answer is it depends on how you do your business.

With SFI, you can already produce an income from day 1, provided you are an EA, the rank where we start earning the TC Executive Pool Bonus.

Maybe, what you want to know is how much time will it take for your SFI business to be producing profit. You produce profit when your SFI income exceed your expenses. Involving your family members with your SFI business is a very healthy environment because you are collaborating with people you trust and care about.

Here are some ways you can involve your family members.

1. Let them understand why you are doing SFI and the reasons why you want to involve them with the business. Briefly tell them that now on its 17th year in the business, SFI is by many measures the best home-based online global business that has evolved on the net. SFI is not a scam but a genuine and real business. SFI business is a hybrid of an affiliate program and e-commerce. It is simple business and easy to do; and you can earn from $1 to 5-figure monthly income or more.

2. If your family members agree to do SFI and believe that SFI is a business opportunity that is worth doing, let them understand that you're all in this together, and are working toward a common goal. There is no problem with having your affiliates read SFI announcements, if they love to read. However, not all affiliates love to read. In fact, majority of them don’t want or don’t have the time to read or get easily overwhelmed with too much stuff to read.

What you can do is to rewrite the announcement in a concise and simple manner and send the info through team mails, E-cards, and stream posts.

Maybe you can think of a reward system, if they act positively on any SFI announcement. For example, if they have read the news about Personal Collection and you saw that they already have implemented the announcement on their TConnect page, send them a Gift Certificate. That’s only one of the things you can do to motivate them to read all SFI announcements. Just familiarize yourself with all the changes and addition that is happening in SFI by reading everything you can find in your homepage, Asc SC, Forum discussions,Internet Income, etc. Then let your creative imagination develop strategies to ensure that your affiliates read all the exciting and important SFI announcements.

Learn and develop the skills in leadership, effective teambuilding, open communication, marketing, advertising, e-commerce, etc. by asking questions. I lost my brick and mortar business, which I had nurtured for more than a decade. It was a painful lost. It was in that state when I joined SFI. Being an SFI affiliate gave me the chance to charge forward and not to cry over spilled milk. SFI gave me something valuable that can lift me out of the mud. And that is… TRUST!

God will never abandon me! I know that if one door closes, a new door opens. I can trust that SFI, now in its 17th year, is not a scam but a legit and successful business online.

I am not an internet savvy, in fact I knew nothing about internet or affiliate marketing. But SFI provided everything I need to build a growing and successful home-based business online locally and globally.

As I tried to develop my team of EAs and Team Leaders, my self-confidence, communication and leadership skills has increased tremendously.

It tested my patience and perseverance too, especially if I could not move my inactive affiliates.

Qualities of our PSAs that we should look for before sending them our Designated Diamond (DD) invites are 1) Commitment - They are committed to do SFI & TripleClicks in terms of time spent, effort exerted, and financial investment; 2) Determination - Determined to achieved the highest rank and build a strong team of EA2s/TLs; and 3) Perseverance - Not giving up no matter how inactive their affiliates are and how low their current SFI income is.

You can gauge whether your PSAs are committed or not by 1) Checking their Affiliate Snapshot and see how many badges they have earned. Their badges will tell you how actively they are doing both SFI tasks and TripleClicks activities; 2) Checking their VP ledger especially the Daily Action section and see if they are claiming their Daily Action VersaPoints daily without fail. The TripleClicks section will tell you, if they have made TripleClicks sales and/or purchases. You will see, if they have Gen 1 EA2s/TLs by checking their Leadership & Training section; 3) Checking who are always in your Movers tab. 4) Checking your Genealogy and see how actively and continuously they are recruiting new PSAs to build their downline. 5) Filtering your Genealogy to affiliates who are online, and when you see them online initiate chat with them. When they respond to your chat message or they ask questions via chat is a good sign that they are considering to actively and seriously do SFI.

Through constant 2-way communication with your team members, you will be able to gauge who among your PSAs have the qualities of a potential DTL.
