One thing you can do is have a little contest, sort of like Biz Quiz, except the questions will all come from the announcement.

Post the questions, along with the announcement link, and see who can answer the questions. If you want to award prizes, fine. Even listing the top searchers in a Stream Post, along with some praise, can be very rewarding, as well as habit-forming at looking at announcements.

First of all ensure yourself about the latest trends and announcements. If the announcements are worth disclosing to your down-line, you may then notify the same to your affiliates about it through the mailers. Or even through direct mail. You may also mention it in short under the stream tab. In your mails briefly explain about the new announcements and then give the hyperlink under which this announcement was made.

The easiest way is to send them an e-cart and write all link to important information for them and ask for a response or design time and day when you can about the specific things to talk to each other on Skype or chat.
Even if you need to answer, but mostly they will surely read. Someone will surely be able to participate or to apologize to you and with him another time, in the alternate time to talk.

Initially for beginners, it is very difficult.
To understand how SFI works will take very long time unless they read all the newsletters, mails and they read all the contents available in its hyperlinks.

If they want to be in business, earn, they have to follow the SFI rules. The effort has to come from them.

As Sponsors and Co-sponsors, it is of utmost importance that we ensure our affiliates read SFI announcements. SFI is constantly evolving and there are many policy and fundamental changes to compensation plan, Team qualifications requirements, etc. There are so many one-time business building offers or bonuses that must not be missed. The question is how do you ensure your affiliates read SFI announcements?

The first thing is to ensure that your team members find enough excitement to log in if possible daily at the SFI Affiliate Center. When affiliates visit their homepage once in a while it's possible they could miss out on announcements. Encourage daily logging in.

Besides this, you need to use your Stream post to call attention to SFI announcements by referring to the link for comprehensive reading. You can even use apt and catchy picture to get their attention in your Stream post.

Also, one of the main subjects of your genealogy mails should be SFI announcements. You should take time to analyse the news: effects, benefits and possibilities. Many of them may not appreciate a piece of news until they see its importance to their business. When you refer to it, it helps them to give attention to getting the details of the announcement.

Furthermore, all major announcement are discussed at the Forum. You should encourage your affiliates to visit the Forum often for announcements' discussion thus getting all the sides to its relevance and applications. ASK SC is another platform where announcements are analysed and applied for profitable business operation. Promote ASK SC too.

Even though SFI sends announcements to our personal mails, you ensure your affiliates don't miss out on any by sending personal message to their e-mail. For instance, you need to intimate them about Designated Diamond Program and what they stand to benefit personally. It helps a lot.

Using SFI Chat, just by asking, have you read about ........? When you thus engage them they would then take time to read the announcement. Anywhere you can find them for chat, is it social media, e-mail chat, Skype etc should be explored to direct their attention to SFI announcements.

By using all of the above means and methods, they grow up to see the importance of reading SFI announcements and thus becomes habitual.

So check with your partners given all chitalishte the SFI think it should be seen through the work of your partner.
If you do all the tasks monthly, weekly, daily.
If you play games, answer questions in the daily quiz.
Simply, if every day to gain maximum VP partners it means to study and read SFI.
If during the day and if you increase status is a sign that your partner well-taught and works.

In the first place, effective communication with our downline is very important.

What I do most cases is to send a first mail to them introducing myself as their sponsor or co sponsor. If I do get a response from them, then I can train, guide and monitor them to be successful.

Secondly, I will check my geneology to view the last time they have logged on. This will help me channel or direct my mails effectively to my active affiliates. That said, we will work with the workers ensuring we build relationships, establishing rapport and trust amongst ourselves to enable effective communication.

Once we have established that, we can ensure our downlines to read all exciting and important SFI annoncements via:-

1. Stream post:- Which is one of the Highlighted Red Tabs in our Daily Tasks in our To Do List. It was designed to communicate with our PSAs and CSAs short messages if they were unable to read their team mails. Any new information about SFI that is important for our Team Members will be viewed here.

2. Team Mails:- Communication being key, any new information about SFI can be channelled through our team mails. Being that we are working with our workers at this time, they would read the information given and ask questions where necessary.

3. SFI chats:- If any of our downlines are online, we can send them a chat message informing them about the lastest information on SFI. Since its an online chat, our Psas or CSAs will resoond immediately they habe read the information. This to me is very effective and works magic.

4. Whatsapp Messenger:- This application is very effective especially if this is also a means of communication within your team. Immediately any of your PSAs or CSAs see your messages, they will respond and read the information sent to them.

5. Yahoo, bing messengers:- It is also used if that is a mode of communication within you and your team members.

6. Through their email address:- Also, if our downlines do not regularly log on to SFI daily, we can send a mailto their personal email address used when they joined SFI. There is a guarantee that they will read their emails and log on to their SFI homepage to read the exciting news SFI has to offer.

7. By sending them an E card:- E cards can be used as soft reminders. We can use them to tell our team memberw about the new annoncements in SFI.

In conclusion, which ever mode of communication we use to relate with our team members, we have to be passionate and excited as well as having a positive approach,to engage our PSAs/CsAs to read any new SFI annoncements and news sent by you their sponsor.

There are actually several ways to bring SFI announcements to the attention of your affiliates.

One of the obvious ones is to send out a Team Mail with a subject line that intrigues them such as: ”SFI makes an ASTOUNDING ANNOUNCEMENT!” or something similar. If you use your imagination you can write your subject lines in a way that attracts their attention and interest.

You could then simply put the link to the announcement in your email or you can paraphrase what the announcement is about - or do both.

You could also write in your Stream posts that SFI has posted a new announcement and tell them where to find it (i.e. the link to the announcement.)

Other methods to get your affiliates attention would be to post to your Facebook page that all affiliates should go to their SFI page to read the latest news or you could instruct your affiliates to PM (private message) you because you have some interesting news for them. Then, when they contact you simply send them the link to the announcement.

If you are a Team Leader you would want to post to your Leader Page about the newest announcements – this is a great time and place to lead a lively discussion about the latest news at SFI. You could even use this page to have a little contest with the winner being the first person to tell you something specific from the announcement (such as the 3rd word in the 2nd paragraph) – then reward them with a couple of TC’s or a gift certificate.

Obviously, if you have a website or blog you would want to post here as well.

You never want to underestimate Twitter either! Post a quick tweet that there is some news at their SFI site that they will want to check out, if you have room post the link too.

These are just a few quick ideas. If you take your time and think about what attracts you to something - what would make you want to read an announcement?
